Jen, who just announced her separation from hubby Tobey Maguire, hit the town Wednesday night for some grub at Bouchon in Bev Hills, and she was all smiles.

It looks like a fun table ... Jennifer was joined by Nico Mizrahi, a portfolio manager, Katy Perry and her pal, Vanity Fair writer Derek Blasberg.

As for Jen and Nico, it's not what you think. He just got married. Jen is loaded so he could just be making the rich richer.

Here's Larsa Pippen -- we don't know what's in her future but we know what's behind her ... THAT ASS!

Just days after her split from Scottie Pippen, Larsa was showing off her insane physique on her way into a nail shop near her home in Fort Lauderdale ... walking around in a pair of tight booty shorts.

Worth noting ... no ring on Larsa's finger -- which isn't a huge surprise considering the cops responded to TWO incidents involving her and Scottie earlier this month.

Larsa was also asked about her relationship with Future before speeding off in her sick black Ferrari ... which looked ALMOST as good leaving as she did.

Larsa Pippen told police she was "scared" of Scottie Pippen during an Oct. 4th argument at their home -- in which the NBA star broke his own cell phone out of frustration ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The Brad Pitt child abuse investigation has been expanded to the entire family, including Angelina ... sources connected with Angelina Jolie tell TMZ.

Our sources say ... the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services initially focused on the plane incident in which Brad allegedly struck 15-year-old Maddox.

Our sources say, through various interviews with family members, DCFS has now expanded its investigation to other alleged incidents, including interactions between Brad and Angelina which were allegedly witnessed by 1 or more of their 6 kids.

The Angelina sources say some of the children have been fearful around Brad, and Maddox in particular has problems with his dad. We're told the meeting Brad had with Maddox last week ended quickly because Maddox didn't want to be there.

None of our sources would say if the DCFS interviews turned up anything that would cause the agency to take action related to custody.

Kate Beckinsale and her husband, Len Wiseman, pulled the plug on their marriage ... TMZ has learned.

Wiseman cited irreconcilable differences. His docs state both he and Kate have waived any right to spousal support, and that suggests there's a prenup.

They were married in 2004 and have no kids together.

TMZ broke the story ... the couple's marriage was on the rocks last November. Len was spotted out with model CJ Franco, and Kate we seen shortly after -- sans wedding ring -- on the red carpet.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have officially signed off on their divorce, and all that's left is a judge's John Hancock ... TMZ has learned.

Khloe and Lamar have reached a property settlement and each has now signed legal docs that were filed Friday.

It's been an on-again/off-again process. TMZ broke the story, Khloe first filed for divorce in December 2013, but the divorce stagnated for almost 2 years while Khloe went back and forth, trying at times to save their relationship and save Lamar.

After Lamar ODd and almost died a year ago, Khloe dropped the divorce, but refiled this year after it became apparent to her Lamar would not swear off drugs and alcohol.

Under California law, she has to wait 6 months from the time of filing to get a sign off from the judge, which won't happen until December.

But unless something radical happens, they will be single before the end of the year.

Scottie Pippen's marriage did not end well -- cops were called to the NBA star's home TWICE in the past 3 weeks for domestic disturbances ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We've confirmed ... the Ft. Lauderdale PD first responded to Pippen's home on October 2nd and found Larsa waiting in her car in front of the home.

Larsa told cops she was involved in a "heated verbal argument" with Scottie but insisted it NEVER GOT PHYSICAL.

Scottie told police she could come back inside and there would be no issues and even offered to leave if it made Larsa feel more comfortable. Larsa decided to leave and stay somewhere else that night. No arrests were made.

The next incident took place on October 4th. Cops were once again called to the home for a domestic disturbance. The details are unclear at this point -- but it appears no one was arrested.

Scottie ultimately filed for divorce on October 18th. Larsa has said she's hopeful the two will be able to maintain a good relationship for the sake of their 4 kids.

If the name Cindra Ladd sounds familiar, it’s because she’s one of many women who have come forward and accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault. Cindra had been working for film producer Ray Stark in NY when she met Cosby in '69 and claims he drugged and raped her.

Here's what's interesting ... Cindra and Alan married in 1985 and the date of separation on the legal docs is listed as March 14, 2015 ... two months after Cindra went public with her Bill Cosby story.

They have no minor children together. Alan was already a big-time producer when they got hitched, and had already served as Prez of Twentieth Century Fox.

Future is NOT the reason Larsa Pippen and Scottie are calling it quits ... this according to sources connected to Larsa.

Fact of the matter is ... people have spotted Larsa and Future hanging out recently in Miami -- and with Scottie filing for divorce this week, there have been rumblings that Larsa and Future were a thing.

But sources extremely close with Larsa tell us ... they've been friends for a while and there's nothing romantic going on with them.

We've also got Future sources telling us the same thing -- and noting that he's got so many women, he's not about to mess with a married one.

We're told Scottie has been traveling a lot (mostly to Chicago for business) and Larsa felt the two were drifting -- and that's partly why they decided to call off the 19 year marriage.

The two have 4 kids together and Larsa has said she's hopeful the two can continue to co-parent together.

Elon Musk and his on-again-off-again-on-again-off-again wife have settled their divorce case ... TMZ has learned.

Elon and Talulah Riley submitted legal docs Wednesday informing the judge they have reached a full settlement in their divorce case. As we reported, Talulah filed for divorce in March. Elon had previously filed on New Year's Eve 2014, but withdrew his petition 6 months later.

