Nicki first sniped Cardi's $4.99 discounted album promo sale and then ripped apart Cardi's fiery diss track "Magnet" ... and began spoofing the lyrics that go, "A-B-C-D-E-F-G / These b*tches can't f*** with me" -- labeling Cardi's rhymes as elementary as Barney the Dinosaur's!!!

The suspected gunman who killed 3 people and left 5 injured after he shot up a waterfront bar and restaurant in North Carolina Saturday night appears to have scoped the site out the night before the attack ... and there's video evidence.

Check out the clip ... an eyewitness tells TMZ the accused killer Nigel Edge can be seen floating about 20 yards away from the American Fish Company in Southport, located on the Cape Fear River.

A person -- apparently Edge -- is behind the wheel of a white center console motorboat with the phrase "Game On" emblazoned on the side. The whole vessel is dark aside from the navigational lights on the bow. Something spooks him ... and he ducks down and slowly heads out of the area.

Tyrese has a warrant out for his arrest stemming from at least one of his Cane Corso mastiffs attacking and killing a neighbor's dog ... and is in full compliance with the law as he and his legal team clear up the Atlanta matter.

Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer announced the warrant, citing negligence on the part of the "Fast & Furious" actor ... and they've made at least one attempt at arresting him at his home this month, a matter which Tyrese says he's handling in real time.

9:15 AM PT -- Tyreek Hill just released a video statement from his hospital bed ... thanking his fans and asking for prayers as he gets set for surgery.

New court documents TMZ Sports has obtained show NBA star P.J. Washington has been ordered to pay Brittany Renner $5,500 a month in child support.

According to the docs, Washington was required to make the payments as part of a consent order issued in Mecklenburg County, N.C., back in November 2024.

The docs state Washington additionally was ordered to pay a lump sum of $130,000 to satisfy "any and all existing child support accruing prior to the entry of this consent order, as well as for [Renner's] attorney's fees."

Justin Baldoni is keeping his head up while battling it out in court with Blake Lively ... saying he's in a great place despite the ongoing drama.

Photogs caught up with the actor at LAX on Monday, where he briefly opened up about his mindset as the high profile feud drags on. Baldoni told cameras he's doing wonderful and that he always aims to take the high road.

When asked about a judge recently tossing out his countersuit in the ongoing legal drama, he stayed tight-lipped ... saying he couldn't get into specifics. The dismissal marked a partial win for Lively, but the larger case is still active and far from settled.

As we've reported, the actress filed her lawsuit against Baldoni and his company, Wayfarer Studios, accusing him of sexual harassment during the production of their film "It Ends With Us." She also alleged he spearheaded a smear campaign against her -- claims Baldoni has denied.

Despite the heated back and forth, Baldoni appeared upbeat at the airport, stressing he's focused on positivity and leaning on support from family and friends.
