As we first reported, sources connected with Arnold told us ... although he signed his legal response, he never read it and therefore didn't know his lawyer moved to block Maria's bid to get spousal support and her attorney's fees paid by him.

But according to the new docs, Arnold is not asking the judge to block either of Maria's requests.

We found out Ron quietly got divorced from Kimsha on June 30, 2009. The couple shares joint custody of their 3 kids and their relationship is extremely amicable -- we're told they get along better than when they were married.

The couple married in 2003.

TMZ broke the story ... Arnold filed docs earlier this week that not only sought to deny Maria support ... he also asked the judge to force Maria to pay her own lawyer's fees. That seemed pretty audacious, considering the reason Maria was driven to divorce was because of Arnold's misdeeds.

But sources connected with Arnold tell TMZ ... although he signed the divorce docs he never read them, partly because he was dealing with a family medical crisis -- Christopher's boogie boarding accident ... and partly because he relied on his lawyer.

The unanswered question ... Why was Arnold's response filed this week -- when Maria was preoccupied with taking care of her injured son?

Their statement regarding Christopher's injuries presents what appears to be a united front -- Arnold and Maria side by side. But just days earlier -- while Maria was bedside with Christopher in ICU -- Arnold's lawyer filed a response to Maria's divorce petition that borders on insulting and cruel.

As TMZ first reported, Arnold is asking the judge to shut down Maria's request for spousal support. Even worse, he's asking the judge to order Maria to pay her own lawyer's fees -- in a divorce triggered by Arnold's misdeeds.

Sources connected with the couple tell us, Arnold's legal docs have been hurtful to Maria -- and that's an understatement.

If we may offer an opinion ... it's hard to believe Arnold is so callous that he would challenge Maria at a time when she is emotionally distraught over her son.

The more likely scenario is that Arnold's lawyer went off on his own, checked the boxes he normally checks on the divorce docs, and simply filed them.

The question -- will Arnold order his lawyer to amend his response, so he is not challenging Maria's right to support or attorney's fees?

Joanne Baldwin filed legal papers in Oregon last week requesting a hearing to contest the restraining order Daniel got against her after she allegedly threatened to kill him in front of their children.

In the docs, Joanne says Daniel kicked her out of the home without a car or a single cent to her name -- and she can't afford to pay her bills.

She also explains, "I am a stay at home mom and my children need me as I them." Joanne also says she wants permission to Skype with her daughters daily.

TMZ broke the story ... Daniel has also filed for divorce AND obtained temporary custody of their 2 kids after telling the judge his wife has alcohol issues and once threatened to kill him.

Arnold's lawyer, Bob Kaufman, checked the box on the legal docs asking the judge to terminate any right on Maria's part to get spousal support. Maria asked for spousal support in her petition.

Arnold -- like Maria -- is asking for joint custody of the couple's two minor children.

Sources tell TMZ ... the agreement outlines who gets the kids, when and where, etc. We're told Camille will have both kids more than Kelsey, but the agreement accommodates Kelsey's work schedule.

The kids will not be separated. You'll recall, at one point Kelsey's lawyer recommended that the couple's son would fly to Chicago to stay with him, and their daughter would stay with Camille in L.A.

Our sources say the underlying issues between the couple have not been resolved -- i.e., money and permanent custody.

Jennifer is reportedly pocketing a million bucks for her performance. Our wedding spies tell us there are roughly 300 people attending the bash.

A source connected to Jennifer calls the performance time "a little weird," but hey, drunk or not, a million bucks is a million bucks.

Sources tell TMZ ... Elin was blindsided when the TMZ story ran over the weekend ... that Tiger Woods' #1 mistress had slept with Jamie and Elin didn't know about it.

Jennifer and husband Marc Anthony released a statement on Friday saying they were ending their seven year marriage.

The guy at the center of the affair rumors is telenovela star William Levy -- aka the Cuban Brad Pitt -- who recently separated from his wife AFTER shooting the music video (see below) with Lopez.

But Levy's rep tells TMZ William and J.Lo are NOT an item ... saying, "The only relationship there was or is, is a professional relationship. That’s all there’s ever been.”

Turns out JLo and the kids spent the holiday at the beach in Malibu -- and Marc Anthony was nowhere in sight.

We're told JLo showed up with some family and friends, parked herself on the beach and enjoyed a little vino ... not looking upset at all.

JLo and Marc announced yesterday they were divorcing after seven years of marriage.

Armstrong cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for divorcing Russell Armstrong, her husband of nearly 6 years.

The couple has a 5 year old child. Taylor is asking for joint legal and primary physical custody.

She's also asking for spousal and child support.

We've learned there is no prenup.

The couple just released a statement, claiming, "We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters."

This will be Jennifer's THIRD divorce -- she was first married in 1997 to Ojani Noa, and again in 2001 to her backup dancer Cris Judd. This will be Marc's second divorce.

The couple got married in 2004 in their Beverly Hills home. They have two children.

Marc and JLo renewed their vows just last year on their 6th anniversary -- and back in May, they gave a steamy performance together on the season finale of "American Idol."

TMZ has obtained Sugar Shane's divorce settlement documents and -- if you've been divorced -- we're betting his is a lot different.

The settlement provides that ex-wife Jin "shall maintain custody and control of three championship belts for each of the respective parties' three minor children." Each of the kids get a belt when they turn 18.

And Jin will get half of Sugar Shane's cut of profits from videotapes and DVDs of his big fights, including bouts with Oscar De La Hoya, Miguel Cotto and Fernando Vargas.

Since the divorce was filed in California and community property rules apply, Jin gets half of Sugar Shane's fight purses during their marriage. But luckily for Sugar, his big fight against Manny Pacquiao was held after the couple separated, so his $3 mil is his alone.

Joanne Baldwin was busted in the Portland, Oregon area this afternoon.

We don't know what prompted the arrest ... but a booking sheet says she's being held for, "PROBATION VIOLATION DRIVING UNDER INFL OF INTOX."

Daniel got a restraining order against Joanne yesterday -- and in the documents he says Joanne has a serious drinking problem and prior DUIs.
