'Biggest Loser' Trainer Super Skinny Champ Isn't Healthy ... Yet

"Biggest Loser" trainer Dolvett Quince still isn't happy with winner Rachel Frederickson's weight -- after she dropped from 260 to a scary 105 pounds -- but he tells TMZ, he's determined to get her healthy.

Rachel won Season 15 earlier this month ... but her dramatic weight loss shocked viewers, who claimed Rachel had lost TOO much weight, bordering on anorexic-looking.

And it appears Quince agrees -- he tells us, "We're going to get her healthy. She's going to be alright ... She's getting healthier every day."

Quince says he's still working with Rachel -- pro bono -- and has a plan to help her get better.

Jillian Michaels 'I Guess I Need Cara to Train Me' 'Biggest Loser' Star Hits Back At Co-Star After Triathlon Diss

More smack talk in the war between two former "Biggest Loser" co-stars -- this time Jillian Michaels is firing back at Cara Castronuova with some good ol' fashioned venom-laced sarcasm.

We broke the story ... Cara -- who was a trainer on the show -- ripped Jillian apart over Michaels' poor showing at the Malibu triathlon earlier this month, calling her an embarrassment.

This weekend, Michaels returned to Malibu -- where she offered up some brand new excuses for her abysmal showing (bad wet suit, bike problems, a horse?) and vowed to do better in the race next year.

Then, it was open season on Cara.

Check out the clip -- we're guessing these two ain't opening a gym together anytime soon.

'Biggest Loser' Trainer Slams Jillian Michaels She Embarrassed Herself at Malibu Triathlon

Jillian Michaels didn't just SUCK ASS at the Malibu Triathlon -- she was an EMBARRASSMENT -- so says her former "Biggest Loser" co-star Cara Castronuova.

As we previously reported, Michaels was a disaster at last weekend's big race -- admitting to TMZ she got beat by a bunch of people a world class fitness professional shouldn't have lost to ... including an 80-year-old.

But when we ran into Cara last night in L.A., the former B.L. trainer didn't pull punches -- telling us. "I would probably kill myself if that happened to me."

Cara said Michaels likely bombed because she didn't take the event seriously -- "That's what happens a lot with people that think they're in really good shape. They take things lightly and then they embarrass themselves."

Jillian Michaels The Malibu Triathlon's Biggest Loser

"Biggest Loser" mega-trainer Jillian Michaels shocked everyone at the Malibu Triathlon -- by totally sucking at, y'know ... being in shape and stuff.

Why choose to succeed when failure is an option, right JM?

USA Wrestling Legend Thank God Wrestling's Back in Olympics!

The International Olympic Committee just announced wrestling WON'T be axed from the 2020 Tokyo Games after all ... and one of the biggest stars in the sport couldn't be more thrilled.

TMZ spoke with Rulon Gardner -- former "Biggest Loser" contestant and gold medal winner at the 2000 Sydney Games -- who tells us the IOC's ruling made his day.

Rulon says he still can't believe the sport was ever on the chopping block to begin with ... but he's pumped "wrestling will showcase it's greatness to the world once again."

As for the other sports nixed from the 2020 Games, like squash, they're still out ... because no one cares about squash.

Seriously, who plays squash?

Dr. H From 'Biggest Loser' Drops $5.5 Mil On Phat Pad ... Non-Fatties Welcome

Dr. H from "Biggest Loser" doesn't just help fat people with their problems -- he dropped $5.5 million on a sick mansion in Malibu ... to help folks of all sizes change their lives!!!

The good doc -- Robert Huizenga -- purchased the 9,750-square-foot casa at auction in July. But we're told the place isn't for him ... Dr. H will be using it as a wellness retreat where people (with fat wallets) can focus on making lifestyle changes through fitness, meditation and yoga.

FYI: He owns another mansion-based retreat -- located in the Hollywood Hills -- focused on weight loss. We're told the Malibu site is NOT strictly about shedding lbs.

As for the primo pad -- five separate buildings, 10.2 acres, 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, 360-degree views of the Cali coastline, outdoor cabana, pond, and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, according to our friends at Trulia.

