Tinder's CEO is looking to find a match with someone in the market for a new home ... who can swipe it right off his hands for a cool $9 mil.

Sean Rad just listed his 3 bed, 5 bath L.A. penthouse for $8.995 million, and if he gets his price, he stands to gain almost a $1.5 mil profit.

As for the crib ... it's the ultimate bachelor pad you'd expect from the guy who co-founded Tinder. At 5,283 square feet -- and perched high up on the 23rd floor -- the home features floor-to-ceiling windows and a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains and city below.

Leonardo DiCaprio's in a selling mood ... cause just days after listing his Malibu oasis he's now listing his Studio City, CA crib.

To be clear ... Leo lives in the Hollywood Hills -- like a true rich and famous bachelor. This pad in the San Fernando Valley is just one of many in his portfolio.

We spoke to Wilkerson, who tells us she and her husband weren't successfully evicted, but decided to get the hell out of Dodge -- and bought their own house on September 16th.

She says she hasn't spoken to Antonio in two months because of the house disagreement and "doesn't understand why he's so vindictive" toward her.

We reached out to Cromartie, but he had no comment.

Lady Gaga's gonna be cutting tracks inside Frank Zappa's old L.A. crib, which she just purchased for $5.25 million.

The Hollywood Hills tudor hit the market in June for the first time in about 40 years. Frank purchased the 7 bedroom, 6 bath home in the '70s and it remained in the family till his wife, Gail, passed away.

MJB Design Group claims Bosh and his wife, Adrienne, sought their help with the Texas project because they had worked with them already in Florida, where the firm is based.

According to the docs ... MJB entered into an agreement with the Boshes in January 2015 to provide interior design services and all materials for the Texas property until it was done, which was supposed to be in May 2016.

MJB claims this was all a sham ... because the Boshes dragged their heels during construction knowing it would never be done on time, but still promised them a paycheck.

The Boshes' home was not built on time and they backed out of their deal with MJB last month ... according to the suit.

MJB is suing Bosh and his wife for more than $2 mil -- a huge price tag for the NBA star whose playing days might be over.

Eric Stonestreet's getting rid of his L.A. starter home now that he's reportedly making $10 million a year on "Modern Family," and the sale is sure to put more money in his well-lined pockets.

A$AP Rocky allegedly left a NYC apartment he rented in ruins, and now he faces a massive lawsuit.

A$AP informed the landlord he was making some alterations to the unit and agreed to restore it before his lease ended. The landlord claims when the rapper vacated back in August he left it filthy and damaged.

The landlord claims A$AP Rocky demolished a custom walk-in wardrobe and turned it into a recording room. And that's just for starters.

According to the docs ... Rocky removed a custom chandelier and security camera, damaged a downstairs bathroom and left stains and scratches throughout.

The landlord wants money to repair his unit and is asking the judge to tack on $100k in punitives.

We reached out to A$AP, so far no word back.

Neither Abby Wambach nor her wife will get the house in their divorce -- because Abby is selling it ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Abby bought the 4,000 square foot pad in Portland, Oregon back in 2012 ... one year before she tied the knot with Sarah Huffman. Sarah moved in when they got married in 2013.

But the couple split up after having trouble back in April -- and Abby put the place up for sale in August.

The place is AWESOME -- 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, breathtaking views and all the privacy you could want.

Wambach bought the place for $705k ... and she's listed it for $1.349 million. Not a bad profit if she can get it.
