Bruce Jenner Lawsuit Video Doesn't Tell Full Story ... Says Victim's Family

Published | Updated

The MTA bus video of Bruce Jenner's PCH accident shows of the actual moment of impact -- but Kim Howe's stepchildren say it doesn't show one critical piece of the puzzle.

Howe's stepkids have already filed new docs in their wrongful death lawsuit ... which include freeze frames from the bus cams.

The docs don't reference what the video shows. Instead, they say they have a witness who described Jenner as "driving erratically just prior to the crash."

It's interesting, when you watch the video -- which only captures the final seconds before the collision -- there's no obvious evidence Jenner was out of control.

So, it appears Howe's family will lean more on witness recollection than crystal clear video. Weird as it sounds ... it could be their best option.

FATAL IMPACT

TMZ has obtained the full video of Bruce Jenner's fatal accident on PCH ... and it shows just how brutal and violent it was.

The video was shot from an MTA bus that had 6 cameras mounted on it -- which is standard for new MTA buses in L.A. The February accident happened in front of the bus ... which was traveling in the opposite direction of Jenner.

You'll recall ... Jenner was driving northbound when he plowed into a white Lexus, and then a black Prius. The Lexus was shoved into oncoming traffic, and a Hummer crashed into it head-on ... killing Kim Howe.

The driver of the Prius, as well as Howe's family, have filed lawsuits against Jenner.

As we've reported ... the major crimes division of the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept is still investigating the matter.

Jason Pierre-Paul Hospital Launches 'Aggressive' Investigation Into Medical Records

Published | Updated

The hospital where NFL star Jason Pierre-Paul is being treated for fireworks injuries says it's launching an "aggressive internal investigation" to find out if a staffer leaked JPP's private medical records to an ESPN reporter.

The supposed medical records were posted by ESPN's Adam Schefter on Wednesday -- showing JPP underwent a procedure to have a finger amputated.

Now, Carlos A. Migoya -- president and CEO of Jackson Health System -- says he's determined to find out if the documents were leaked by a hospital employee ... violating patient confidentiality.

"Late Wednesday, media reports surfaced purportedly showing a Jackson Memorial Hospital patient’s protected health information, suggesting it was leaked by an employee. An aggressive internal investigation looking into these allegations is underway."

Migoya adds, "If these allegations prove to be true, I know the entire Jackson family will share my anguish."

"If we confirm Jackson employees or physicians violated a patient’s legal right to privacy, they will be held accountable, up to and including possible termination. We do not tolerate violations of this kind."

For its part, ESPN issued a statement saying HIPAA (the laws that protect medical records) does not apply to news organizations.

Kesha’s war with Dr. Luke got so heated during a recording session -- her dog almost got caught in the crossfire ... according to new legal docs.

Luke Wilson Bitch Betta Have My Money! Beats Ex-Asst. in Court

Published | Updated

Luke Wilson's ex-assistant tried to act like he forgot, but the actor just scored a huge sum of money from the guy. Like brrap brrap brrap ...

A judge awarded Wilson $438k from Charles Lodi -- the former employee he sued for using his credit cards to rack up more than $120,000 in vacations, wedding expenses, and cold hard cash.

In the suit, Wilson said he caught Lodi red-handed in 2014 ... and they reached a settlement. Lodi was supposed to pay back $75k in 3 installments -- but only paid back $15k before he went ghost ... fleeing to Utah.

The downside for Luke is Lodi's still in the wind -- he never responded to the lawsuit, and the chances of him actually having the money seem slim to none.

But moral victories can be kinda cool ... when you don't need cash.

Jared Fogle DUMPED By Kids' Health Charity

Subway was just the first domino for Jared Fogle -- a children's health charity is now cutting ties with him on the heels of the FBI's child pornography investigation.

A spokesperson for CATCH tells us Tuesday's raid was the final straw for the organization as far as its work with the Jared Foundation. A spokesperson tells us the group had already stopped planning events in conjunction with Fogle's charity when its now former director Russell Taylor was arrested in April.
