Sad news for Brian Banks -- the football player who was famously wrongly convicted of rape is divorcing his wife less than 2 years after they tied the knot.

Banks made headlines for battling his way into Atlanta Falcons training camp in 2013 after spending 5 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. His story is reportedly in the works to become a big Hollywood movie.

Banks married Emanuela Marinova in May 2015 -- but things have apparently fizzled ... both sides have filed for divorce.

Ben Affleck's support system is right in front of him ... literally.

Ben and Jennifer Garner were out Wednesday in Santa Monica just 1 day after Ben announced he completed rehab.

As we reported, their divorce is still full steam ahead ... but they are serious co-parents who not only get along ... they still support each other.

Darius McCrary's wife is divorcing him, and wants the judge to keep him away from their infant daughter until he gets help for booze, drugs and rage.

Tammy Brawner filed in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences, and made it clear she has serious concerns about 1-year-old Zoey's safety. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tammy says she wants Darius to "attend alcohol/drug abuse and batterers' intervention classes."

She wants his visitation rights cut off until the "Family Matters" star provides proof he's completed a treatment program.

Not shockingly, Tammy wants legal and physical custody of Zoey. She's also asking for spousal support.

Hunter and Kathleen Biden just turned down the volume on their nasty divorce ... according to new legal docs.

Joe Biden's son and daughter-in-law filed docs Wednesday -- obtained by TMZ -- calling for a stay of litigation in their divorce proceedings ... which means they're putting down their swords until they can "amicably and privately" reach a settlement.

It's a complete 180 from last week when we reported that Kathleen filed docs accusing Hunter of blowing all their money on booze, drugs, hookers and gifts for other women. He fired back with docs of his own demanding any proof SHE had cheated.

The new filing makes it clear they're trying to follow the Gwyneth Paltrow-Chris Martin "conscious uncoupling" playbook ... instead of taking the nuclear option.

Scarlett Johansson filed to divorce Romain Dauriac ... her husband of just over 2 years.

Scarlett filed divorce docs in NYC on Tuesday, and she's asking for primary custody of their daughter, Rose ... according to the NY Post.

Romain reportedly plans to fight for custody of Rose ... which could set up an ugly court battle. He's French and his attorney told the Post he plans to move back there.

There's been speculation for months about their marital status. Scarlett announced early this year they had actually separated last summer -- but then they were photographed together in January, and seemed ... congenial.

We've reached out to Scarlett's reps ... but no word back.

Joe Biden's daughter-in-law, Kathleen, has filed for divorce ... but long after she told her husband to leave the family home.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kathleen claims she and Hunter Biden formally separated in October 2015, and they've been living separately ever since. She says in legal docs she asked him to leave July 5, 2015, "due to his conduct the night before." The docs go on to say they had a prior agreement, if he engaged in the conduct in question he would leave.

She doesn't describe the "conduct," but does say it "creates situations that are unsafe or traumatic for the parties' children, and his judgment is frequently impaired."

She also says in the docs ... Hunter spent lavishly on his own interests including, "drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs, and gifts for women with whom he has sexual relations." Kathleen says his habits have depleted their funds available to pay legitimate bills -- and adds they've maxed out credit cards, have double mortgages on 2 properties, and more than $300k in unpaid taxes.

Kathleen wants their temporary spousal support to be $20k per month for herself, and $5k per month for Hunter.

The October filing date is significant because the separation occurred just 2 months after stories surfaced Hunter was allegedly caught up in the Ashley Madison scandal ... something he denied.

The divorce docs were filed last December. Hunter is now involved with Hallie, the widow of his brother, Beau, who died in May 2015 from brain cancer.

She's asking for sole physical and legal custody of their 1 minor child. They have 3 kids, and 2 are adults.

He's asking for joint physical and legal custody.

T.I. and Tiny are creeping closer to reconciliation -- or at least NO divorce status -- because she forgot to do one very important thing when divorcing someone.

A hearing in the divorce was scheduled Wednesday morning in Georgia, but TMZ has learned the matter was taken off calendar when the court discovered T.I. had never been served with divorce papers. Remember ... Tiny filed way back on Dec. 7.

It's not like she had trouble locating T.I. -- we know they've been together several times in recent months -- including the holiday season. He even admitted they did Valentine's Day together.

At this point, if Tiny wants to move forward, she'll have to file proof T.I. was served.

