It took 19 months but Josh Gordon has FINALLY acknowledged in court that he IS the father of a little girl named Emma ... and he seems to be making an effort to be a part of her life.

Gordon has been involved in a paternity case with Christina Lockhart since last year -- a Cleveland area woman who's reportedly on welfare and had been seeking child support from Gordon.

Lockhart got a DNA test back in September that showed the troubled NFL star is the dad ... but Gordon finally acknowledged it in court on Wednesday.

The good news ... Gordon says he wants to be involved in Emma's life and has been granted "reasonable parenting time with the child as agreed upon by the parties."

A hearing has been called for April -- when the two sides are could begin hashing out a child support agreement.

A porn studio fired a longtime producer after its star actress, Nikki Benz, accused him of stomping on her head and choking her out during a shoot ... but the guy's calling BS.

Brazzers -- a porn production company -- tells TMZ ... they've officially cut ties with Tony T., who allegedly went too far during a recent sex scene he directed with Nikki.

Nikki claims Tony choked her and stomped on her head in a fit of rage. It's unclear what allegedly set Tony off, but Nikki claims he attacked her during one of her sex scenes. It appears her claim is that she did something on camera he didn't like.

Apparently, the sex scene was completed but Brazzers tells us it will not release it, saying the video "stands in direct contrast with our mandate to ensure that performers' consent, boundaries and limits are respected."

As for Tony, his rep tells us he denies the allegations and laments the actions taken by Brazzers. We're told he's confident his name will be cleared.

Oklahoma head football coach Bob Stoops says looking back ... the punishment he dished out to Joe Mixon wasn't enough -- but he strongly felt the running back deserved a 2nd chance.

Stoops spoke about Mixon for the first time since the violent footage surfaced last week showing Joe striking a female student in the face. Stoops says he felt trying to rehabilitate Mixon was a better route than booting him from the program.

"Fault me if believing that an 18 year old, without [a] prior violent situation whatsoever, in an altercation and had the wrong and horrible response that he did ... that he might have an opportunity moving forward to redeem himself, improve from it, grow from it and someday possibly be forgiven."

Stoops says when he sat down with school officials to decide Mixon's punishment 2 and a half years ago, the punishment (suspending him from the team for 1 year) felt "significant."

Now, Stoops says, "2 and a half years later it's fair to say it isn't enough."

A graphic designer is suing Cher claiming she jacked his famous typeface and slapped it all over her 2013 album, "Closer to the Truth."

Moshik Nadev says he created the font, which he calls Paris Logo, back in 2011 ... which earned him praise on a load of graphic design websites, even Vogue.

Nadev says his famous font and the font on Cher's album are indistinguishable ... in thickness of the swishes and lettering which, gotta say, they look super similar.

Nadev says he contacted Cher, her label and graphic designers to fork over the materials they used to create their logo, but they've refused and continue to sell the album.

He's suing for more than $5 million in damages.

We reached out to Cher for comment ... so far, no word back.

Lucy Hale's legal team is going after a site that posted topless selfies of her in a bed.

The "Pretty Little Liars" star's lawyer, Marty Singer, fired off a threatening letter to Celeb Jihad, which posted 2 racy photos from her phone that were apparently sent to a friend. The pics show exposed breasts and nipples, and a breast tattoo came along for the ride.

Singer could not be clearer ... Lucy owns the pics and insists they were meant for a friend, but someone hacked into her phone.

We're told the site is reviewing the letter, but for now ... the pics remain front and center on the site.

Justin Bieber was just indicted for allegedly ordering a beatdown on a photog in Argentina and then stealing his money and gear.

A judge in Buenos Aires just dropped the hammer against the pop star for the 2013 incident.

Bieber has maintained all along this case is a bunch of nothing and the judge is a lone wolf who has been out to get him. Until the case is resolved, Bieber cannot return to Argentina, because he'll be arrested.

Our sources say Bieber has a plan. His lawyers will appeal the indictment, hoping that the appeals court judges will see the indictment for what it is -- a publicity grab by the judge -- and throw the case out.

The problem for Bieber ... he's about to start his South American tour and Argentina is by far the biggest market and his biggest fan base on the continent. As one Bieber source put it, "The judge is screwing his own country because Justin could infuse a huge amount of money into the economy."

An ex-Michigan State softball player claims she was sexually assaulted by her team doctor -- and when she complained to school officials, she was told the guy was simply performing "intravaginal adjustments."

It's all part of a new lawsuit filed by Tiffany Thomas Lopez -- who was a star at MSU from 1998 to 2001 ... playing in 106 games.

Lopez says she was sent to Dr. Larry Nassar after she hurt her back in 1998 -- but was subjected to disturbing treatments ... in which he would put his "bare, ungloved and unlubricated hand into her vagina."

Lopez says she went to a high ranking MSU training staff member to complain -- but got major blowback and was told Nassar's treatments were standard "intravaginal adjustments."

Fast forward a few years ... Nassar was fired by MSU in Sept. 2016 among several women coming forward with similar complaints ... including a former Team USA gymnastics star.

Nassar has also been arrested on child porn charges -- and in a separate case, he's been charged with 3 counts of sexually abusing a girl at his home between 1998 and 2005.

Dani Mathers is facing way more than a conviction for invasion of privacy for secretly snapping a pic of an elderly woman at a gym ... it could ruin what she believes is a promising real estate career.

