Alix Earle's stepmom is opening up about her involvement in the scandal surrounding former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer's resignation.
Ashley Earle -- who went by Ashley Dupre -- got into the nitty-gritty of her escort days in a new piece for Elle.
She wrote ... "At 19, while working as a cocktail waitress, a man approached me and told me I could make $1,000 an hour going on dates with high-profile men. My first answer was no, but I kept his card."
Ashley says she eventually gave the man a call, explaining she wanted money and independence.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Texas judge awarded Lapattra Jacobs a whopping $40,105,000 in compensatory damages and an additional $10 million in exemplary damages, which are similar to punitive damages.
The breakdown was listed as past damages of over $8 million for past medical expenses, pain and suffering, physical impairment, loss of earning capacity, and disfigurement ... and another $32 million for future damages in these categories.
On top of this, the court tacked on another $10 million in exemplary damages after finding Mayweather's conduct involved "an extreme degree of risk" and "constituted aggravated assault involving the use of a deadly weapon."
Mary Jo, the author of the best-selling book "Getting It Through My Thick Skull" tells TMZ ... "I recently found a lump in my left breast. I immediately scheduled a mammogram, followed up with my doctors, and received a diagnosis of Stage 1 Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS) of the left breast."
We're told she was diagnosed earlier this summer ... and had surgery to remove the growth.
