Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Scott, was arrested for DUI in Michigan last week ... and now we have bodycam footage of her bizarre interaction with the cops.

Watch the video ... in the first one, Kim looks totally out of it as she's given a preliminary breath test. She clearly didn't pass the test, because cops immediately started putting handcuffs on her.

Kim doesn't put up a fight ... just asks to let her family know what's going on, which the cops oblige to.

Jennifer Garner is flaunting her assets in a new magazine spread for Flaunt ... while also getting real about her relationship with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck.

The actress looks absolutely stunning in her brown leather Givenchy dress during a recent photoshoot and interview with a Flaunt reporter, whose cover story about the star was published Monday.

For the shoot, Jennifer wore several other outfits, including Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello -- a gray pantsuit and a large brown leather jacket over a white knotted shirt with brown pants. 

In the interview, Jennifer talked generally about her long relationship that eventually went sour with Ben -- something she doesn't normally do. The two got married in 2005, but later divorced in 2018.

Eminem’s ex-wife, Kim Scott, told cops she drank two margaritas at Chili's prior to her DUI arrest ... this according to the police report from the incident.

Per the report, obtained by TMZ, officers in Michigan responded to the scene after a neighbor called about a white Range Rover crashing into their car – and then fleeing the scene this week.

The neighbor told the cop the Range Rover was parked at a home nearby. The officer went over to the home and says Kim answered the door. According to the report, she admitted the Range Rover was hers and that she had used it recently.

“I know what this is about,” Kim told the officer. Cops say she admitted to hitting the truck that was parked on the side of the road but said “another car” had caused her to collide with the car.

She told the police she planned to go back to the scene later. When asked if she had any drinks that night, cops say Kim told them she had two margaritas at Chili’s.

We've obtained exclusive video of the actor chatting with a group of people on February 7 ... 10 days before getting into a brawl in New Orleans, which landed him behind bars yesterday.

In the clip, the group appears to be chatting about religion ... with Shia admitting to being a Catholic -- which he says makes him a "full-blown weirdo."

He then loudly asks the group if they go to church ... and, when it's clear they don't, he yells they would if there was "a bunch of ass" and "ass getting flopped around."

"Chicago Fire" star Brittany Curran has been arrested, TMZ has learned.

According to the Burbank Police Department, the 35-year-old actress showed up at the police station showing "objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication."

According to police, Brittany was so drunk she couldn't "answer basic questions, could not account for how she arrived at the location, and appeared unable to care for her own safety."

She was booked in Burbank, California on a charge of drunk in public - disorderly conduct.

In addition to "Chicago Fire," Curran is also known for her roles in "13 Going On 30" and "The Magicians."

Award-winning cowboy and horse trainer Adan Banuelos was arrested in Texas in the wee hours of Saturday morning for public intoxication, TMZ has learned. He's already bonded out of the Parker County Jail after paying a minor fee of $386.

TMZ has reached out to the Parker County Sheriff for more info and Adan for comment ... so far, nothing back.

She mostly repeats what we first reported but says she talked to hotel security and was told there was 2-3 minutes of missing security footage that may hold the key to what happened to her.

1:27 PM PT -- V. Stiviano has officially filed a police report in Los Angeles and we're told police are now actively investigating the potential hit-and-run.

The San Francisco drunk woman who starred in an infamous viral bar fight video is catching a break in her legal case, TMZ has learned.

San Francisco authorities tell us Shireen Afkari is off the hook after her arrest for misdemeanor public intoxication at Hazie's saloon in December 2025.

As the world witnessed in the viral video, Afkari drunkenly squabbled with staff at the watering hole, ultimately getting tossed out with her boyfriend and tripped by a bartender on the sidewalk before she was arrested by responding officers.

Robert Rueca, an SFPD spokesperson, tells TMZ ... the department does NOT refer public intoxication cases to the district attorney for possible prosecution, adding that no other charges will be filed against Afkari. As for any fines, Rueca said his understanding is that Afkari will face no further penalties.

Cooper DeJean's brother, Beckett, allegedly had a BAC well above the legal limit when he was arrested for operating while intoxicated over the weekend -- cops say he blew a .142 on a breath test.

TMZ Sports has obtained 20-year-old DeJean's arrest affidavit ... with cops stating the former South Dakota defensive back was "unable to maintain lane" as he was driving his Chevy Malibu around 11:55 PM on Saturday. Once he was pulled over, the officer claimed "a strong odor of alcohol." was evident.

The cop said as they searched his vehicle for a source of the odor, a case of beer was present in the backseat ... and once questioned, DeJean admitted to drinking.
