Paris Jackson slammed the two executors running Michael Jackson’s estate and trashed some of the production decisions behind the upcoming biopic in the process … but a lawyer for the estate scoffed at her complaints and called them “without merit.”

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Paris has been fighting with John Branca and John McClain -- the principal figures managing MJ’s estate since the pop star died in 2009 -- over financial matters ... and now she's blasting them over the upcoming biopic Michael.

Paris has spoken out about the film in the past, and it seems she is not over her gripes with it. MJ’s daughter says she wishes those involved in the film well, but “that does not change potential concerns” she has with the estate’s involvement. She claims Branca used his position as producer to cast A-list actor Miles Teller to play himself, but questioned the move, saying it's "unclear how this peculiar and presumably costly casting decision will result in commensurate box office receipts."

She also says Branca’s lack of experience producing' films “may be the root of reports that the estate has had to fund tens of millions of dollars in reshoots after the terms of a well-known settlement agreement prevented the production from using substantial amounts of footage already shot.” Paris said she was concerned it was a “botched production on a” 3.5-hour biopic “which the estate has reportedly invested at least some, if not all of the $150 million budget, is troubling, to say the least.”

Chuck Norris' longtime jiu-jitsu instructor, legendary professor Rigan Machado, is remembering the martial arts legend as much more than a Hollywood star and cultural icon, but someone who was like family for decades.

"[Chuck's] a brother. For me, he's not just a friend. My relationship with Chuck Norris was over 30 years. Me and my brothers we called him Carlos because we were so close to him as a friend," Machado told TMZ Sports just hours after Norris' death was announced.

"We don't feel the celebrity vibe. We talk to him like a brother. I kind of get sad, but at the same time, he accomplished everything he wanted to in his life. He's a phenomenal martial artist. A phenomenal action movie star, a phenomenal father, husband. He accomplished everything he dreamed about."

Luka Doncic is calling a technical foul on his ex-fiancée, essentially telling the court she should consult a map before filing legal docs over their 2 children ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The Lakers superstar filed docs Friday asking an L.A. County judge to dismiss Anamaria Goltes' request for child support and attorneys fees, because she filed it in California ... when she knows the kids live in Slovenia.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Luka and his attorney Laura Wasser point out he is not a California resident, and neither are their daughters. He says he's been trying for months to get Anamaria to move to Cali with their kids, but she's refused, since moving back to Slovenia last May. As we reported, that distance is exactly why he says he pulled the plug on their engagement.

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star Nicholas Brendon has died.

Per a family statement to The Hollywood Reporter ... "We are heartbroken to share the passing of our brother and son, Nicholas Brendon. He passed in his sleep of natural causes. Most people know Nicky for his work as an actor and for the characters he brought to life over the years."

The statement continues ... "In recent years Nicky has found his passion in painting and art. Nicky loved to share his enthusiastic talent with his family, friends and fans. He was passionate, sensitive, and endlessly driven to create. Those who truly knew him understood that his art was one of the purest reflections of who he was. While it’s no secret that Nicholas had struggles in the past, he was on medications and treatment to manage his diagnosis and he was optimistic about the future at the time of his passing. Our family asks for privacy during this time as we grieve his loss and celebrate the life of a man who lived with intensity, imagination, and heart. Thank you to everyone who has shown love and support.”

Nia Long is sharing some insight from her work in the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic ... telling TMZ how she prepared to play the role of the King of Pop's mother.

We got Nia in New York City, and our photog asked her what fans should expect from the film ... and what she did to get ready to channel Katherine Jackson.

Here's the police body cam from Justin Timberlake's DWI arrest in Sag Harbor, NY ... and it shows him struggling through sobriety tests, and his friend playing the *NSYNC card.

The video of the June 2024 arrest was finally released late Friday, revealing cops gave JT a series of field sobriety instructions ... some of which seemed to confuse him. At one point Justin says, "These are, like, hard tests."

Justin was extremely polite as the officer shined a flashlight in his face to observe his eyes, and told him to look straight ahead. Once they tell Justin to walk a straight line, he stumbles a few times.

Joseph Duggar's wife Kendra has been arrested in Arkansas, TMZ has learned.

A warrant was issued for Kendra Friday … police went to the Duggar family compound in Washington County, Arkansas earlier Friday with a warrant for Kendra's arrest ... but she was not there.

But, now she's been taken into custody, according to the Washington County Detention Center. She was wanted for allegedly endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment.

Josh Duggar's brother Joseph is in jail for child molestation charges -- but now, he's facing additional charges for child endangerment and false imprisonment along with his wife, Kendra.

The "19 Kids and Counting" star, who was arrested Wednesday, is now facing 4 counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, as well as 4 counts of second-degree false imprisonment ... The Tontitown Police Department in Arkansas tells TMZ.

Joseph's wife Kendra is facing the same charges, and a warrant for her arrest has been issued. Local outlet KARK-TV says police arrived at the Duggar family compound in Washington County Friday with a warrant for Kendra's arrest ... but she was not home. Police say the Duggars' Arkansas charges are unrelated to Joseph's Florida case, according to KARK.

Dakota Mortensen just had a major legal victory against Taylor Frankie Paul -- his request for a temporary protective order has been granted ... and Taylor won't be seeing their son, Ever, until April.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Dakota will have temporary custody of their 2-year-old until at least April 7, when they're due in court.

Until then, the fired "Bachelorette" star must also stay 100 feet away from Dakota, which includes his home. She also can't own any weapons.

We told you all about it -- Dakota went to court earlier this week to start the process of getting a protective order against Taylor ... and happened to be there at the same time as Taylor's ex-husband, Tate.

Dakota filed Thursday and told the court about a "chaotic" and "frightening" incident during which she recently choked him.

We broke the news -- just last month, Taylor allegedly choked Dakota, ripped a necklace from his neck, and scratched his neck during two altercations that occurred with their son in the same residence.

We also obtained video of the 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star physically attacking him ahead of her 2023 arrest for assault. As you know, ABC cut her season of "The Bachelorette" just hours after the video was released.
