Rep. Anna Paulina Luna doesn't believe in sending Olympic canoeist David Hearn up you-know-what creek without a paddle for allegedly vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool ... advocating for community service instead.

Our TMZDC team caught up with the congresswoman from Florida on Friday ... and had to ask her about a judge's decision to indict Hearn on the felony charge of destruction of federal property worth $1,000 or more.

Rep. Luna says the punishment -- if Hearn's found guilty -- shouldn't be too severe ... arguing that he should just do a few hours of community service.

More and more details about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's extravagant Madison Square Garden wedding are starting to be unveiled ... and now, we have a great shot of how the couple transformed the entrance to the venue, a wedding gift, and more.

Check it out -- fitness trainer Rob Jordan and his wife, Joann, shared a magical photo of themselves walking up the stairs into the iconic arena, hand-in-hand. As you can see, the carpet is a blush color, and the walls are covered with ceiling-to-floor drapes in light pink and white.

Joann explained in the comment section the photo was taken right before their phones got confiscated for the night.

TMZ obtained video showing Kendall, Jacob, Justin and Hailey piling into a speed boat docked at Kendall's lake house in Idaho, where she owns in a luxurious rustic community where A-list celebs go to kick back, relax and even play golf at Gozzer Ranch nearby. 

As you can see from the footage, shot Friday afternoon by an eyewitness, the two famous couples cruise away on their motorboat and they seem totally chill, having a grand ol' time.

This report comes from Bloomberg News reporter Myles Miller, who also confirmed TMZ's reporting that law enforcement had their phones confiscated upon entering the iconic venue. TMZ obtained photos showing the rich and famous exiting MSG in Manhattan after Mr. and Mrs. Swift -- or shall we say The Kelces -- said their "I Do's" in front of hundreds of celebs and family members.

Tom Brady, Chris Rock, Michael Strahan, Stephen A. Smith, Steven Spielberg, Hugh Grant, Jessica Alba and her boyfriend, Danny Ramirez, were among those who made early exits, starting around 10 PM Friday.
