Martha Stewart may have some explaining to do ... a charity she name-dropped has no connection to helping the homeless ... TMZ has learned.

After being contacted by TMZ, a spokesperson for God's Love We Deliver tells us ... "God's Love provides free medically tailored meals to people with life-altering chronic illnesses. It does not serve people experiencing homelessness."

The organization confirms Martha attended its annual gala this year and has been a strong supporter of its work ... but helping homeless people isn't part of its stated mission.

The clarification comes amid backlash over Martha's controversial Halloween costume ... which featured her dressed as a homeless person holding a sign reading "I AM HUNGRY HELP ME!"

James Carville is catching major heat for comparing Rep. Haley Stevens to a "used condom" ... all because the Democrat crossed party lines to endorse a Republican in Michigan's heated Senate race.

The veteran Democratic strategist went off on Stevens during Sunday's episode of his Politicon podcast ... declaring her political career over after she backed Republican Mike Rogers instead of Democrat Abdul El-Sayed.

"If you think that these Republicans are going to treat you as anything other than what they view you as -- a used condom," Carville said ... adding, "The Democrats don't even think you're worth a used condom."

A suspected home invader in Canada allegedly helped terrorize a wealthy family, got shot by his own accomplice, and then walked free from a hospital after police questioned him.

Now, cops are scrambling to track him down ... but here's the wild part ... Toronto police say Daijohn Richards showed up at a hospital with a gunshot wound to his shoulder after an armed break-in Thursday at a $2.1 million mansion.

Officers actually spoke with Richards at the hospital ... but let him leave because they didn't have enough evidence to arrest him at the time, according to the New York Post.

Sky Daily says she's been a Christian for years ... and any claims that she's a Scientologist are just total BS made up by a dude she says is stalking her.

Hulk Hogan's widow addressed the rumors in a social media video she posted over the weekend ... saying she was born into Scientology -- but left the church a long time ago because she no longer believed in the teachings.

She then claims these rumors have followed her for years because they're pushed on by an anti-Scientology advocate who has asked her for years to collaborate with him on some sort of project.

Problem is, Brees was already #1 on the list.

Brady caught his mistake in real time, but couldn't stop himself from letting out an "oh, s***!"

Brady used the same phrase back in week 2 while reacting to the replay of Commanders' QB Jayden Daniels' left elbow dislocating (totally get it) against the Cowboys. He apologized afterwards, admitting he wasn't expecting the gruesome sight.

Gavin Newsom is trying to get Hollywood back on track, proposing a sweeping $1 billion film and TV tax credit program in California.

The governor just announced the "historic" plan, which expands the industry's tax credit program from $750 million to at least $1 billion -- and maybe more.

The proposal also includes credits for above-the-line talent, such as producers, directors, and cast members, as well as $100 million earmarked for independent projects and benefits for businesses that promise to produce more than one production in California.

A University of Michigan student is on video attacking two people during a heated argument over Islam ... shoving a Jewish MAGA activist to the ground before getting arrested while blurting out that she should have killed someone.

The heated incident unfolded Sunday as the student, who was not identified, approached a man sitting behind a table with a sign that asked, “Is Islam Compatible with the West?”

The angry student called the sign "f***ing stupid" and ordered them to turn over their "f***ing permit" before clapping her hands in his face, causing him to jerk his head backwards.

A Jane Doe suing Hulk Hogan's widow, Sky Daily, and her son, Hayden Hitt, claimed cops quickly and quietly closed their investigation after she filed a report ... a claim cops say isn't true.

Here's the deal ... in the bombshell lawsuit, which accuses Hayden of getting violent with Jane Doe and Sky of allegedly convincing her to forgive him, Jane Doe says she went to cops but claims the Clearwater Police Department quickly closed the case due to Sky's alleged standing within the Church of Scientology.

The Clearwater Police Department denied the allegation in a statement Saturday ... saying they began investigating in March and referred it to the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney's Office for possible prosecution.

CPD added, "The case is not closed; media reports indicating that are inaccurate."

9:05 AM PT -- Judge William Sullivan has scheduled a November 16 hearing at 10 AM ET to discuss the status of Lindsay Clancy's potential retrial and when it could take place ... saying the hearing will be brief and won't include arguments.