Dani's lawyer is in court right now, trying to strike a deal with prosecutors so she doesn't have a conviction on her record. We've learned attorney Tom Mesereau just told prosecutors his client will do a full mea culpa ... apologizing to the victim, undergoing counseling and even taking an anti-bullying course.

Here's the immediate problem for Mathers. She's been working on getting a real estate license and worries the California Bureau of Real Estate will reject her application if she has a record.

Mesereau has told prosecutors his client will go even further ... going to schools and talking about bullying and how it impacts people.

As you know ... Mathers not only posted the pic, she body shamed the woman with the caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

11:40 AM PT -- The judge appointed someone to look at the confiscated documents to help the court decide whether or not they are privileged.

10:46 AM PT -- Court is in recess for 5 minutes, and the judge's decision is expected when they return.

Robert Durst's lawyers will fight to keep stacks of confiscated documents from being used in his murder trial when they march into court Wednesday morning ... and we're live streaming.

Durst's lawyers claim police illegally seized the personal docs from Durst's homes and a friend's home. They also believe the material is subject to attorney-client privilege. Prosecutors argue at least some of the docs are fair game because they were shared with producers of HBO's 'The Jinx.'

Michael Floyd is now facing a mandatory 45 days in jail ... because his blood alcohol level has been revealed -- and it was VERY HIGH.

The Scottsdale PD says Floyd's BAC was .21 when he was arrested last week ... more than TWICE the legal limit of .08.

Because the BAC was so high, prosecutors hit the NFL star with 2 new serious charges:

-- Extreme DUI with a BAC of .15 to .19

-- Super Extreme DUI with a BAC over .2

Super Extreme DUI carries a mandatory 45 day jail sentence if convicted. The person must also install an interlock alcohol monitoring device in their car and may not drink alcohol for 90 days.

At the time of his arrest, Floyd told cops he had only had one or two glasses of red wine before he got behind the wheel of his SUV.

When cops found Floyd, he was passed out behind the wheel.

Ex-NFL cornerback Will Allen just kissed his Florida home goodbye ... after he was convicted of screwing people out of MILLIONS in an illegal Ponzi scheme.

Allen -- who played for the Giants, Dolphins and Patriots -- pled guilty to running a $35 million Ponzi scheme back in November and just filed new legal docs detailing his personal financial collapse.

The most interesting part ... Allen says his 4,474 square foot lakefront property in Davie, Florida has been foreclosed on and his family has been asked to vacate the premises.

Allen needs court permission to change addresses while he's out on bail (he'll be sentenced in February) and filed new court docs asking if he can move to a nearby Staybridge Suites hotel.

Allen explains the family -- his wife and 3 kids -- "has no other option and this point and it is an emergency situation."

Lisa Marie Naegle posed with the man who we're told confessed to killing her ... just hours before he allegedly took a hammer to her head and beat her with it repeatedly.

TMZ obtained this photo of Lisa Marie with Jackie Jerome Rogers at Alpine Village ... a party venue in Torrance, CA. The pic was taken at 12:04 AM Sunday. Exactly 2 hours and 14 minutes later, they drove off in Rogers' SUV and not long after that, he allegedly bludgeoned her to death after she ended their affair.

This pic was shot at 12:16 AM ... you see the former "Bridalplasty" contestant with drink in hand enjoying a performance by Too Short.

TMZ broke the story ... Rogers confessed to cops after Lisa Marie's family confronted him with surveillance video showing the 2 of them leaving together Sunday at 2:18 AM.

Her naked body was discovered Tuesday ... buried in Rogers' backyard.

Eva Longoria just got roped into an awful mess -- her famous Hollywood restaurant got sued by a man claiming someone who worked there beat him to a pulp.

Michael Paul Flores says he was invited back in June to Beso for the "Lowriders" premiere after-party. Everything was hunky-dory until late in the evening, when Michael claims someone struck him in the mouth, face and head multiple times before the assailant fled the joint.

According to docs ... Michael says Beso's security staff fessed up ... the assailant worked for them, and they hinted that they knew of his penchant for violence.

What's more ... Michael says Beso should have known the after-party would be a bullseye for violence since the movie "dealt with the lowrider subculture of East Los Angeles." He claims producers of the movie -- starring Eva -- hired actors for the movie from car clubs that had rival gang ties.

Eva was not named in the lawsuit.

Lisa Marie Naegle's body has been found, facedown in the backyard of Jackie Jerome Rogers.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they found the former "Bridalplasty" contestant's body buried naked in the yard. We're told it's unclear where her clothes were dumped.

We're told Rogers will be booked for murder Tuesday night.

As we reported, LAPD has had him in custody all day ... after Naegle's family caught him in a lie about Lisa Marie's whereabouts.

Our sources say she was struck 7 times in the head with a hammer early Sunday morning.

AshleyMadison.com ripped off married people who no longer need its extramarital services -- according to NY State, which just got a hefty settlement from the website.

State Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman went after against AshleyMadison.com, saying it deceives customers with a $19 charge for what it calls the "full delete." It's nothing like the Full Monty.

AM offered the option for departing users who want to make sure their profiles are scrubbed from the site, including all messages and photos. But the state AG called out the site for retaining all that info for up to 12 months and sometimes longer.

Ashley reached a settlement deal with NY and 11 other states, plus Washington D.C. ... which calls for it to fork $1.65 million, of which $81k goes to the Empire State. The court cut Ashley Madison a break, suspending the other nearly $16 mil ... because the company's hurting financially.
