The guy busted for sending child porn to one of the "Dance Moms" kids had violent fantasies about Lindsay Lohan and served time in prison and a mental hospital ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs we've obtained ... Phoenix Sundown was arrested back in 2007 for assaulting his 18-year-old girlfriend. He was 29 at the time. Sundown got 3 years in a state pen, but was eventually diagnosed with a mental disorder and transferred to a prison hospital.

During counseling there ... doctors discovered Sundown had several photos of women with red pen and wax markings on their breasts and crotches. One collage showed a Lindsay Lohan pic with trails of red dripping on her body, and Sundown holding a long knife over her.

He also copped to writing to Spin magazine about his sexual fantasies with several other female celebs, but said he never contacted them directly.

Cops nabbed the guy who allegedly sent creepy packages to a "Dance Moms" star who is a minor -- and they believe some of the items he sent were pornographic.

TMZ has learned the suspect is named Phoenix Sundown ... and San Diego PD arrested him Tuesday afternoon. As we reported earlier ... the packages arrived at a Pennsylvania post office on Tuesday, and the bomb squad was called in to destroy them.

36-year-old Sundown was booked for sending explicit or obscene matter to a minor -- specifically images of a minor engaged in sexual conduct. He's being held on $25,000 bail.

We've spoken to reps for the "Dance Moms" student to whom Sundown sent the package. We're not revealing her name because of her age -- but the rep tells us Sundown started harassing the child 2 months ago.

The rep says Sundown would post pics of Elizabeth Smart, tag the the "Dance Moms" star ... and included the hashtag, "#futuregoals." They immediately reported the activity to police.

Taylor Swift never broke stride as a crazed fan jumped onstage and went toe-to-toe with her security force in a fight so nasty ... bones were broken.

The intense brawl went down Saturday night at San Diego's Petco Park, and law enforcement sources tell us 26-year-old Christian Ewing snuck into the concert -- repeatedly evading security guards trying to toss him.

We're told Ewing eventually charged onto the stage just as Taylor was runway strutting during "Style." Check out the video ... 4 security guards immediately pounced on him, but he put up a hell of a fight.

The guards eventually dragged him away -- but one guard broke a rib. Ewing was booked for felony and misdemeanor battery, and obstruction. His bail is set at $35k.

Besides a quick glance ... Taylor was able to shake it off.

UCLA football star Ishmael Adams -- considered one of the best cornerbacks in the country -- was arrested this weekend after allegedly robbing an Uber driver ... right in front of a police station!!

A spokesperson for UCLA confirmed the 21-year-old was busted at 3:30 AM on Sunday morning for "allegedly using force to take a cell phone from an Uber driver."

The incident took place right in front of UCPD headquarters, this according to the Daily Bruin.

Officials tell us Adams was booked and is being held on $100,000 bail.

Cops say the Uber driver sustained minor injuries.

Judge Joe Brown's jail sentence is less punishment and more super awesome vacation -- total privacy, fancy amenities, and he even gets full control of the television.

Law enforcement in Shelby County, TN tell us Judge Joe will be kept away from the general population in a protective custody pod for his own safety. The kicker is he's the only inmate in protective custody -- so as king of the castle he can watch all the Judge Judy he wants!

His meals aren't exactly 5-star, but by jail standards it's pretty fine dining:

Breakfast -- Dry cereal, scrambled eggs, cajun potatoes, coffee cake, coffee

Lunch -- PB&J sandwich, cookies, fruit drink

Dinner -- crispy chicken patty w/ gravy, parsley noodles, carrots, garden salad, fresh baked roll, pudding, and sweet tea

As we previously reported, Judge Joe's serving 5 days for contempt ... but he won't have any 'Oz' issues -- solo showers only in protective custody.

A star of "Married to Medicine" needs another doctor for several reasons: 1) she's divorcing her hubby 2) she has multiple knife wounds.

Jill Connors and hubby Dr. John Connors were at home August 13 when he saw text messages on her phone from another man and confronted her. According to the police report obtained by TMZ, John said if she was cheating he'd take the kids.

John claims that set Jill off and she struck him in the face with a spoon and then started slugging him. He says she ripped his shirt off and scratched his chest. BTW, Jill is 5'2" and 103 lbs.

According to John, Jill then took a kitchen knife and started cutting herself in the arm and chest, screaming, "He's cutting me!"

John called 911 and when the cops came Jill was mostly contrite, saying, "I hit him, I started it, I know." She did, however, claim he knifed her but her story was sketchy and cops didn't believe her.

Jill was arrested for domestic violence and, since the kids were watching, cruelty to children.

She filed for divorce on the 19th.

The man found with Rosie O'Donnell's 17-year-old daughter could end up doing some serious jail time, he was just charged in connection to her disappearance.

Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph Coronato says his office was given permission by Rosie to check her daughter's cellphone. He says that on the phone there was "evidence of inappropriate communications over the last several weeks between Sheerer and the minor."

Sheerer was arrested at his home last night and charged with 3rd degree endangering the welfare of a child and 3rd degree distribution of obscenity to a minor. His computer was also seized.

O'Donnell's daughter Chelsea was found with Sheerer on Wednesday at his home in Barnegat, NJ.

Jenelle Evans might as well have a designated cell in the local jailhouse because she was just arrested AGAIN ... this time for beaning her ex-fiance's new girlfriend with a glass.