FUN FACTS: Before "Loser" Dr. H was the team physician for the L.A. Raiders and once wrote a book that inspired Oliver Stone's flick "Any Given Sunday."

And now you know.

'Biggest Loser' Old Trainer Gets the Boot Replaced By Uncertified Coach

The morbidly obese contestants on "The Biggest Loser" -- some of whom are close to death -- will be pushed to the limit by a new trainer who is NOT certified in California ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned Sandy Krum -- who's been on the show since 2007 -- got the boot before Season 15 began taping this summer. He's been replaced by a young gun named Ryan Applegate.

Sources connected with the "Biggest Loser" tell us past contestants and several staff members on the show are extremely upset that Applegate hasn't passed the stringent certification test -- a test that is not required by law but one that many trainers take because it cements their qualifications.

Quick reminder, these aren't your average Joes who are just a tad out of shape ... they're morbidly overweight people -- some of whom tip the scales at more than 500 lbs -- many of whom have extremely high blood pressure and suffer from diabetes.

A rep for the show's production company tells us, "The health and safety of our contestants is our #1 priority and the show is confident that the team of professionals they have hired to work with the contestants are qualified to do so."

'Biggest Loser' Star Sued By Fitness Company You Can't Get Fat Again!!!

As if re-gaining a bunch of weight wasn't bad enough, former "Biggest Loser" star Tara Costa is now being SUED for porking up again ... and it could cost her a lot of money, TMZ has learned.

FC Online Marketing -- which owns ILoveKickboxing.com -- has filed a lawsuit against Costa claiming it entered into a fitness promotional agreement with the reality star ... but she didn't hold up her end of the bargain.

The deal breaker ... FCOM says Costa -- who famously lost 155 POUNDS on "The Biggest Loser: Couples 2" back in 2009 -- had re-gained "far too much weight" in 2011 to represent the brand in photo shoots and public appearances.

FCOM says it paid Costa's foundation $45,000 in exchange for her image and likeness ... but since she got fat again, her image has lost all value to the company.

FCOM is now suing Costa for breaching the don't-get-fat agreement, demanding unspecified damages.

For what it's worth ... from Costa's recent Twitter pics, it appears she's back down to her fighting weight (or close to it) but FCOM insists the damage is already done. Attempts to reach Costa were not successful.

Dr. H from 'Biggest Loser' Wife Files for Separation

The wife of Dr. H from "Biggest Loser" is dropping some serious weight -- as in her own husband -- she's filing for legal separation after almost 33 YEARS of marriage.

Wanda Huizenga filed the papers in L.A. County Superior Court against the good doc -- real name Robert Huizenga -- citing "irreconcilable differences."

The couple was married in August 1979 and split in May this year. They have no minor children.

Wanda wants spousal support. Calls to Dr. H were not returned.

'Biggest Loser' Wedding NO BOOZE ALLOWED

"Biggest Loser" contestant Joe Messina's recent nuptials violated the one cardinal rule of weddings everywhere -- GET EVERYONE WASTED -- because booze was NOT allowed at the party.

TMZ broke the story ... the former Season 13 contestant tied the knot recently in Michigan -- and 12 other current and former contestants attended -- but the wedding party lacked a key ingredient .... alcohol.

Sources tell us ... the groom and his "Loser" guests are serious as a heart attack when it comes to their new healthy lifestyle -- so they axed all forms of alcohol from the menu (alcoholic drinks contain a lot of calories). Thankfully, we're told the crowd -- which was pretty religious -- didn't drink much anyway.

But Joe's reign of terror didn't end there -- we're told he also subbed a real wedding cake for low-fat pumpkin cake pops ... and served only food from the "Biggest Loser Cookbook" ... such as:

-- Grilled Chicken with Mango, Thai Quinoa Salad
-- Tossed Salad
-- Fresh Fruit Salad
-- Asian Chopped Salad
-- Salad Salad

And just when you thought it couldn't get any worse ... we're told the guests actually WORKED OUT before the ceremony.

No one was injured.

