Laura Dern to Ben Harper: Make Your Mind Up!
Ben Harper has had a change of heart in his divorce with Laura Dern ... TMZ has learned.
Ben still wants the divorce, but he's changed his mind on when he and Laura separated. TMZ broke the story ... when Ben filed for divorce last month, he listed the date of separation as January 1, 2010.
But last Friday, Ben's lawyer amended his divorce petition, now listing the date of separation as July 1, 2010. It's unclear why Ben had a change of heart.
As for Laura, it's all a surprise to her. She didn't know anything about a split until October 8, the day Ben filed for divorce.

Tony Parker Files for Divorce -- Read the Docs
TMZ has obtained the dueling divorce docs Tony Parker filed last week against Eva Longoria.
The documents, which were stamped at the court in Texas on Friday, were filed using initials only. Unlike Eva's docs, there is no mention of a prenup.
It is unclear how lawyers for Eva and Tony will work things out -- namely, where they get divorced ... San Antonio or Los Angeles.

Tony Parker's Lawyer Blindsides Eva Longoria
Eva Longoria and Tony Parker both want their divorce to go smoothly, but Tony's sudden move Friday to file his own divorce papers angered Eva and complicated the process.
TMZ broke the story ... Tony filed his own divorce papers in Texas, just days after Eva filed in California. Sources tell us Eva's side had absolutely no idea Tony's lawyer filed the docs -- and, we're told, Eva was "very upset" when she found out.
According to our sources, both Tony and Eva want their prenup enforced. But when Eva's lawyer filed the divorce papers, the attorney checked the box that reserved Eva's right to collect spousal support -- something we're told is inconsistent with their prenup.
Sources say ... since Tony's lawyer felt Eva's divorce papers left open the possibility she would challenge the prenup, he wanted to protect his client by filing in Texas, which several experts tell us could be beneficial to Tony in terms of enforcing the prenup.
In the end, sources connected with the couple tell us Eva and Tony are in sync -- all was calm on Sunday -- but right now there are two divorce petitions in two states, and someone's gotta give.

Tony Parker Files for Divorce In Texas
Tony Parker has filed his own divorce petition against Eva Longoria in Texas, TMZ has learned, and it has all the markings of a legal battle.
Tony's divorce petition was filed in Bexar County, Texas. The stamp shows today's date. Sources connected with Tony confirm a document was filed.
Eva filed for divorce earlier in the week in Los Angeles, CA., setting up a legal battle over where the case will be heard. Texas divorces can be handled quickly -- in as little as 60 days.
According to the petition, which was filed by initials -- W.P and E.P. -- Tony states the reason for the divorce: "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."
Here's what's interesting ... As we first reported, the couple signed a prenup, but in Tony's petition he makes no mention of it. To the contrary, he writes, "Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate." Since they've already signed a prenup, the word "will" is curious.
Tony's petition also states, "Petitioner owns certain separate property that is not part of the community estate of the parties ..."
Tony's lawyer did not return our call. And no comment so far from Eva's camp. And how's this for a twist ...Tony is being represented by attorney Richard Orsinger, the same lawyer who is repping Brent Barry, whose wife was allegedly sexting Tony.

Eva Longoria -- Crucial Moments with Erin Barry
Just 3 years ago, Eva Longoria and Erin Barry sat next to each other at a San Antonio Spurs basketball game ... laughing and giggling as if nothing would ever come between them ... and TMZ has the pics.
Brent Barry's Divorce Docs: Insight On Eva's Divorce?
TMZ has obtained the divorce documents filed by Tony Parker's ex-teammate Brent Barry -- the man whose wife is at the center of Eva Longoria's divorce.
According to the docs, filed on October 29 in Bexar County, Texas, Brent says, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities ..."
Brent's wife, Erin Barry, was allegedly sexting Tony Parker multiple times and that is what triggered the breakup of Tony's marriage to Eva. As we already reported, Tony's people deny he ever had a physical relationship with Erin.
The Barrys have 2 boys.

Eva/Tony Divorce -- He Wanted To File; Denies Sex
Sources tell TMZ ... the divorce between Eva Longoria and Tony Parker was in the works for at least a week before Eva filed, contrary to the story Eva's people are telling. And Tony denies he ever had sex with an ex-teammate's wife.
Sources connected with Tony tell TMZ ... Tony did indeed have a "sexting relationship" with Erin Barry, the estranged wife of former San Antonio Spur Brent Barry, but it ended months ago. The sources insist, "They never had a physical relationship."
And sources connected with Tony tell TMZ ... Tony and Eva were well aware that the divorce would be filed. We're told Tony was planning on filing for divorce in San Antonio, Texas because it was more convenient, but, "Eva talked him out of it because she wanted to file in Los Angeles."
Sources also tell us -- contrary to the statement Eva's rep made to TMZ -- Eva not only knew she was filing for divorce, but it was timed to coincide with the Us Weekly interview.
As for why Tony and Eva are telling different stories about the divorce, a close friend of Tony's says it's simple: "She was into the whole PR thing. He wasn't."
Eva's people say Tony's story is untrue ... with one source telling TMZ, "Eva and Tony were still talking about working out the marriage up until the morning she filed."