Clancy's attorney, Kevin Reddington, pushed for a trial this spring ... declaring, "I am not going to have this woman incarcerated for the next year or two or three." He also asked Sullivan to remain on the case.

Sullivan said a retrial could potentially be scheduled for March 2027 ... but took the matter under advisement.

8:29 AM PT -- Things got heated in court as Reddington went back and forth with Sullivan, arguing that a holdout juror had access to his phone during deliberations -- a potential violation of Massachusetts court rules, which prohibit jurors from using their phones or accessing the internet, social media or news reports during deliberations.

Lindsay Clancy is back in court today to find out if prosecutors will be retrying her for the murders of her three children ... and we're streaming it live.

As you know, Lindsay's first trial ended in a mistrial ... after one lone holdout forced a hung jury.

While her defense has moved to dismiss, prosecutors submitted a motion of opposition and asked the judge to let them "continue to pursue justice for Cora, Dawson, and Callan Clancy."

During her initial trial, Lindsay's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, didn't deny that she killed her children ... but argued she was suffering from postpartum psychosis at the time of their murders.

Lenny Kravitz is going the extra mile to make it clear to fans he didn't die in the shocking Florida plane crash over the weekend ... addressing the rumors head-on.

Here's the deal ... misinformation spread online Sunday afternoon after a Learjet 60 crashed in a residential area near the Cresthaven neighborhood in Palm Beach -- with online sleuths misidentifying the pilot and then linking her to Lenny.

This pilot had previously posted a photo revealing she had flown Lenny on a similar route the doomed jet took ... and the internet decided that was enough evidence to declare the 62-year-old rocker dead.

In response to the rumors, Lenny's team told TMZ in a statement, "The reports are untrue and incorrect."

Sean "Diddy" Combs' prison release date has been shifting for months --- and now his latest walk-out date has been moved up more than 3 weeks, TMZ has learned.

The federal Bureau of Prisons says Diddy will now be a free man on February 6, 2028, instead of March 2, 2028, which was his projected release date last month. Previous release dates also included January 21, February 5, and February 20.

This is great news for Diddy after all of his troubles at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, leading to his recent transfer to FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania.

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley allegedly stopped informing her estranged husband PK Kemsley about their kids' schooling amid their nasty split ... TMZ has learned.

PK filed a declaration in their bitter divorce slamming Dorit ... just hours before the former couple reached a partial settlement over finances.

In his declaration, PK said Dorit had not involved him in helping select the son's school, saying her "complete and intentional lack of communication and collaboration" on important decisions was "shocking and disheartening."

Rep. Haley Stevens did a lot of bobbing and weaving during an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper while trying to explain why she endorsed Republican Mike Rogers instead of fellow Democrat Abdul El-Sayed for Michigan's senate seat.

Steven's somewhat cringeworthy performance on Sunday night's episode of "Anderson Cooper 360" infuriated her base to the point where she's pretty much persona non grata in the Democratic party right now.

Anderson kicked off their 15-minute Q&A by bringing up Michigan Rep. Debbie Dingell's claim that she spoke with Stevens at midnight and Stevens said she would not endorse Rogers ... Anderson wanted to know what changed.

Stevens didn't play ball, saying El-Sayed has been getting "angrier and angrier" and her decision to endorse Rogers was a weight off her shoulders. But she wouldn't answer the question directly, even after Anderson asked her several times, "What changed?"

Lindsay Clancy has been on suicide watch behind bars ... and her attorneys say she's plagued by nightmares about the deaths of her three children.

The Massachusetts mom's attorney, Rosemary Scapicchio, tells CBS News Lindsay doesn't want to be alive ... claiming she'd take her own life if given the opportunity.

"She doesn't want to be here," Scapicchio said ... adding Lindsay wants to be with her children.

Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig — the former spouses of newly married Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes — have officially gotten hitched as well!

On Sunday, Shue tied the knot with Fiebig at their 92-acre country estate near Stockton, New Jersey ... after Robach and Holmes — the ex-Good Morning America hosts — got married in Arkansas on September 19.

The Daily Mail published photos showing Shue — of "Melrose Place" fame — and Fiebig — an immigration attorney — preparing for their wedding ceremony.