'Biggest Loser' Wedding STUFFED with Losers

Who said losers can't find love -- TMZ has learned, recent "Biggest Loser" quitter Joe Messina tied the knot earlier this month ... and not only did the entire cast attend ... a former contestant actually officiated!

Sources tell TMZ, the small ceremony took place outside on April 14th at a Michigan park -- only a select number of friends and family were invited ... but the tight list included 12 current and former contestants from Season 13 of "Biggest Loser."

Among the "Biggest Loser" attendees -- Buddy and Mark, who famously walked off the show in protest back in February ... and BL finalists Conda and Jeremy.

We're told Buddy officiated the ceremony, Mark said a prayer, and former contestant Gayle made the flowers. All the food at the reception was made using recipes from the "Biggest Loser" cookbook.

If you don't remember Joe, it's probably because the 38-year-old truck driver walked off the show in January because he missed his then-fiancee Anita. The walk-off was unrelated to the mass protest a month later.

'Biggest Loser ' The Show Must Go On ... WITHOUT THE QUITTERS!!!

The "Biggest Loser" has trimmed some serious fat ... TMZ has learned TWO of the contestants who walked off the set this week have been cut loose for good ... and the show will continue without them.

TMZ has obtained photos taken today at the "Loser" ranch ... where production has resumed following a mass mutiny this week. TMZ broke the story ... several competitors stormed off the show in protest after getting word about a possible game "twist" that would give previously eliminated losers a shot at the $250k prize.

Sources connected to the show tell us ... producers are considering using the mutiny as a story point.

NBC is still refusing to comment on the situation.

'Biggest Loser' Castoff Contestants on Strike Are Sabotaging Their Lives

The oldest person ever to compete on "Biggest Loser" has some wise words for the contestants currently on strike -- the weight loss show is NOT about the prize money ... it's about saving your life.

TMZ broke the story ... nearly all of the remaining contestants on the current season have walked off the show and are threatening to quit -- after learning that producers were considering bringing back previous contestants to compete for the $250,000 grand prize.

The contestants are striking because they feel it's unfair to bring back old contestants -- which would hurt their chances at winning the money.

But 66-year-old John Forger (above) -- who competed on Season 12 -- tells TMZ, "It's not about [money]. What it's really about, for most of us, is the change in our lifestyle, and being able to get rid of obesity."

John adds, "For most of us, it's about health. Would I walk off the show for the money? ABSOLUTELY NOT."

John was eliminated in the second week of Season 12 -- but he tells us, he has no regrets ... losing 97 pounds while he was on the show, and an additional 15 afterwards.

"Biggest Loser" Mutiny Time to Trim the Fat

Fear not "The Biggest Loser" fans, the contestants' threat to quit mid-season will not derail the show -- IF producers adopt one TMZ staffer's plan to lay down the law ... and drop a ton of LBs.

'Biggest Loser' Contestants Throw Weight Around, Threaten to Quit Show

There's a big, fat problem on the set of "The Biggest Loser" -- TMZ has learned nearly all of the remaining contestants have walked off the show and are threatening to quit after learning about a secret "twist" that could seriously affect their shot at the $250,000 grand prize.

Multiple sources connected with the show tell us ... the mutiny took place this week ... when the losers got word that producers were considering bringing back previous contestants to compete for the grand prize.

We're told most of the current contestants were pissed -- feeling it was unfair that prior losers would get a second bite at the apple ... so they banded together and decided to protest by walking off the show in the middle of shooting an episode.

Sources tell us ... show honchos have shut down production for at least a week while they figure out how to handle the situation.

A rep for NBC had no comment on the situation.

'Biggest Loser' Host My New Year's Resolution ... Over 20 Miles of Pain

Most people sign up for some spin classes ... but "Biggest Loser" host Alison Sweeney is taking that 26.2 steps further for her New Year's resolution -- telling TMZ, she plans to run the L.A. Marathon this year.

She's got 76 days left to get ready -- the marathon is scheduled for March 18 -- but Alison tells us, she already got a head start ... beginning her training two months ago.

Sweeney says she plans to hit the pavement with several "Biggest Loser" alums on the big day. Now that's commitment.
