Conrad Hilton smashed his daddy's Range Rover head-on into another woman -- just a few hours after he dodged jail time for another high-speed wreck ... according to a new lawsuit.

Kelly Auld says Paris Hilton's troubled little bro was driving erratically in the white Range and drifting into her lane. In the docs, she says he accelerated, and clipped another car before smashing into hers.

Auld says in the seconds before the crash, she saw Hilton looking dazed with BOTH hands above his head as he careened toward her. In the suit, she says witnesses saw Conrad throw a bong out his window, and he was covered in vomit when he got out of the SUV.

The vehicle was registered to Hilton & Hyland, Rick Hilton's real estate firm ... according to the suit.

She's done her research too -- Auld points out Conrad entered a court-ordered drug treatment program last year, and had been prohibited from driving.

And get this ... she says the accident happened May 19 -- the day after Conrad struck a plea deal for a 100 mph wreck near Palm Springs.

Miley Cyrus' little sis Noah was texting behind the wheel and rear-ended a guy who now can't keep the missus happy ... according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

EJ Hawkins is suing the 16-year-old, claiming he was cruising on the 101 in L.A. when she slammed into his car, sending him to the hospital.

EJ claims in addition to the physical pain, he's suffered "loss of love, affection, companionship, comfort, society and sexual relations."

Kris Jenner knocked a man right out of his home and onto the street ... but it's not her fault.

Turns out the Prius owner with whom she collided last week was living in his car, and now he's car-less and homeless.

Jack Way tells us he's an actor/model in the entertainment industry, but work has been hard to come by, and he's been living in his car the last few months to make ends meet.

The Prius was totaled after Jack cut in front of Kris' Rolls at a Calabasas intersection. Here's the problem ... it appears the accident was his fault and he doesn't have collision insurance, and he doesn't have the money to get a new whip.

So, Jack's calling on friends for a place to sleep every night while he regroups. He even set up a GoFundMe.

He's also lawyering up ... he's been in touch with Larry H. Parker, who gets some people $2.1 million ...

This ain't no stunt -- a dummy's brains were blown to smithereens when the car in which it was riding got in a car wreck.

The stunt dummy was a passenger along with Japanese filmmaker Ryuhei Kitamura -- the man behind "Godzilla: Final Wars" -- when the driver swerved to avoid an object in the road ... then smashed into the center divider on an L.A. street.

The dummy was rigged to have it's brains blown out for a pivotal scene in "DOWNRANGE" ... but the wreck triggered deployment. It'll now take 2 weeks to wrangle a new dummy ... which will set production back $30k.

As for Ryuhei ... he was taken to a hospital but seems to be in good spirits after joking he was offended the insurance company was more concerned about the prop than him.

Dennis Rodman was driving the WRONG WAY on a California freeway during a July 20th crash ... and then FLED the scene ... officials say.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Rodman was being investigated for hit-and-run after witnesses told the California Highway Patrol they believed the NBA great was driving a white SUV that crashed on the 5 Freeway around 12:30 AM.

CHP investigators now believe Rodman WAS behind the wheel -- and was traveling northbound while in the southbound carpool lane that night.

Officials say the driver of a BMW swerved to avoid a head-on collision and hit the center divider. Rodman allegedly left the scene.

Multiple sources tell us ... Rodman was at a karaoke bar in the hours before the crash. We're guessing officials want to find out if he was drinking.

TMZ Sports obtained a photo of Rodman at the bar earlier that night holding car keys in his hand.

CHP investigators are recommending Orange County prosecutors should move forward with charges against Rodman.

Another one of Johnny Manziel's expensive rides needs work after a wreck outside a famous strip club on Sunset, but Johnny's hands are clean on this one.

Kris Jenner is no Avis girl ... no Nissan Altima for her because her car's in the shop. Kris got a brand new Rolls ... in a glass box!!!

We got this video of the Rolls rolling down the 101 Thursday in Calabasas ... heading for Kris' nearby home where it was delivered in grand style.

We're told the Rolls involved in the crash Wednesday was totaled, and Kris was immediately in touch with the dealership. She wanted a white Rolls with a black top, and there was only one available in So. Cal.

The Rolls that crashed was only one week old. But as they say, once it leaves the lot it loses half its value, so she started fresh with an odometer registering zero.

Jacksonville Jaguars' Denard Robinson is almost off the hook in his bizarre pond accident ... 'cause all he has to do is pay a small court-ordered fine.

The 25-year-old running back was cited for careless driving after crossing a few lanes of traffic and crashing his car into a retention pond on July 3rd.