T.I. and Tiny's reality show was on the brink of death -- much like their marriage -- but it's their divorce that's giving the show at least one more season ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to "T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle" tell us VH1 is bringing the series back for a sixth season that will focus on the estranged couple's efforts to co-parent in the aftermath of Tiny filing for divorce.

We're told the network met with producers about canceling the show, even though Tip and Tiny wanted to keep cameras rolling. Producers convinced VH1 execs the relationship drama could bring in a huge audience, and boom -- the show was saved.

While they shot most of season 5 separately, our sources say they'll be together more often next season. We're told things are still strained for sure, but Tiny's in no rush to finalize a divorce.

Tip said as much Tuesday when he slipped about where he was on Feb. 14.

Keegan-Michael Key's estranged wife says his ending of their 17-year marriage was so unexpected, it's causing her serious health problems ... in addition to leaving her in financial ruin.

Cynthia Blaise says she's suffering from severe depression, anxiety, hair and weight loss and PTSD ... according to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ. She says she's been taking 5 different meds since the 2015 divorce filing.

Blaise says she financially supported him early in their marriage with her work as a Hollywood dialect coach -- and even when his career took off, she was at his beck and call.

She says Key made way more than her in the final years of their marriage -- including a $1.2 mil Toyota endorsement deal -- but she's fallen on financial hardship since the split ... due to giving up her career.

Ralphie May's estranged wife says he's sexually abusive, suicidal, and so drug-addled he can't be alone with their kids ... according to court docs.

Lahna Turner claims Ralphie's gotten more aggressive and threatening recently in the fallout of their pending divorce ... due to frustration over monitored visits with their 2 kids.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Turner says he's been physically abusive, and it spread to the bedroom when they tried to reconcile in 2015. Turner says they were having sex, but after asking him to stop, he persisted and said, "You need to feel pain, bitch!"

She also claims Ralphie insults her, threatens to kill himself, abuses drugs ... in front of their 2 kids -- and she's afraid he'll take them out of the country without permission.

Turner requested a restraining order, which was only partially granted. The judge denied her request for Ralphie to stay 100 yards away, but he is barred from harassing her.

Lisa Marie Presley's estranged husband is having regular visits with their children -- even though they're in protective custody -- but we've learned it's a deal both parents struck.

Michael Lockwood met his 8-year-old twin girls Wednesday at the beach in Malibu. Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... it was the second time he'd seen his daughters this week. We're told a court-appointed monitor, seen here in red, was present both times.

As we've reported ... the girls are staying with their grandma, Priscilla Presley, while DCFS investigates the "pictures and disturbing videos" Lisa Marie says she found on Michael's computer.

Our sources say Lisa Marie and Michael both signed off on Priscilla taking temporary custody -- and also on Michael having monitored visits.

We now know why Jose Fernandez's marital status was listed as divorced in his death certificate -- he wasn't even old enough to drink when he got married back in 2012.

Darius McCrary is firing back at his wife over her abuse claims ... insisting he's a loving father, and she's nothing more than a gold digging, failed ex Harlem Globetrotter.

The former "Family Matters" star says Tammy Brawner lied when she stated in legal docs he was repeatedly abusing her and their infant daughter. McCrary's attorney Glen T. Jonas tells TMZ, Brawner "is no victim ... she is a predator motivated by a desperate desire to extort money out of Mr. McCrary while trying to create an advantage in an impending divorce and custody battle."

TMZ broke the story -- Brawner, a former Globetrotter, got a restraining order against McCrary, and in the docs she accused him of striking her and getting violent in front of their child earlier this month.

McCrary's attorney says Darius "is a loving, devoted and dedicated father. [Tammy's] allegations are such obvious and outlandish lies ... we are all dumber for having read them."

The scorching response to Brawner's allegations included a deep dig at her career -- "Having floundered after being fired by the Globetrotters she apparently will say anything for a bit of media attention and a glimpse of the spotlight."

McCrary must stay 100 yards away from Brawner and their daughter, at least until a hearing next month.

Lisa Marie Presley and estranged husband Michael Lockwood squared off in court Wednesday, where Lisa Marie's lawyer threw down the gauntlet, telling Michael the gravy train has left the station and he needs to get himself a job.

The former couple was fighting over technical stuff, but at one point Lisa Marie's lawyer, Mark Gross, addressed Michael's demand for $40k a month in spousal support. Gross said the time has come for Michael to apply for jobs ... like working in a guitar shop or giving music lessons.

The couple's 8-year-old twins are now living with the grandma, Priscilla Presley, while DCFS investigates troubling images found on Michael's computer.
