Attorneys for D4vd -- real name David Burke -- are firing back at L.A. authorities for arresting the singer, highlighting that a grand jury never even indicted him for the alleged murder of Celeste Rivas.

In a statement, D4vd's attorneys Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski and Regina Peter tell TMZ ... "Let us be clear - the actual evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and he was not the cause of her death."

They went on ... "There has been no indictment returned by any grand jury in this case and no criminal complaint filed."

The lawyers added, "David has only been detained under suspicion. We will vigorously defend David’s innocence."

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Drew Sidora asked a judge to put her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, behind bars for leaking her private texts ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Drew raised the issue to a judge in June 2025 ... months before the Bravo star was ordered to vacate her marital home with Ralph.

In the filing, Drew -- who told the court she's been famous since age 8 -- said her career had been on the rise with a new song and several big projects.

D4vd Arrested For Murder of Celeste Rivas

D4vd is in police custody after being arrested for the murder of 14-year-old girl Celeste Rivas.

The singer was arrested Thursday ... according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Cops say detectives from LAPD's Robbery-Homicide Division made the arrest and D4vd is being held without bail.

Our sources tell us he was arrested at the L.A. home where he’s been staying.

Kim Kardashian is unbothered by a man’s claim that he will be financially ruined if forced to pay her a six-figure sum in court, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Kim scoffed at Ivan Cantu’s plea that he not be on the hook for $128K in legal fees she requested after his lawsuit was tossed out.

Ivan sued Kim for emotional distress after she posted his photo and mistook him for a death row inmate.

Kim quickly deleted the photo after realizing she had posted a photo of Ivan, who has the same name as the alleged murderer that Kim was advocating for not to be executed. She denied she did anything wrong. A judge sided with Kim and dismissed all claims.

Lisa Hochstein allegedly spent nearly 6 hours sitting alone in a jail cell with no food after turning herself in to Miami authorities ... this after a judge ordered officials to process and promptly release her ... TMZ has learned.

According to a court order, obtained by TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Miami" star was to be booked and released on her own recognizance "without undue delay" ... and the judge specifically directed she not be required to appear before a court prior to her release.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Lisa turned herself in around 9:45 AM Wednesday, was booked at approximately 11 AM, and wasn't released until about 5 PM. The jail confirms she was booked around 11:45 AM and released just before 5 PM. We're told, during that time, she remained in a cold jail cell without food.

Our sources say the surrender had been arranged in advance, with plans in place for her to be guided through the booking process before release.

Tyler Robinson's defense team may have sustained the biggest blow yet to their case ... a forensic report's findings purportedly fail to rule Tyler out as Charlie Kirk's killer.

The report, unsealed by a judge on Wednesday, reveals that one bullet jacket fragment recovered from Kirk's autopsy was determined to come from a .30 caliber bullet, according to Daily Mail. That would match the caliber of the Mauser 98 .30-06 rifle reportedly recovered near the scene of the shooting, which prosecutors allege was used by Robinson to kill Kirk.

As we reported ... initial bullet-matching test results were inconclusive, but that did not remove Tyler from suspicion.

Tyler's defense team suggested they may use the initial test as exculpatory evidence ... but prosecutors told us it wouldn't help Tyler's case.

A Secret Service official tells TMZ ... shortly after 11:30 AM, a man was detained by uniformed U.S. Secret Service police officers after jumping over a vehicle bollard near the Treasury Building on the northeast side of the complex.

We're told officers encountered the individual near a pedestrian gate, where he engaged in a physical altercation before being taken into custody.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Kimberly Heffington, who filed suit against Kathy in 2025 claiming she injured her right knee at the $28 million pad, provided more details about where the case stands and what kind of damages she wants to collect.

Kimberly said she was at the home in August 2024, where she was walking on the outside staircase leading from the tennis court up to the pool area when her foot “was caught in between uneven pavers” right after coming off the top of the stairs, causing her to trip and fall.

We spoke with Howard's attorney -- Gillian B. Fierer -- who explained to us the former NBA star dropped the protective order as the first step in the process to an amicable resolution of their split.

Fierer says this is quite common in divorce proceedings where someone has filed for a protective order ... because it pushes for an order of divorce to be filed -- which helps the split along.