Eva and Tony -- Tats a Huge Problem
Eva Longoria and Tony Parker didn't just trade vows when they got married -- they also got permanent displays of affection tatted on their bods -- but now that the marriage is off, will the ink follow?
Both Eva and Tony had Roman numerals tatted on themselves -- representing their wedding date. Eva's is on her wrist -- Tony's is on his ring finger.
But there's more -- Eva also got the word "Nine" tatted on her neck (Tony's jersey number).
Plus, Eva says she has another tat -- Tony's initials -- but they're hidden in a spot where only he can see .... well, in a place he USED to be able to see.

Brent Barry's Dad: 'I Feel Horrible for My Son'
The father of San Antonio Spurs star Brent Barry -- whose wife Erin is reportedly the other woman in a Tony Parker love triangle -- tells TMZ he's worried that Brent will be "devastated" by the news.
Barry -- who played with Parker from 2004 to 2008 -- is in the middle of a divorce from his wife Erin Barry ... and earlier today, it was reported that she was the other woman who got in between Tony and Eva Longoria.
We spoke to Barry's father, NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry, who told us, "I feel horrible for my son. I'm in shock. I knew [Erin] was moving out of the house soon and SHE was the one that filed for divorce. This is the straw that broke the camel's back."
Rick added, "[Brent] is going to be devastated. I can't even imagine him going through this ... the divorce was hard enough news."

Longoria filed her papers, to divorce Tony Parker, in L.A. County Superior Court. Longoria cites "irreconcilable differences."
Longoria checked the box which says "Spousal support payable to [Longoria]. If Eva gets her way, she pays her lawyers and Tony pays for his."
TMZ has learned, Longoria and Parker signed a prenup on June 21, 2007 and it was amended in June, 2009. The legal docs also mention the prenup.
The papers were filed this morning, according to People.com.

Avril & Deryck Finally Divorced
Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have been swappin' spit with everyone under the sun since they split last year -- but they weren't OFFICIALLY single until yesterday ... this according to new docs.
TMZ obtained documents filed Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court which show a judgment has been entered in the former couple's divorce ... which means as of yesterday, the two are now officially single. Avril -- who married Deryck back in July of 2006 -- had filed for divorce in October of last year.
Avril has since hooked up with lady slayer Brody Jenner ... while Deryck was recently busted sucking face with some random chick at a tattoo parlor.
Glad to see they've already moved on.

Eva Longoria: There's No Divorce
A rep for Eva Longoria tells TMZ our story that Tony Parker filed for divorce is not true.
TMZ reported that Tony had filed for divorce. Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas had told us the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge.
But Eva's rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer.
Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she's in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.
UPDATE: Hours after saying there was no divorce, Eva Longoria filed for divorce Wednesday against Tony Parker in L.A. County Superior Court.

Beyonce's Mom & Dad -- Divorce Off
TMZ has learned Beyonce's parents -- Mathew Knowles and Tina Knowles -- are no longer getting divorced ... at least for now.
A trial was supposed to take place yesterday in Harris County, Texas, but nobody showed up, so the judge dismissed the case.
It's unclear if Tina and Mathew have reconciled ... or just forgot to show up, but we're guessing since they both were lawyered up they didn't just forget to show ... rather, they made a conscious decision to drop the divorce.
As we first reported, Tina filed for divorce in November of '09 -- one month after Mathew was hit with a paternity suit by Alexsandra Wright. A DNA test later proved the kid was indeed Mathew's.

Billy Ray FURIOUS after DJ Asks About Divorce
Billy Ray Cyrus stormed out of an unaired radio interview this week after the DJ tried to ask Billy about his divorce ... and TMZ has obtained audio from the emotionally charged exchange.
It all went down on Tuesday during an interview for the "Woody & The Wake-Up Call" show on WCOL in Nashville -- when Billy scolded the host Woody Johnson for even trying to ask about his marriage.
As he made a beeline for the exit, Billy can be heard lashing out at Woody -- saying he was, "very rude" ... and that he "should be disgusted."
