Donald Trump Sued Your Security Attacked US ... Not the Other Way Around

Published | Updated

Donald Trump just got hit with a lawsuit for the fist fight that went down last week between his security force and a group of Mexican protesters.

Efrain Galicia filed the suit in NYC ... and in it he says his "group of human rights activists of Mexican origin" were attacked by Trump's bodyguards outside Trump Towers last Thursday.

The Trump campaign tells a different story -- saying protesters jumped the guard from behind ... and it's considering filing criminal charges for the incident.

Video of the altercation showed one of the security guards punching a man, believed to be Galicia.

Galicia and 4 others are suing Trump, his campaign, and Keith Schiller ... who is reportedly the guard who threw the punch.

NBA's Pero Antic CHARGES DROPPED ... In NYC Cop Clash

Published | Updated

Good news for ex-Atlanta Hawks player Pero Antic -- TMZ Sports has learned officials are DROPPING the case against him for his role in that violent clash with NYPD officers back in April.

As we previously reported, Antic and his ATL teammate Thabo Sefolosha were both arrested outside 1 OAK nightclub on April 8th ... in the melee that ensued after another NBA player (Chris Copeland) was stabbed nearby.

Cops say both Pero and Thabo refused to leave the crime scene -- and the situation escalated with both NBA players ultimately getting arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing authorities. At the time, cops said Pero had gotten physical with one of the arresting officers.

Cops investigated the incident ... and we're told officials are now convinced Pero was trying to DEFUSE the situation.

As one source puts is ... while Sefolosha was resisting arrest, Pero was trying to tell him to calm down and do what the officer said. When Pero grabbed the officer's shoulder, officials don't believe it was in an aggressive manner and the cop was not injured.

Bottom line -- Pero's off the hook.

As for Sefolosha ... a trial date has been set for October 5th. Thabo says he suffered serious damage to his leg at the hands of the arresting officers.

DMX The Flesh of My Flesh Betrayed Me

Published | Updated

DMX is indignant and hurt over what he considers supreme betrayal by his own son, who is selling the rapper's platinum records while he sits in jail.

X's son Xavier wants to jump-start his own music career with cash, and the cash cow was laying right in his closet. DMX lived with Xavier and his mom until 2007, when the woman threw X out. He left lots of stuff behind, including the platinum records.

Xavier put precious platinums for the albums "And Then There Was X" and "Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood" on eBay for a total of $3,000.

X is livid, telling us it's his stuff and not Xavier's. What's more, DMX says it shows supreme ingratitude ... he says he took his baby mama out of the projects and got her a house next to Martha Stewart's.

Blood of My Blood just got real.

50 Cent Sued I'll Show You Who Has the Power

Published | Updated

11:00 AM PST: New York Times best selling author Nikki Turner tells TMZ ... "I would like to set the record straight that the news that's circulating in regard to "Power," 50 Cent and myself is completely false.

"I never showed 50 Cent any manuscripts but my own which is "Death Before Dishonor" and in no way related to 50 Cent's television series, "Power." Please don't believe the lie that's being told, as it's completely false."

50 Cent has another creditor -- aka "Plaintiff" who is suing the rapper for brashly stealing his show idea.

Larry Johnson claims he wrote a manuscript, "Tribulation of a Ghetto Kid," and in 2005, sent it to Nikki Turner, who works for 50 at G-Unit Books. He says the book was eventually published elsewhere, but believes Nikki showed the manuscript to 50.

Johnson claims much to his horror, in 2014 Starz debuted "Power," Fiddy's show about a drug dealer who's trying to go legit.

Johnson says it's a carbon copy of his manuscript. In his book, the primary character has a goatee ... ditto "Ghost" in "Power." In fact, Johnson says he even uses the nickname "Ghost" as his pen name.

And Johnson says in his manuscript the main character's best friend has a short fuse, just like Tommy in "Power."

In Johnson's manuscript the main character owns the hottest nightclub in Atlanta. In "Power," Ghost has the hottest club in NYC.

Johnson is looking for $200 million to make things right.

The guy notes Woods has used Twitter to call people "clown" and "scum." He says Woods has fantasized about killing a man over an offensive shirt, portrayed immigrants as "tattooed thugs" and called Al Sharpton "a disgusting pig."

And the guy says when people disagree with Woods on Twitter, he says they must be on crack cocaine. Woods once tweeted an Obama supporter, "Well, put down your crack pipe, and re-read my timelines."

The man wants a judge to dismiss Woods' lawsuit.

The Game Accuses Ex Cohort of Chris Brown ... In Car Attack

The Game is going HAM on a guy who used to be tight with Chris Brown -- accusing him of masterminding the attack on Game's car and Chris' house ... but the guy's firing back.

Game pumped up the beef by calling out Wackstar -- a former CB posse member -- and saying, "Tell these fans who really had Chris brown auntie tied up & his house broke in you pu**y ass fa***t."

Homophobic slurs aside, Game also made a clear threat -- "When I see you I'm gone break yo f**kin jaw...So have yo gun on you pu**sy."

Wackstar seems unfazed by the accusations on Instagram. He called Game a fake gangsta, saying ... "I know the real you, you wouldn't hurt a f**kin fly." For good measure, he added ... "#ChangeOfHeartAssN**a" ... a shot at Game's past appearance on the TV game show.

For the record ... no arrests have been made in the Chris Brown burglary or for damaging Game's Porsche. Also, Wackstar is NOT the man seen in surveillance video Game posted.

Tracy Morgan Truck Driver Wants ... Criminal Charges Dismissed

Published | Updated

The Walmart truck driver who crashed into Tracy Morgan's limo wants the criminal charges against him dismissed, because he says the superstore has made it impossible for him to get a fair trial.

Kevin Roper claims in legal docs there have been a flood of admissions over the accident since he was criminally charged back in June, 2014 ... including Walmart issuing a press release saying it was responsible for the accident.

Roper says between Walmart, the NTSB and Morgan's lawyer, the media has been saturated with stories already convicting him, thus making a fair trial impossible.

Roper is asking the judge to throw out the criminal case -- where he's charged with death by auto and assault by auto.

Jenna Jameson's Ex Son Blackballed from Religious School Lawsuit Coming

Published | Updated

The man once married to porn legend Jenna Jameson has just been blackballed from an exclusive private school ... a school which had already admitted his son and accepted his money, but sent a last minute rejection because they said his life was unholy.

Jay Grdina married Jenna in 2002 and together they created one of the most successful porn companies in the world -- Club Jenna. They divorced in 2006 and sold the company to Playboy for a reported $25 mil.

Jay moved on, married supermodel Erin Naas and moved to Scottsdale, AZ, where they had 2 sons.

Jay made even more money with his latest venture, NOHO, a drink to help prevent against hangovers.

Now fast forward to last December, when Jay and Erin sent a kindergarten application to Scottsdale Christian Academy for 5-year-old Jayden. In May, after multiple interviews, Jayden was accepted.

All was well until last Wednesday, the day before school began, when Jay got an email from the school, saying, "Unfortunately after a final review during our admission process, we are now unable to provide admission."

The email then got specific, "It has been brought to our attention that due to the lines of business that your family is/was in would violate these foundational critical issues of SCA."

We checked the SCA rules, and the foundational issues include "legal vices," including gambling, tobacco and alcohol. BTW, the foundational issues also say, "God's design for marriage is the union of one man and one woman."

Here's the big problem. Jay says all of the other schools have been up and running for a month, so they're scrambling, but Jayden will be far behind the other students. And he missed his first day of school.

Jay says he plans to sue SCA.
