I'm fine, my brother's fine." He ended the clip saying, "Hilaria, I love you more than anything and I’m very proud of you."

5:56 PM PT -- Stephen's rep tells TMZ ... "Stephen is doing fine and is grateful no one was injured. He appreciates the concern and he can confirm that he and Alec are both safe and well."

Alec Baldwin can't seem to catch a break ... because he was just involved in a vehicle crash in The Hamptons, TMZ has learned.
