Shaun White Drops $3.85 Mil to ... NOT Freeze His Ass Off

Published | Updated

Here's a shocker, Shaun White does not snowboard every second of every day -- and the Olympic champ made that clear by dropping almost $4 mil on a brand new BEACH HOUSE!!!!

White recently nabbed the 3,500-square-foot crib in Encinitas, CA -- and despite the $4.25 mil price tag, the boarding master managed to knock off $400k in negotiations ... and bought it for a cool $3.85 mil.

The 3-bedroom, 3-bath house is siiiiick too ... it literally sits right on the coastline, and has a private staircase leading down to the beach. Which is great since White's a pretty good surfer too.

Not only that ... the house is rockin' floor-to-ceiling windows, a huge deck (overlooking the water) and a fire pit.

S'mores anyone?

Allen Iverson Atlanta Mansion to Hit Foreclosure Auction

Published | Updated

Former NBA star Allen Iverson's about to lose his massive Atlanta mansion -- because the bank is gearing up to sell the house at auction next week, TMZ has learned.

Iverson purchased the home back in 2010 for $4.5 million -- but according to official records, he defaulted on his mortgage and the bank foreclosed. Now, the home is set to be sold at auction on December 4th ... along with all the crap inside.

Iverson's currently going through a nasty divorce with his estranged wife, and he's famously been dealing with money problems ... including a nearly-million-dollar debt to a Georgia jeweler.

A.I. still has a chance to save it if he comes up with the cash before auction time ... but the clock's ticking ... fast.

Calls to Iverson's camp weren't returned.

Halle Berry Secretly Selling Hollywood 'Fight House'

Published | Updated

Halle Berry has VERY quietly listed her Hollywood Hills mansion for $15 million ... the same home where Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez faced off in a violent Thanksgiving Day showdown ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple real estate sources familiar with the deal tell TMZ ... a few weeks back Halle gave a prominent realtor a pocket listing -- a fancy term for property that isn't advertised. The broker -- Billy Rose with the high-end company, The Agency, has history with the house. He owned it a decade ago, renovated it and then sold it to actor Frankie Muniz, who sold it to Halle several years later.

Sources tell TMZ ... Rose has quietly put out feelers to other realtors and potential buyers ... with some success. We're told last week Halle got an $11 million offer, but she's holding out for more.

In case you're in the market, it's a 5-bedroom, 5,900 sq. ft. Tuscan-style estate, with a huge backyard, a 1,400 sq. ft. guest house ... an awesome pool and spa ... fireplaces galore ... incredible landscaping ... and oh yeah, a motor court -- where Gabriel and Olivier settled their score.

Will Ferrell It's So Damn Hot ... 'CAUSE THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE!!

Will Ferrell's Thanksgiving turkey was thiiiiiis close to being overcooked this year ... 'cause the house he was celebrating at CAUGHT ON FIRE ... TMZ has learned.

Will was in the middle of his Turkey Day dinner at a family member's home in Needham, Mass ... when one of the kids in the house noticed a fire had broken out in the garage and someone in the house immediately called for help.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the local Fire Dept. raced to the scene and quickly extinguished the fire -- no injuries, no major damage.

We’re told Will was super nice to the responding firefighters -- cracking jokes and taking pictures -- and totally made them forget that they got screwed into working the Thanksgiving shift.

Awesome.

Jack Nicholson Wanna Buy the Dirt Where My House Burned Down?

Published | Updated

Wanna live like Jack Nicholson? Well now you can ... sorta ... because the actor is unloading the plot of land where his house burned to the ground last year.

In case you didn't know, Jack's 1,300-square-foot Hollywood Hills pad went up in flames back in September 2011 ... and the damage was so bad, he decided to level the remains with a bulldozer.

Jack had been renting out the home before the fire -- but now that the place doesn't even exist, he's ready to let the lot go ... listing the property (or lack thereof) for a cool $595,000.

