We may have to plead no contest to over-reading, it sure seems like Bruce Jenner's new chick is sending an F-U message to Kris.

Ronda Kamihira got a little showy Friday night when she decided to post a pic of herself in a teddy with rose petals on a bed.

Unclear if this is an old picture ... or maybe something Bruce himself snapped ... but clearly thirsty Ronda wants to convince everyone she's hotter than any momager draped in Old Glory.

Gotta say ... the girl is all right, she's all right.

Kendra Wilkinson's husband Hank Baskett has gone to the FBI, claiming the transsexual who has blabbed to the media she had an affair with him illegally recorded and extorted him.

Hank's camp tells TMZ ... he now acknowledges he "hung out with her." His people say Ava London secretly recorded the conversation in which he begs her not to talk about their relationship because he's married. That audio made its way to several tabloids.

We've learned Hank's lawyer went to the FBI this week, complaining not only was the recording illegal ... she tried shaking him down to the tune of $5K in return for silence.

We're told Hank's lawyer Lee Hutton will go to court next week in an attempt to get her records, which his people believe will fully document an extortion attempt.

Hilary Duff and her ex Mike Comrie have been separated for almost a year ... which begs the question, why the hell are they still going to parties together and holding hands?!

The "Lizzie McGuire" star and former NHL player hit up the annual Casamigos Halloween bash in Los Angeles Friday night and proudly held hands in front of the paparazzi as they walked inside.

Back in July it seemed they might reconcile ... which means it's possible the couple is back to banging -- or maybe they're just the coolest exes ever.

Stephen Collins' estranged wife is indignant he's bellyaching he can't get work because of that audiotape in which he confesses he sexually abused children ... Faye Grant says the real reason he can't get work is because he's a pedophile.

Collins' lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, filed legal docs saying, "Faye's decision to parade that recording ... has resulted in Stephen having no income other than investment income and pension income."

Now Grant's lawyer, legal pitbull Marty Singer, tells TMZ, "The tape has nothing to do with Mr. Collins' plight. It is Mr. Collins' horrific conduct and actions that have caused him damage."

Barry Bonds is a single man again ... no asterisk needed ... because his marriage is officially over, TMZ Sports has learned.

The breakup between Barry and Elizabeth Watson Bonds has been going on for YEARS -- she first filed papers in 2009, then they reconciled ... only to split again in 2010 for good.

Now, after 4 years in the court system, an L.A. County Superior Court judge has signed off on the divorce ... meaning 50-year-old Barry is back on the market.

According to the docs, filed in L.A. and obtained by TMZ Sports, Barry and Elizabeth struck a private deal that presumably covers everything from money to custody of their 5-year-old daughter.

The two were married back in 1998 ... many, many hat sizes ago.

Carmen Electra was ambushed by her ex-husband Dennis Rodman at a Halloween party in Florida last night ... and extra security was called in to keep her safe ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Carmen was co-hosting a private "Fright Night" party in Boca Raton with Jonathan Cheban ... and was surprised when she saw Dennis waiting on the red carpet for her.

We spoke with multiple witnesses who tell us Dennis was NOT invited to the shindig (put on by The Law Offices of Berman and Berman) -- and Carmen was so shocked when she noticed him, that she waited in her limo for roughly 25 minutes while extra security was called in to watch her back.

Once she left the limo, we're told Dennis made a beeline for her ... and professed his love.

Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow may have figured out the whole divorcing thing ... figured it out better than most, because they still genuinely seem to have affection -- if not love -- for each other.

Chris, Gwyneth and their 2 kids went to Katsuya in Brentwood for dinner Tuesday night. They left separately ... Gwyneth and the kids in an SUV, leaving Chris behind.

But the SUV drives a block from the restaurant and then stops. Chris sprints over to his family, and then you see a touch that tells a real story about the relationship that remains between the two.

16 years after they tied the knot, Carmen Electra is telling all about her marriage to Dennis Rodman -- saying it was one of the most bipolar relationships she's ever been a part of.

Electra sat down with Oprah's "Where Are They Now?" ... and explained why she fell in love with Rodman back in 1998.

Just because freshly single Nick Cannon spends a night with smoking hot (and freshly single) Amber Rose at an amusement park ... does NOT mean they're banging -- it just looks like it.

But Nick broke it down for us last night on his way out of a sushi joint in the Valley -- explaining why the video TMZ got of Amber and Nick on a roller coaster Friday night ... is proof they're absolutely nothing more than friends.

Hoda Kotb interviewed Kris Jenner on "Today" Monday ... pretending to care about her new cookbook -- but you gotta hear how she transitions into transsexual talk. Hysterical.

