Charlie Sheen Money is Tight I Can't Pay Ridiculous Child Support

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen is asking for a drastic reduction in his child support because the financial well is now running dry.

Charlie currently pays Brooke Mueller $55,000 a month for twins Bob and Max, but now says his earnings have dramatically dropped. Charlie says he had been raking in $613,000 a month, just from his cut of the "Two and a Half Men" profits. He says he recently had to sell those rights for a lump sum of $26,750,000. He doesn't say what happened to the stash.

Charlie says he now averages $87,384 a month, and last month got a relatively paltry $6,261. He says he now can't keep up, because his monthly expenses total $105,000, and $25,000 is for health care expenses not covered by insurance.

Sheen also says he owes nearly a million bucks in legal fees and credit card debts approaching $600k.

He doesn't say how much he can now afford.

Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin Cold Play Slow Play in Divorce

Gwyneth filed for divorce April 20, 2015. Chris was served with legal docs on May 18th and the case has laid dormant since then. According to legal docs the Coldplay frontman never filed an answer to her divorce petition.

The judge has now notified Gwyneth and Chris, the actress may now be eligible to get a default judgment. Typically, that means she'd get what she asked for in her divorce petition. We broke the story, Gwyneth wants joint custody of their 2 kids. BTW ... she filed her petition without a lawyer.

But, as we reported, we're told business managers for Gwyneth and Chris have been privately hashing out a settlement, mostly involving their considerable assets. Based on what we know, it looks like Chris and his team simply never got around to filing an answer, which they'll probably do now.

Either way, if Chris doesn't snap to, he may wake up suddenly single.

In the docs, 36-year-old Baccarin says she has a high risk pregnancy, and doctors have advised her that sitting for a depo would be "unnecessarily stressful."

What would make her happy is a quick change in marital status -- she's requesting an immediate termination of the marriage ... but wants to settle child custody, support, and property issues later.

Cokas is getting spousal support ... plus they're splitting a lot of the dough Katharine's made as a singer and actress. For instance, they're going 50-50 on income from her music rights on all songs made during their marriage ... which includes some still unreleased songs.

They've also agreed to split all income from her now canceled NBC show, "Smash."

Nick and Katharine hugely disagreed on when they separated -- she claimed it was March 2013, while he said May 2014. The final divorce docs say it was 2014 ... which is why they're splitting the "Smash" cash.

As for her current CBS show, "Scorpion" -- they're only divvying up the money from the pilot episode. Her $700k contract with Columbia/Epic Records is also getting split down the middle.

On the all-important car front -- Kat gets her 2012 Mercedes Benz M Class SUV, and Nick gets the 2013 Jeep Wrangler.

Master P I'm Not What I Used to Be ... So Back Off Sonya

Master P is a shadow of his former self in the money department, so he wants his estranged wife to lower her expectations and he's asking the divorce judge for help.

The mogul sent a letter to the judge -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he says Sonya Miller is bleeding him dry with $10k a month in child support and more than $16k a month in spousal support.

He says her taste for the high life is insatiable ... he gave her $8k to find a new place to live and she wants another $20k to get a better crib. What's especially galling, he says, is that she needs a new place because she's alienated her landlord with loud parties and "rude and vulgar" conduct.

Master P says all he cares about is the welfare of his children, and he's distraught that Sonya just sits around and allegedly smokes pot with their 19-year-old daughter, who dropped out of high school.

P was frank in one of the documents, saying, "This is not the 90s, you guys don't know my situation."

It's interesting, Sonya's view is that she helped P build a $200 million empire, and now she wants a big piece of the pie.