And how's this for awesome real estate history -- Jack originally bought the home way back in 1975 for a measly $49,000 ... not a bad investment.

Although Jack's worth a reported $400 million, so it's not like he needs the money.

Thanks to our friends at Trulia for the heads up.

Kelsey Grammer My Show Got Axed I Can't Afford All These Homes

Published | Updated

Now we know why Kelsey Grammer wants to move out of the Bev Hills (adjacent) home he just bought and move into the one he bought with Camille Grammer -- he's short on cash.

TMZ broke the story ... Camille is fighting mad that Kelsey wants to move into their 10,000 square foot mansion that they've been trying in vain to sell.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kelsey says his show, "Boss," got cancelled so he doesn't want to carry 2 homes in the same area, both of which have big mortgages. Kelsey says he can rent out his recently-purchased home for $30k a month, so he wants to do that and move into the 10,000 square foot estate he bought with Camille.

Camille is pissed because she's paying half the mortgage and other expenses -- and thinks it will be harder to sell if Kelsey, Kayte and their kid move in. BTW, the total carrying cost for the estate is $48,130 a month.

Kelsey counters in his declaration .... Camille lives in their Malibu home and he bears half the costs (total $15,000 a month), so it's only fair that he can move into their Bev Hills home.

The judge rejected Camille's request to bar Kelsey from the home but set a hearing for next month.

By the way, in the docs, Camille reveals that she gets $41,000 a month in spousal and child support.

Camille Grammer Stay Out of Our Home, Kelsey!

Published | Updated

Camille Grammer rushed to court Wednesday for an emergency order to keep Kelsey Grammer and his new family out of the home he once purchased with the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star ... TMZ has learned

For some reason, Kelsey wants to move back into the 10,657 sq ft. mansion, even though he just bought another house in the same zip code.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ there is an enormous mortgage on the property -- which is draining both Kelsey and Camille -- and they have been trying in vain to unload the property. They currently have the house listed at $16,000,000, having just lowered it by a million.

We're told Camille fears if Kelsey moves back in, it will be even more difficult to sell -- and according to the divorce settlement, Camille gets half the profit.

The judge did not issue an order Wednesday, but rather set a hearing for next month.

Kelsey's people will not specifically say WHY the actor wants to move back into the Beverly Hills pad -- but Stan Rosenfield, Kelsey's PR guy, only said this, "The only statement that needs to be made is the one made by the judge. Motion was denied."

Nate Dogg's Wife Throws In the Towel on Nasty Estate Battle

Published | Updated

Nate Dogg's kids are jumping for joy -- all because their stepmom and grandmother called it quits on their highly contested battle to control the late rapper's estate ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Dogg didn't leave a will when he passed, so his wife LaToya Calvin took charge of his estate and then filed docs in August asking Nate's mom, Ruth Homes, be appointed as her co-administrator.

The move didn't sit well with Nate's kids, who were royally pissed. They believed the women were only in it for selfish, money-grubbing reasons and had no intention of dividing the goods fairly.

According to court docs, LaToya withdrew her petition for control earlier this month, and her lawyer tells TMZ, "Nate's children wanted a 'professional administration' and Ruth and LaToya decided to withdraw to avoid conflict with the children."

Sources close to Nate's kids tell us they are "ecstatic."

As for who's in charge of the estate now ... it's TBD.

Terrell Owens Unloads Another Condo For Massive LOSS

Published | Updated

More bad news for unemployed NFLer Terrell Owens ... TMZ has learned the former football star took a major hit on his Georgia condo ... selling it off for nearly HALF of what he paid for it.

T.O. -- whose finances have taken a turn for the worse as of late -- has been dumping his real-estate collection right and left (both his Miami and Dallas condos were already sold) ... and now he finally unloaded his 1,060-square-foot Atlanta crib.

The deal wasn't so great for T.O. -- he purchased the pad back in 2005 for $324,600 and then listed it in 2011, where it sat on the market for over a year. He finally unloaded it earlier this month for a mere $180k.

