'Real Housewives' star Yolanda Foster and mega music producer David Foster are calling it quits after 4 years of marriage.

The couple's been together for a total of 9 years, and say, "During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."

The joint statement to is a clear reference to Yolanda's battle with Lyme disease over the last 3 years. Bella and Gigi Hadid's mom and stepdad tied the knot back on 11/11/11. This was her 2nd marriage, and David's 4th.

People first reported the break-up.

It's unclear if either's actually filed divorce papers. They never used the D word in their statement, but added ... "We are grateful for the years we've spent together and believe wholeheartedly that we did our best."

Courteney Cox and her fiance rocker Johnny McDaid have broken up, and called off their wedding -- but we've found out they fought like hell to make it work.

Sources close to the former couple tell us the Snow Patrol guitarist packed up and moved out of Courteney's homes in Malibu and L.A. shortly before Thanksgiving. We're told he flew back home to England.

Marta Kauffman -- the co-creator of "Friends," one of the most successful shows in TV history -- has ended her 31 year marriage ... TMZ has learned.

Marta and Michael Skloff filed divorce docs Wednesday, along with their settlement ... meaning they worked it all out ahead of time.

Marta, who's worth a reported $200 million, and Michael have 3 grown children, so custody is not an issue.

Sources close to Jess tell us when she walked out on Mike in August she left with only two small bags and her engagement ring ... worth around $200k. She left behind their two dogs and her wardrobe (mostly purchased by Mike) because she wants nothing to do with him or his money.

Although the box for spousal support was checked on the divorce docs -- we're told it was a mistake on her lawyer's part ... since Jessica doesn't want a dime.

Jess and Mike were only married for 4 months when she walked out. As for the wedding gifts ... that might have to be sorted out in court, since they haven't yet discussed what to do with them. They haven't even sent 'thank you' notes yet!

We're told their split will be featured on the next season of 'Shahs.'

Kaley Cuoco opted for another tattoo instead of laser removal when getting the giant reminder of her soon-to-be ex-husband Ryan Sweeting removed from her back.

Cuoco had the giant Roman numerals of their wedding date covered up with what looks like a giant butterfly tattoo. She posted a pic of the finished ink and she said there was no real meaning to the design ... but she seems to be experiencing some kind of metamorphosis.

We're told Cuoco came into the tattoo parlor Tuesday on a whim and was there for about an hour getting the ink.

She paid about $150 for it ... probably a lot less than the checks she'll be paying Sweeting once the divorce is finalized.

Jessica filed the docs Friday, citing irreconcilable differences. They just got married at the end of March, but she claims they've been separated since August 1st ... so they had a few good months. Maybe.

Jessica is asking for spousal support. They have no kids.

Their courtship and engagement were a huge part of the show ... so, we'll see how the divorce plays out on the next season.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are back together but only as friends ... at least for now we're told.

Our sources say Justin and Selena are telling friends they haven't hooked up again despite being inseparable over the weekend.

The two were spotted out in Bev Hills Friday night, and then again Sunday at Justin's AMAs after-party at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood.

We're told Justin and Selena kept their hands to themselves mostly at JB's party, and they didn't leave together at the end of the night. Justin left with Halsey, who appears on his new LP.

Even if they're not doing the deed, it's interesting Selena's back to hanging with Justin's crowd. She'd distanced herself from them after the breakup.

Tom Welling's divorce is now final, and the settlement is unusual in the spousal support dept.

The "Smallville" star's 10 year marriage to Jamie Welling is officially over, and according to legal docs Tom has to pay spousal support for 5 years, but not a set amount.

The 38-year-old actor has to shell out 20% of his net professional income to Jamie, but there are limits. Anything Tom earns north of $5 mil a year is his and his alone.

So, you ask, is Tom that loaded? Apparently, yes. He's worked consistently -- most recently in "Draft Day" -- and according to docs, he and Jamie own a Florida horse farm, and homes in Florida and Massachusetts. They have a bunch of fancy cars and lots of other stuff.

Kylie Jenner wants everyone to relax, cuz things with her and Tyga are just fine ... according to her.

Kylie posted a pic to Snapchat Saturday showing her and who we're guessing is Tyga together on a couch with the caption "everyone needs to chill." We're not sure where the two are, but judging by the ink on his hand ... it's safe to say that's Tyga.

It's unclear if the two are officially back together or just talking things out but you gotta wonder, why so soon?

Producers for The American Music Awards had a last minute scramble Friday night after Tyga and Kylie called it quits.

A source close to Sunday night's show tells TMZ the two were originally supposed to be sitting together in the crowd. However -- to avoid any serious drama -- we've learned producers now have Tyga sitting a few rows back from Jenner.

Our source also says Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton will be paired together and Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez will be front row ... but not beside each other.

Kylie Jenner was flying solo Friday night -- no Tyga in sight -- but she may not have left solo.

The freshly-single 18-year-old partied at Hyde on the Sunset Strip in WeHo until 2 AM. Apparently Justin Bieber was inside and so was A$AP Rocky.
