Sebastian Bach is "numb, in shock and devastated" after his home was COMPLETELY trashed by Hurricane Irene -- causing serious damage to his home and wiping out his "irreplaceable" collection of KISS and Skid Row memorabilia.

Bach posted the sad photo of his New Jersey home on his Facebook -- saying, "Somewhere under this water is a KISS pinball machine & 2 gargoyles from the Dynasty tour. If you see them floating past your house, they're mine. Or at least they were."

The ex-Skid Row frontman says the hurricane caused the reservoir next to his house to overflow -- sending a bridge CRASHING into the home's garage, knocking the house off it's foundation and flooding the basement where the rock items were stored.

In addition to the pinball machine and the gargoyles -- Bach says he lost a TON of Skid Row master tapes and memorabilia.

Charlie Sheen truly believes in one BIG happy family, because TMZ has learned he's moving Denise Richards into a home a stone's throw from where he lives.

Denise is moving into the home Charlie purchased earlier this year from movie mogul Mike Medavoy, located six houses down from where Charlie lives, in the same gated community.

Our sources say Charlie and Denise are now getting along reasonably well, and Charlie's primary motivation is that he wants to spend more time with their two kids. Some of Denise's stuff has already been moved in, and we're told she and the kids will begin living there in a week or so.

But it doesn't end there. We've also learned ... Charlie is looking to purchase a third home in his gated community for Brooke Mueller and the twins.

Ecclestone spoke with "Good Morning America" -- and explained why she decided to purchase the home ... saying, "It was a great investment, and I got a really good deal and it was, like, prime real estate."

When asked why she didn't use the money to pay for affordable homes for 1000's of families -- she replied, "I help as much as I can, but at the end of the day ... however much the house has costed, that's not going to kind of I dunno ... like change the world I don't think."

The "Idol" gang FREAKED OUT when a series of crazy "coincidences" occurred in the Bev Hills mansion back in March ... including a spooky spider infestation, flickering lights and one of the wannabes SWORE they saw a white sheet come to life and float down the stairs.

TMZ has obtained the deed of trust -- filed with the Los Angeles County Recorder's office -- which shows Petra Ecclestone became the proud owner of Candy's 57,000 square foot mansion on Thursday.

The docs show Petra borrowed all but $2,565,940 (our calculator ran out of numbers for the cents) from Slavica Ecclestone, her mom.

Slavica is flush with cash, because her ex-husband Bernie is a billionaire Formula One mogul and she did well in the divorce settlement.

Ecclestone (right) -- daughter of Formula 1 racing mogul Bernie Ecclestone -- bought the estate for a cool $85 mil ... a STEAL considering Candy originally wanted $150 mil for the place.

The estate has a bowling alley, beauty salon, several gift-wrapping rooms and parking for 100 cars.