But it's a steal for the new owner ... the cool digs is rockin' 2 bedrooms, 2 baths ... and primo amenities like a 24/7 concierge service, rooftop pool, fitness center, yoga studio and a club room -- with Xbox & Playstation.

Maybe T.O needed a little less "Call of Duty" and little more time with the pigskin.

Published | Updated

Adrienne will be moving to a swanky, gated community in Beverly Hills adjacent, where Charlie Sheen, Paris Hilton and Slash call home.

The mansion is 10,000 square feet, 3 stories, with a theater, library and a backyard that looks like it sits in a resort.

Adrienne is leasing the crib for $20,000 a month, with an option to buy the property outright for a cool $6.5 million. You could say ... it's a downsize, because Adrienne and Paul just sold their even bigger mansion for $19.5 mil.

Lakers EVP Jeanie Buss Takes $1 Million Hit on Mansion Sale

Published | Updated

It's the opposite of a slam dunk ... in fact it's more like a devastating defeat ... L.A. Lakers exec Jeanie Buss unloaded her L.A. mansion ... for nearly $1 MILLION LESS THAN SHE PAID.

Buss -- ya know the daughter of Lakers' head honcho Jerry Buss and girlfriend of Phil Jackson -- purchased the 4,266-sqaure-foot-digs back in 2007 ... for a cool $2,769,000.

Fast forward 5 years ... Buss recently sold the 4-bedroom, 5-bath-pad for $1.8 million. For those of you with stellar math skills ... that means she lost $969,000 on the sale.

The bright side ... the Lakers are 3-5. And just fired their coach. So not a lot of "bright."

But hey, she's still rich!

Now this -- unlike dating on national television -- is a cold dose of reality.

'Bachelorette' Star Homeless in Vancouver ...Temporarily

Published | Updated

Ex "Bachelorette" Jillian Harris is moving into a cardboard box, in the brutal cold of Canada -- and while the economy does suck that much -- Jillian's actually choosing to do this for charity.

Jillian -- who was on Season 5 of the ABC show -- tells TMZ she's going to spend a night on the streets of Vancouver with nothing more than a sleeping bag and a piece of cardboard.

Jillian lives in Vancouver and is teaming up with Covenant House to raise awareness (and money) for homeless youth there because she says "it's heartbreaking to think about all the kids and families" who don't have roofs over their heads as winter approaches.

The event goes down Nov. 15th when the forecast calls for 36 degrees, 10% chance of rain -- and a 100% chance of freezing your ass off.

But if all goes well ... Jillian hopes to raise $11,000.

Usher to Ex-Wife Time's Up! I'm Selling the Mansion

Published | Updated

Usher is finally making good on his threats to evict ex-wife Tameka Raymond from the house she still calls home ... officially listing his Georgia mansion for a cool $3.2 million.

Usher bought the 12,544 square-foot pad in 2007 -- while still married to Tameka -- for $3 million. He officially listed the digs last week.

TMZ broke the story ... Usher's ex has continued to live in the house as part of their 2009 divorce agreement -- but in September, Usher made it clear he was planning to sell ... and Tameka would be kicked to the curb.

As for the house, it's pretty huge ... 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, 10-foot ceilings, massive pool, in-home gym, 4 fireplaces, a library, and a NASA launch pad. Kidding ... NASA doesn't have funding for this place.

Sources close to Tameka tell TMZ ... she is completely unfazed -- adding, she runs her own small business and doesn't need any handouts.

As TMZ first reported, the owners of the home sued the Oscar winner for walking out on her lease agreement and failing to pay $370,000 in back rent. Mo'Nique countered with a lawsuit of her own, saying the house smelled like dog feces, among other lovely odors.

But now you can own this infamous home -- which boasts 8 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, and sits on 10 acres of land -- for the low, low price of $3.9 million.

Smells like a great deal to us.