This will end their second marriage. They tied the knot the first time in 2010 but divorced 2 years later.

Sources connected with the couple tell us it was amicable. They have no kids together. As for property, we know they had a prenup, which is no shock.

Elon's net worth is estimated at $11.5 billion. When Elon filed in 2014, his rep said he had agreed to pay her $16 mil ... but again, that divorce was withdrawn. We're guessing that may have gone up in the last 2 years.

As we reported, Elon and Amber Heard were hanging out a lot during the summer, but they haven't been seen together recently.

11:52 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained the divorce docs in which Scottie says the couple has a prenup in place.

Pippen also wants Larsa to receive child support for their 4 kids -- though the amount is yet to be determined.

11:32 AM PT -- Larsa Pippen has issued a statement through her rep saying:

"After careful consideration and 19 years together, Larsa and Scottie have each filed for dissolution of their marriage."

"Although they are no longer to be married, Larsa remains hopeful that she and Scottie will always do what is best for their 4 beautiful children and jointly raise them with love and respect."

"She would like to thank everyone for their understanding and kindly ask for privacy from the media during this difficult time of transition for her family."

It's over for Scottie and Larsa Pippen -- the NBA Hall of Famer has filed for divorce from the 'Real Housewives of Miami' star ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Scottie filed divorce docs in Florida earlier this week seeking to end the marriage, this according to court documents. The two have been married since 1997 and have 4 kids together.

Unclear what happened ... they were just seen together at NY Fashion Week in September where their 7-year-old daughter, Sophia, was modeling in a fashion show. At the time, both Scottie and Larsa were wearing their wedding rings.

Larsa is best friends with Kim Kardashian's family and is often featured on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

Story developing ...

Brad Pitt will not file a legal response to Angelina Jolie's divorce petition because it would set the stage for a nasty legal battle ... and he fears it would cause great psychological damage to their kids.

Brad's legal answer was supposed to be filed Wednesday, but the deadline came and went. Sources close to the case tell us ... Brad wants joint legal and physical custody, but if he actually filed papers it would draw the battle lines. Angelina wants sole physical custody, setting up a possible custody war.

Angelina could set the wheels in motion for a default judgment since Brad hasn't answered her petition, but we're told that is not going to happen. She agrees ... healing the family is the priority, not starting a war.

There's something else here at play. The L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is still investigating the airplane confrontation between Brad and 15-year-old Maddox, and Brad will be in a much stronger position if DCFS closes the case before he files his answer.

Our sources also say there's a chance the whole divorce case could settle privately without any dueling divorce docs. And, we're told, on that goal both Angelina and Brad agree.

Vanilla Ice's estranged wife wants to make a clean sweep in their divorce.

Laura Van Winkle wants to keep the Wellington, FL home she's been living in with their 18 and 16-year-old daughters and she's asking for child and spousal support ... according to the divorce petition, obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Laura says she's down to share responsibility for their minor child. She wants Vanilla on the hook for her legal fees.

Brad Pitt had his first visit in more than a month with his 15-year-old son, Maddox ... since their confrontation last month on a private jet ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Angelina tell us the 2 met Wednesday afternoon with a therapist present. There had been a plan in place for Brad and Maddox to reunite a while back, but we're told the therapist felt the timing wasn't right.

The sources say Brad has had visits with his 5 other kids before Wednesday, but the face-to-face with Maddox is a turning point.

As we reported, Brad and Angelina agreed to a temporary custody plan which the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services created, in which Angelina gets temporary physical custody and Brad gets visitation.

As we reported, DCFS is still investigating the airplane incident and the FBI questioned Angelina and the kids Tuesday in a fact-finding mission. Our law enforcement sources stress there is no FBI investigation ... just fact-finding.

Our Angelina sources say, even though she's headed to divorce court, she still wants their family to function with a fully involved father and mother.

Vanilla Ice's marriage is officially ice, ice baby -- his wife just filed for divorce after nearly 20 years together ... TMZ has learned.

Laura Van Winkle filed the docs Tuesday in Florida. They have 16 and 18-year-old daughters. Sources close to Ice tell us he and Laura have actually been separated for a few years now, and she's just making the split official.

The couple toughed it out after he was twice arrested for domestic battery ... in 2008 and 2001.

Unclear if Ice was blindsided by Laura's filing, but he seemed pretty chipper a few weeks ago when we got a Delta employee serenading him.

Angelina Jolie and her kids were interviewed Tuesday by 2 FBI agents ... primarily to determine where exactly the incident between Brad Pitt and 15-year-old son Maddox went down.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... 2 FBI agents paid Angelina a visit at her Malibu home and spent more than 3 hours there. Well-placed sources tell us there is not an official investigation ... the agency is in a "fact-finding" stage to determine if there's evidence to warrant an investigation.

We're told the agents wanted Angelina and the kids to walk through the incident step-by-step, but they spent a lot of time trying to pin down the location of the airplane at the time it happened.

We're told it matters if the plane was not in U.S. airspace when the argument went down. The FBI also asked numerous questions about what happened on the ground when the plane refueled in Minnesota. There's some question as to whether Minnesota officials might have jurisdiction.

Sources tell us Angelina was cooperative but her endgame is for the whole thing to just go away.

As we reported, it's highly unlikely the FBI will press the case.
