Chris Brown annihilated his baby mama in court Tuesday, after a judge pooh-poohed her request to restrict Brown's custody because of alleged drug use and gang affiliation.

Nia Guzman claimed Chris was unfit to care for Royalty without strict supervision. She wanted a monitor and more ... Nia asked the judge to reduce the amount of contact he has with the 1-year-old.

The judge wasn't having it, so the status quo remains. We're told Chris and Nia will continue to have joint legal and physical custody. Under the existing custody order, Chris gets 12 days a month with his daughter and it will continue to be unmonitored.

Nia's also gunning for more child support, although that wasn't on the table. She's getting $2,500 a month but wants it upped to nearly $16k a month.

Kim Kardashian narrowly avoided a huge wardrobe malfunction while out to dinner and the opera Sunday night with Kanye in Rome.

The two are in Italy celebrating their 2nd wedding anniversary, which is Tuesday, and Kim definitely knew how to make sure her husband's eyes were glued to her. Same holds true for every other guy within a 50 foot radius.

"Teen Mom" OG star Gary Shirley is set for a great Father's Day ... he's keeping primary physical custody of his daughter with Amber Portwood ... and mama's paying child support.

Gary and Amber have been locked in a custody war for years over 7-year-old Leah.

Amber lost primary custody in 2011 and then went to prison for drug possession the following year. Amber says late last year they agreed to joint legal custody with primary physical custody going to Gary. They have since been fighting over child support.

The parents were in an Indiana court last week and struck a settlement. Gary will retain primary physical custody. As for child support ... Amber has to fork over $1,200 per month.

They both say they can put their beef behind them and properly co-parent their kid.

Fresh off his Mexican vacation, Louis Tomlinson got a fresh dose of reality when baby mama Briana Jungwirth handed over their 4-month-old son Freddie.

Looks like Louis is on daddy duty at least through the weekend ... the exchange with Briana went down Thursday afternoon outside a Starbucks in Thousand Oaks.

Louis' rented a home in nearby Calabasas for Briana and Freddie, so it's unclear why they'd make the exchange in a parking lot ... then again, when you're raising a little tyke, got to fit in those Starbucks runs somehow.

Chrissy Teigen didn't lose all her baby weight just yet, judging by the top she was wearing strolling around NYC Wednesday with hubby John Legend.

NFL free agent Ray Rice and his wife Janay are about to become parents all over again ... Janay just announced she's got a bun in the oven.

A noticeably pregnant Janay took to her Instagram page Saturday to make the announcement ... and said she's 21 weeks along. It doesn't appear Ray or Janay know if they're having a boy or girl but they've already got a 4-year-old daughter named Rayven.

Our sources say Tyga will not even speak to Chyna ... their only direct contact is email. We're told he changed his cell and won't give her the new number. Most of the parenting decisions are made with their nanny as the go-between.

Fetty Wap's come a long way in just four months -- from denying he even fathered a child with Masika to totally proud papa cradling his little girl in a doctor's office.

Fetty and Masika were together for baby Khari's scheduled one-week doctor's appointment on Tuesday. Check out the video ... Fetty couldn't look happier.

Fetty and Masika's baby girl, Khari Barbie Maxwell, was born weighing 7 lbs and 1 oz Tuesday in a L.A. hospital at around 6:07 PM.

According to Masika's rep ... the labor was easy with little pain and no complications.

As we previously reported ... Fetty hopped on a plane from New Jersey the second Masika went into labor ... about a 6 hour flight.

We're told they agreed on the name Khari since it means queenly and joyful in Swahili ... which is a long way from where this whole thing started.

Ex "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Masika Kalysha is ready to pop -- she went into labor on Tuesday, and baby daddy Fetty Wap ... is rushing to be there for the birth.

Masika's rep tells TMZ she went into labor around 12:30 PM, and she instantly notified Fetty. We're told he booked the first flight out of New Jersey and has now landed in L.A. The rep sent us this shot of mommy-to-be in her hospital room.

We're told Fetty wants to be at the hospital when the kid arrives. He and Masika have come a long way. Remember, Fetty originally denied even being the father.

Based on his tweets ... sounds like Fetty is pretty happy about the pending arrival.

Dramatic night for Boston Celtics forward Jae Crowder -- because his baby mama got arrested AT HIS GAME Monday night for allegedly spitting on another woman at Staples Center.

TMZ Sports has confirmed ... Dana Lambert was arrested for simple battery last night while Jae's Celtics were in the middle of playing the L.A. Clippers.

Multiple law enforcement sources tell us Lambert got into a heated argument with another woman at Staples ... and things allegedly came to a head when Lambert channeled her inner llama and spit on the other woman.

We're told the two women involved have a long-standing beef with each other.

The other woman called for security and demanded they make a "citizen's arrest" -- which ultimately happened. Lambert was eventually taken into custody by the LAPD and booked for misdemeanor battery.

She was released early Tuesday morning after posting $20,000 bail. Calls to Jae and Dana have not been returned.

The woman who says late "M*A*S*H" star Wayne Rogers fathered her son is now going after his estate to get the huge sum she says she's owed ... a whopping $3.4 million.

Melinda Naud filed a creditors claim this week against Rogers' estate ... a follow-up to the civil suit she filed back in 2013. Naud claims Rogers begged her to keep it quiet after she gave birth to their kid, Luigi Calabrese, back in 1985.

Naud claims Rogers made a bunch of promises he never made good on before his death, including ... a $500,000 trust, a $1,000,000 life insurance policy, plus college expenses and child support.

Add it all up, and she says it comes to $3,418,000.

Mel Gibson clearly loves his little daughter, but he's gotta be regretting hooking up with the kid's mom, who's going back to court for a bloody fortune.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ, Oksana Grigorieva is asking the family law judge to increase her child support from $20k a month to well over $100,000 a month.

Our sources say Oksana wants significantly more than $10k a month just for security, even though we're told she can't point to any security risk involving 6-year-old Lucia.

The case is about to go to trial, with Oksana claiming she needs to support a lifestyle of vacations, travel, lodging and other items that make Mel look like mobile home material.

Eddie Murphy is in rehearsals for "Daddy Day Care," Part 9 -- and his pregnant co-star's totally ready for her close-up.

Eddie and gf Paige Butcher took a stroll for java Wednesday in L.A. The couple announced they were expecting back in November ... so, we're guessing she's about 5-6 months along.

This will be the ninth spawn for Murphy and her first.
