Social media star Desmond Scott is apologizing to his estranged wife Kristy after her divorce filing ... though he's not addressing her infidelity allegations head on.

The influencer posted about the filing Saturday ... kicking off the message on his Instagram story by saying sorry to his estranged wife, his family and anyone else who may have been impacted about the public attention surrounding the situation.

Desmond explains he and Kristy faced challenges last year ... and, late in 2025, he told Kristy he wanted to separate.

Another social media love story has officially crashed and burned ... The Scotts are done, with Kristy filing for divorce from estranged husband Desmond Scott.

TMZ obtained the court docs out of Harris County, Texas, in which Kristy cited alleged infidelity as the reason she sought the split ... saying it completely wiped out any reasonable chance of reconciliation.

The paperwork says the couple will soon stop living together as husband and wife.

Jennifer Garner is looking back on a rough time in her life ... making some rare comments about her divorce from ex-husband Ben Affleck.

In an interview with Marie Claire published Wednesday, Jennifer revealed she did her best to steer clear of all the coverage of her 2015 divorce with Ben, which was all over the news.

Jennifer says ... "You have to be smart about what you can and can't handle, and I could not handle what was out there."

But she said the headlines and stories weren't what was truly hard ... instead, it was the actual divorce.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge in Tennessee on Tuesday signed off on the couple's divorce.

We broke the story ... Nicole filed for divorce back in September, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Nicole and Keith had already hammered out all the divorce details before Nicole filed ... so they did the leg work early on and were just waiting for the judge's signature.

Bam Margera has agreed to pay $2,500 per month in child support to his estranged wife Nikki Boyd ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, payments are due to start on the first of January for Bam and Nikki's 8-year-old son, Phoenix.

The papers state Nikki has agreed to provide and maintain Phoenix's healthcare coverage.

This comes after Nikki initially requested Bam pay her $15,000 per month, claiming Bam's net worth was around $55 million. But now it looks like they came to an agreement for a much lower monthly amount.

Jillian Lauren Shriner -- soon-to-be ex-wife of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner -- is breaking her silence for the first time since she was arrested for allegedly pointing and firing a gun at officers who were looking for a suspect near her Eagle Rock, California home.

As we reported back in April, Jillian was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of a peace officer, but was later charged with assault and negligent discharge of a firearm.