It's also interesting. Kris calls reports about Bruce Jenner becoming a woman "silly" ... saying there have been rumors since the '70s. But when it came to our story about Kris being furious that Bruce is now dating her former BFF ... she pretends she doesn't know who he's dating. She does.

Nice cooking segment.

Bad Religion guitarist Greg Hetson is finally out of his disastrous marriage, and he's snatching back the one thing he wanted from his ex -- a poster ... that's all.

The divorce just became final, and it sounds crazy ... but when Hetson and his ex-wife Alia divvied up their property his ONLY demand was she hand over the poster. He got it, but we have no idea what it is.

The poster is so shrouded in mystery, it's only described in the divorce docs as being "framed."
Meanwhile, Alia gets artwork, art supplies, a vase collection, and a couple pieces of furniture. According to the docs Hetson won't pay monthly spousal support, but will fork over a one-time lump sum of $23K.

We tried contacting Hetson to find out about the poster ... of course he's not talking. Best guess? Gotta be a vintage Farrah.

Bruce Jenner can't be contained ... well, not by his shirt anyway.

B.J. hit up Starbucks Saturday afternoon in Calabasas after a round of golf, and got all crazy -- untucking his shirt on the way in for a more casual look.

As we previously reported ... Bruce is dating one of Kris Jenner's best friends named Ronda Kamihira -- and we're told his ex-wife has been crying every night over it.

Bruce and his ponytail ... seem okay with the single life.

First it looked like Amber Rose was into Nick Cannon ... then she threw everyone off the trail by grinding on Nick Simmons -- but this new video might tell a different story.

Cannon and Rose hit up Knott's Berry Farm Friday night in Buena Park, CA ... and they were spotted in the front row of Xcelerator -- with all the rows behind them apparently cleared out for some reason.

Now we know it's just a ride ... they're not walking hand-in-hand or anything -- but it's still pretty telling that the two of them went to a theme park together, alone.

Plus, Nick Simmons has repeatedly said he and Amber are just friends -- even though it seemed like BS.

Kris Jenner has been crying every night over Bruce Jenner's new date ... who happens to be Kris' former best friend for the last 20 years.

We're told Kris feels utterly betrayed by Ronda Kamihira ... who to this day has not said a word to her about seeing Bruce. Kris has seen photos of Bruce and Ronda in public, including the Elton John concert on Oct. 4th in L.A. She feels humiliated and played.

We're also told Kris has not confronted Bruce about Ronda -- and doesn't care if they're banging or not. She feels Bruce being out with Ronda on dates -- even casual ones -- given that Ronda was a family friend with whom they vacationed and shared holidays -- is just appalling.

One source said Kris is "torn apart and angry."

Stephen Collins -- a self-proclaimed child molester -- will NOT be prosecuted for either molesting or exposing himself to the 3 victims ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

TMZ posted audio of Collins confessing to wife Faye Grant that he molested and/or exposed himself to 3 girls ... ages 11 - 13. And, as we reported ... the NYPD and the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. have open investigations. The LAPD is also looking into the case they closed 2 years ago.

But law enforcement sources in all 3 police departments tell TMZ ... the cases will go nowhere. All 3 cases are decades old, and our sources say prosecution would be barred by the statute of limitations.

The NYPD case is the one with the best argument that the statute hasn't run ... as we reported the victim came forward in 2012 and spoke with NY detectives. But that case involves an incident in the 70s and we're told law enforcement has all but given up on a viable case.

Grant has alleged Collins molested a child while he was shooting "7th Heaven" -- sometime between 1996 and 2007 -- but we're told no such victim has come forward.

Bruce Jenner is dating one of Kris Jenner's best friends ... TMZ has confirmed.

Our Jenner sources tell TMZ ... Bruce has hooked up with Ronda Kamihira ... a divorced, 51-year-old mother of 2.

We're told Kris is "extremely upset" that Bruce is dating Ronda, and -- as one source puts it -- "It really stings because Ronda never told Kris she started seeing Bruce."

And get this ... for years Ronda and the Jenners have been neighbors in Hidden Hills, CA, even spending holidays at each other's homes.

The daughters on both sides have become friends. Ronda's daughter, Spencer, took this pic with Kendall and posted it on her Twitter page.

A Jenner source tells us the talk within the family was that Ronda was weirdly becoming "Kris' single white female." The source says Ronda mimicked Kris right down to her hair.

And here's how awkward this is ... the pic (above) shows Ronda and Kris on vacation together in Dubai just a few years back.
