Jonathon Cooper's attorney went scorched earth on prosecutors for dropping charges against the Broncos star's girlfriend ... claiming it all comes down to racism.

Cooper and his girlfriend, Jade Fiegen, were arrested earlier this month after an altercation over cell phones and alleged cheating ... and both were booked for criminal mischief and domestic violence.

A judge dismissed the charges against Fiegen on Tuesday ... while Cooper is facing more after being arrested again last week for violating a protective order stemming from the initial incident.

Machine Gun Kelly's Tuesday night concert in Michigan was a washout due to bad weather -- and it ultimately got canceled halfway through his performance!  

The singer hit the stage at the outdoor Pine Knob Music Theatre near Detroit -- and cranked out about 4 songs before the rain and thunder rolled in.

We're told security ushered MGK off stage for his own safety and told the packed crowd to shelter in place under the amphitheater's large overhang or in their cars parked nearby.

Carole Radziwill got into it with Sai De Silva while filming the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of New York" ... and it's all because Sai brought up Carole's name being included in the Jeffrey Epstein files ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to production tell TMZ ... Sai made it a point to bring up Carole's name being in the infamous Epstein Files and her past ties to Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

Carole addressed her ties to Ghislaine in an interview with The New York Times back in March, saying ... "Imagine knowing someone… and then they turn out to be, like, a monster."

Our sources tell us Sai and Carole beefed throughout the season … after Sai decided to grill Carole about the Epstein Files … telling people she felt the need to speak up because she has children. 

Ghislaine is also the photographer who snapped Carole's author photo for her 2005 memoir. 

Walter Parazaider -- one of the founding members of rock band Chicago -- is dead ... TMZ has learned.

His wife, JacLynn, tells TMZ ... Walter died at 2:10 AM Wednesday morning while in hospice, with her by his side. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 6 years ago and ultimately succumbed to the disease.

JacLynn adds ... "He had put up a good fight with Alzheimer's and unfortunately it ended tonight. We are going to miss him for sure ... We were married for 59 years and we had 59 wonderful years."

Ian Ziering's legal drama is over ... because he and a motorbike rider who filed lawsuits against one another have both agreed to dismiss their claims.

Jacob Hernandez dismissed his lawsuit with prejudice Tuesday.

Ziering's manager -- Justin Deanda -- confirms to TMZ the two parties have "agreed to mutually dismiss the claims that each has against the other." Deanda adds both sides look forward to moving on.

"Love Island USA" star Huda Mustafa was spotted out for the first time since surveillance video -- obtained by TMZ -- showed the reality star sneaking into her ex-boyfriend's baby mom's garage.

Huda was photographed last week inside the lobby of the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she appeared to be focusing on business rather than the growing online chatter.

Folks who were there tell us Huda spent time speaking with members of her team, holding what looked to be a serious discussion. Huda appeared calm and composed as she met with her group.

Francine Beppu died by suicide … TMZ has learned.

According to the Honolulu Medical Examiner's report, obtained by TMZ, the "The Real L Word" star died from hanging and her manner of death was ruled suicide. The report states Beppu was found in her Honolulu home on February 17.

The medical examiner's report says toxicology testing showed the presence of amphetamine and alcohol in Beppu's system at the time of her death.

As TMZ previously reported … Beppu's family said they were "deeply grateful to know how cherished she was and how brightly she will continue to shine," while asking for privacy as they mourned the loss.

Beppu was best known for appearing on the Showtime's reality series "The Real L Word," which chronicled the lives and relationships of LGBTQ+ women in Los Angeles. Her appearance on the series made her a recognizable figure within the LGBTQ+ community.

She was 43.

"Love Island USA" paid tribute to one of its own Tuesday night ... honoring executive producer James Barker following his death in Fiji last week.

At the end of Tuesday's episode, "Love Island USA" aired a photo tribute to Barker, featuring pictures of the longtime producer with his partner, Adam Roth, as well as solo shots from throughout his life. RÜFÜS DU SOL's "Next to Me" played over the montage, which ended with the message ... "James Barker, We Love You."

We broke the story ... Barker died in Fiji after suffering what ITV America and Peacock described as an unexpected medical emergency while production on Season 8 was underway.

Nicholas Brendon wanted everything to go to his brother and nothing to go to his ex ... this according to a handwritten will submitted to court by his brother.

Documents were filed Monday by Nicholas' brother, Kelton Schultz, seeking to administer the probate estate pursuant to the terms of a handwritten will.

The docs note Nicholas didn't have a spouse or children -- and there's no estimate for what the estate is worth at this time.

Singer Jelly Roll isn't letting his split from Bunnie XO mess with his money ... and he took the stage in Canada for his tour with Post Malone -- only a day after his divorce went public.

Jelly took the stage in Toronto at Rogers Stadium on Tuesday night.

The tour was initially scheduled to start on May 13, but was pushed back because Post claimed he needed extra time to finish new music. Jelly and Post are scheduled to perform shows until October.

Aldon Smith didn't have any notable health issues before he died suddenly last week ... so says the barber who just cut his hair.

We spoke with Tee Maultsby -- Aldon's barber who interviewed him on an episode of his "Laced Up" podcast -- said he even joked with Aldon recently that the dude still looked like he could dominate on the defensive side of the ball.

Tee says Aldon never said anything about being sick to him -- on or off camera -- and he says Aldon was in the process of turning his life around in recent months.

Megan Thee Stallion wants to make sure she can collect the judgment owed to her if an appeals court upholds a ruling against Milagro Gramz ... and she wants a judge to make sure she posts a hefty bond to guarantee it.

Here's the deal ... after Gramz filed paperwork asking the court to delay paying MTS a $75K judgment while she appeals the ruling -- claiming she lacks the money to pay it -- Megan responded to her request ... asking the judge to deny it and saying her pleas about not having enough money are exactly why she should have to post a bond to pursue the appeal.

According to Megan, the bond is the only fair way to delay payment while the appeal is pending ... because it essentially guarantees Megan payment if an appeals court upholds the previous decision in the case. If Gramz ends up winning the appeal and reversing the judgment against her, she could get her bond money back.