Law enforcement tells us Evans' ex-fiance Nathan Griffith showed up at her South Carolina home to get his belongings. He brought along a new girlfriend, which didn't sit well with Jenelle. We're told Jenelle came charging out of the house and threw a glass at the girl, striking her in the head.

Cops were called and they placed Jenelle under arrest for assault.

A rep for Jenelle says the 'Teen Mom 2' star felt Nathan was provoking her by bringing over the new girl. If you're counting ... Jenelle has been arrested at least nine times.

She's still in custody.

Constantine Maroulis was arrested Wednesday morning for allegedly kicking his baby mama in the groin, but the "American Idol" alum insists he was defending himself.

Law enforcement sources tell us, the mother of Constantine's 4-year-old daughter called 911 from their home in Wyckoff, New Jersey claiming he threw her to the ground and kicked her in the groin.

Cops responded and arrested Constantine. They took him to jail where he quickly bailed out.

Constantine's rep tells TMZ, he was acting in self-defense because she attacked him. The singer is adamant that he did NOT kick her, and says the argument started after he told her he was leaving her. The rep says there is evidence proving today's incident was self-defense and the rep adds there are well documented prior instances where she was violent.

Maroulis claims he was injured on his right thigh when she hurled something at him.

A jackass isn't the only animal synonymous with Steve-O anymore …cause the adrenaline junkie got arrested Sunday while performing a killer stunt for some captive killer whales.

The "Jackass" star broadcast the insane protest against Sea World on his Facebook … showing himself climbing to the top of a crane in Los Angeles and set off fireworks alongside an inflatable orca he named “Shammy.”

More than 80 firefighters and a ton of LAPD officers were sent to the crane around 8 p.m. following reports of a possible suicide attempt … he was charged with suspicion of trespassing, setting off fireworks without a permit and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Steve-O was released on $5,000 bail Monday morning and is scheduled in court August 31st.

Kim Richards didn't just try to steal a shopping cart full of stuff from Target ... she tried stealing 2 shopping carts full of stuff ... this according to the Target incident report.

According to the report, Kim grabbed the reusable bags at the Van Nuys Target and began loading them up with merchandise in the dollar section ... the pics below show what she took.

The report says Kim loaded the bags in a shopping cart, took it to the the express line but left it without attempting to check out. She told the clerk the items had already been paid for.

She then grabbed another cart and didn't even bother to bag the items ... she just loaded the cart up with toys and beauty products.

The report says Kim then took the second cart to the express line and began lugging the first cart out of the store.

She got 3 feet out of the store -- enough to make a shoplifting case -- when a security guard approached and escorted her to the booking room, where they took her pic.

Kim told security she didn't recall if she paid for the goods or not.

The cops came and arrested Kim for theft. The items totaled $600.

Aldon Smith's arrest Friday was his last straw with the San Francisco 49ers ... they've cut him.

8:45 AM PT -- Aldon just got sprung after posting the $26k bail.

49ers superstar Aldon Smith is in a familiar place, and it ain't training camp -- he's in jail after getting busted for hit and run and DUI.

The oft-arrested Smith is sitting in jail after Santa Clara police hauled him in early Friday morning. He's being held on $26,000 bail.

We know he's been booked for DUI, hit and run, and also vandalism. It's still unclear exactly what went down leading up to the arrest.

This is Smith's second DUI -- the first was in 2013 -- and he was also hit with weapons charges in 2012. He served 12 days in jail in 2014. The NFL suspended him for 9 games last season.

6:00 AM PST -- Busta has been released on his own recognizance.

Busta Rhymes is in a NYC jail after allegedly throwing a Muscle Milk at someone in a gym.

The rapper was working out at Steel Gym when he began arguing with another guy. Busta allegedly threw the container of the power drink, striking the man. It's unclear if he was injured.

Busta was arrested for second degree assault.

His lawyer, Scott Leemon, tells TMZ, "This is another attempt to take advantage of Busta's celebrity status." Leemon calls the allegations "a bunch of bull."

Chanel West Coast is screaming bloody murder over her arrest, claiming she was assaulted by two security guards she thinks are cops.

The "Ridiculousness" star posted photos after her release showing off fresh new bruises up and down her arms ... claiming they're the result of being manhandled and violently handcuffed.

Chanel said, "This S*** ain't a race issue. It's a cop issue!"

Thing is ... the guys who slapped the cuffs on her were not police ... they were security guards hired by 1 OAK. And, when you watch the video, Chanel didn't submit quietly to the citizen's arrest.

We broke the story ... Chanel was arrested at the WeHo nightclub Tuesday. L.A. County Sheriff's deputies took her to the station after she was handcuffed by the guards.

Chanel could have avoided the arrest by calming down ... the guard says on camera he would have let her go but then she punched and kicked him.

Chanel West Coast from MTV's "Ridiculousness" was arrested at 1 OAK nightclub Tuesday for allegedly beating on people and even punching and kicking a cop.  And, maybe the best "do-you-know-who-I-am" ever ... "I've been on TV for 17 seasons."

Law enforcement tells us Chanel, who also appeared on Rob Dyrdek's "Fantasy Factory," got into a fight with a girl inside the club. She was promptly booted but when she got outside she started fighting security.

Someone involved made a citizen's arrest and she was held until L.A. County Sheriff's deputies came, cuffed her and took her in for battery.

You hear a cop say to Chanel that he wanted to let her go even after she kicked him but then she went and punched him.