According to Florida Times-Union's Larry Hannan, Robinson just pled no contest to the citation. The judge ordered him to pay $100 fine and said he'll get no points on his driving record.

Robinson was not present in court, but sent his attorney, Henry Coxe, on his behalf. He argued Robinson's car drifted after he fell asleep at a red light ... but barely went into the water.

Coxe gave us a picture that shows where Robinson's car was when the tow truck showed up.

The Prius driver who collided with Kris Jenner Wednesday in Calabasas says it doesn't matter who caused the crash ... the person with the most power wins.

Jack -- he wouldn't give his last name -- told our photog he needs a lawyer to help determine his next move, but he frets about the clear power imbalance between him and the famous Rolls-Royce driver.

Jack's got problems ... according to all accounts, he caused the crash by cutting in front of her.

Modest Mouse lead singer Isaac Brock admits falling asleep while driving -- which caused a chain reaction wreck -- and only a stroke of luck separated him from Caitlyn Jenner's fate.

Brock dozed off Wednesday while driving in Portland, OR ... and smashed into the back of a city parks vehicle, which hit a 3rd, which hit a 4th and a 5th. From the the looks of it Brock's Land Rover got the worst of the pileup.

He told TMZ ... "I feel asleep at the wheel, nodded off and next thing I knew there was a car." He says he suffered a bruised sternum from the airbag, but says it definitely saved his life.

One other driver was hospitalized with a concussion. Police checked Brock for impairment, but he passed. He was only cited for careless driving.

It's interesting, Jenner was eventually tagged with inattentive driving for the PCH wreck last year, but due to there being a fatality ... she was initially investigated for vehicular manslaughter. The D.A. ended up rejecting the case.

Kris Jenner was just involved in a car wreck off the 101 freeway near her home and we're told the impact was bad enough that she may have broken her wrist.

Law enforcement sources tell us Kris' white Rolls-Royce collided with a Prius -- the force of the impact deployed her airbag and absolutely destroyed the front end.

A Kardashian source tells us the Prius ran a red light. A law enforcement source tells TMZ it appears Kris was driving on a surface street when the Prius cut in front of her trying to get onto the 101 and caused the collision.

We're told Kris is being treated on scene by paramedics ... who we're told did not want to remove her from the car for fear of exacerbating her injury.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Denard Robinson says he's "blessed" that he didn't hurt or kill anyone when he crashed his car into a pond earlier this month ... saying, "The situation could have been a lot worse."

Robinson spoke with reporters Thursday about the July 3rd accident -- in which his Impala drifted across several lanes of traffic and crashed into a retention pond. Cops say Robinson and a female passenger were asleep in the sinking car when help arrived.

"I fell asleep at the light ... I was at the light sitting there waiting and I ended up dozing off. It was late at night and I had a busy day. It was one of those days where I should’ve just stayed in."

He was also adamant he was NOT under the influence of drugs or alcohol -- saying, "If that was the case, I would’ve had a DUI."

FYI, Robinson was not arrested -- as the responding officer did not believe Robinson showed signs of intoxication.

Still, Denard says he's happy no one was hurt.

"I feel blessed, because it could have been a situation where I wasn’t talking to you right now ... The situation could’ve been way worse."

"I could’ve hurt somebody or killed somebody, so I’m truly blessed that nothing happened to nobody. I came out with no scratches and my passenger was the same way."

Dennis Rodman has been named a "person of interest" in a hit-and-run investigation in Santa Ana, CA -- after a late night collision Wednesday morning ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Bizarre footage of the moments before Jacksonville Jaguars running back Denard Robinson's car crashed into a pond -- and you can see the vehicle aimlessly drifting across several lanes of traffic.

The footage shows the Chevy Impala slowly drifting into oncoming traffic around 4:20 AM on July 3rd ... before it ultimately goes over an embankment and into a retention pond.

Cops responded to the scene and had to pull Robinson and a female passenger out of the sinking car. Cops say Robinson and the woman were asleep as the car was sinking.

Talk about cool under pressure ...

Johnny Manziel couldn't have been more polite and composed in the moments after he was T-boned in a hit-and-run incident in Dallas last month ... at least judging by the 911 call.

TMZ Sports obtained the audio from the June 20th incident -- in which Manziel reports that his car door was smashed in by a 4-door Charger that sped off after the collision.

"I'm okay. I'm not hurt ... but I was definitely just in an accident."

Johnny said he also had a witness who will vouch that the QB did nothing wrong.

But the best part of the call is when the dispatcher asks for the caller's name -- and you hear the voice sheepishly respond, "Jonathan Manziel."

As we previously reported, cops are investigating the crash. As for Johnny, he refused medical attention and left for Cabo a few days later.
