2:20 PM PT -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office announced the two individuals involved in the incident -- Chud the Builder and an unidentified male -- sustained gunshot wounds ... they were both hospitalized, and both were listed in stable condition Wednesday afternoon. Both men were taken in custody, officials said ... describing the incident as "a physical altercation that escalated to gunfire."
Controversial streamer Chud the Builder was shot Wednesday outside a Tennessee courthouse ... just days after his headline-making arrest at a Nashville steakhouse.

A Utah jury also found her guilty of attempted aggravated murder for trying to kill her husband on Valentine's Day 2022 with a fentanyl-laced sandwich ... plus insurance fraud and forgery related to his life insurance policy.
