Georgina Rodriguez is firing back at trolls criticizing her bikini body in recent yacht photos ... she says her curves don't determine her worth.

Cristiano Ronaldo's fiancée addressed the online chatter Tuesday in a lengthy Instagram post ... revealing some people have been calling her "fat" over pictures from the couple's Mallorca getaway.

Georgina said the criticism worried her at first because she makes a living from her image ... but Cristiano quickly reminded her she's much more than her appearance.

According to Georgina, the soccer superstar told her ... "You don't live off your image. You live off who you are," before praising her as a mother, a good person and a successful woman with a "killer body."

Clavicular is no longer facing criminal prosecution in connection with a fight at a short-term rental in Florida ... because prosecutors dropped the charges.

As we previously reported, the popular and controversial influencer and streamer found himself in legal trouble after he allegedly encouraged a physical fight between two women -- and shared a video of the February confrontation for clicks.

Clavicular -- government name Braden Eric Peters -- was arrested in March on a warrant out of Osceola County and hit with a misdemeanor battery charge.

According to court documents cited by local news outlets ... prosecutors dismissed the case because they couldn't prove the charge beyond a reasonable doubt.

"Love and Hip Hop" star Sidney Starr is locked up in a special section of the Fulton County jail ... due to her identifying as a trans woman ... TMZ has learned.

Sidney was transferred to the vulnerable population unit for the LGBTQ community after she was arrested Sunday and booked for sexual battery against a child under 16, aggravated sexual molestation, and sodomy. She was accused of sodomizing a juvenile at a hotel in Hapeville, Georgia, but she claimed the interaction was consensual.

A rep for the Fulton County Sheriff's Office said, "Sidney identified as someone who engages in a particular lifestyle" during the intake process, which is why jail officials placed her in the vulnerable unit.

Shots fired between Megyn Kelly and Dave Portnoy ... they're locked in a social media scrap over Caitlin Clark's stance -- or lack thereof -- about transgender athletes in women's sports.

Here's the deal ... the WNBA superstar got feisty with a reporter who asked her thoughts on teammate Sophie Cunningham's controversial comments against "biological men" competing against young girls in sports. Basically, Caitlin gave a non-answer and, when pressed, told the reporter to kick rocks.

Megyn, the ultra-conservative media personality, blasted Caitlin as a "coward" for dodging the question ... and in rode Portnoy to defend CC ... saying, "Absolute moron/idiot to call Caitlin a coward for this answer. 1st of all, you don't even know how she feels on this issue and more importantly, she doesn't owe it to you or anybody else to be your political talking point."

The Kardashian family was granted a years-long restraining order against a man they say was freaking them out ... and posed a serious danger.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, a judge ordered a 3-year protection order against Kyle Robert DeWick -- a Colorado man Kris Jenner previously described as a "stalker" with "no relationship whatsoever" to her or her family.

The order protects Kylie, Kendall, Kim, Khloé and Kourtney, Rob, and Kris ... and it says DeWick must stay at least 100 yards away from all of them. He is also to have zero contact -- physical, digital, phone or snail mail -- with any of the family.

Kelly Osbourne appears to be sending a pointed message ... just days after her ex-fiancé Sid Wilson was fired from Slipknot.

Kelly kicked off a string of cryptic Instagram Stories Monday with a blunt message ... "Wake the f*** up take some responsibility," before saying she was done putting up with the mystery subject's behavior.

"I want to be happy and I have a beautiful son to raise," she wrote. "Leave me alone. let me heal. I can’t protect you from yourself anymore."

TMZ obtained the message PK sent to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star on June 26, 2024 … two months after their split.

PK wrote, "Last week, I sent you a respectful and straightforward text email noting that our current expenses are not sustainable and will be devastating to our family if not promptly addressed and rectified."

Jelly Roll is putting life on the road on pause ... revealing he'll step away from touring for at least a year after wrapping up his current slate of shows.

The country star shared the news during a recent concert, telling fans his final scheduled performance will be his last for "a year or two" because he needs time to heal, according to Country Now.

Jelly thanked fans for standing by him during what's been a whirlwind stretch in his career, but didn't elaborate on exactly what he needs to heal from. He simply said it's time for him to step away from touring for a while.

The announcement comes during a period of major change in his personal life.

Ariana Grande is clarifying the reason behind her upcoming break ... saying the decision was made long ago and wasn't an impulsive reaction to recent headlines.

The singer addressed fans Monday night during her "Eternal Sunshine Tour" stop at Chicago's United Center, explaining she wanted to speak directly because stories that don't come from her can sometimes get blown out of proportion.

Ariana said she had quietly planned the break well before it was announced and made the decision from a thoughtful and empowered place.

She also clarified that while ongoing public scrutiny played a role in her need to set boundaries and step back, the negativity has not ruined the touring experience for her.

11:28 AM PT -- Sidney Starr's booking photo has been released following her arrest on child sex charges in Georgia.

Sidney Starr is facing some very serious allegations in Georgia, where the reality TV personality has been arrested on child sex charges.

According to booking records, Sidney was taken into custody on Sunday and charged with sexual battery against a child under 16, aggravated child molestation, and sodomy. She is accused of confessing to performing oral sex on a minor at an Embassy Suites in the city of Hapeville, and claimed it was consensual.

The records list the Hapeville Police Department as the arresting agency.

Molly Shannon slammed a photographer she says once called her "ugly" and says karma came for him because he runs a dog daycare now ... but he says she's full of (dog) s***!

Remember ... Molly got her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in June, and told a story about how a photog called her ugly while shooting her headshots. She said karma came back around, because now he picks up dog poop for a living.

Andrew Rosenthal, owner of LA Dogworks, tells TMZ … that story's about him, and things didn't go down the way Molly says, calling her version of events "a fantasy."

He tells us ... "I am obnoxious sometimes, but I don’t see myself saying 'you’re ugly.'" He also said he doesn't remember ever shooting her.

Aaron Carter’s dentist, who is facing a wrongful death lawsuit from his family, will be introducing evidence of a Department of Children and Family Services investigation in court, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, dentist Jason Mirabile revealed his plan to use evidence to dispute the claim that Aaron’s 4-year-old son, Princeton, lost out on companionship from his dad … arguing Aaron wasn’t that good of a dad in the first place. 

The dentist said he plans to use testimony from the Department of Children and Family Services staff as witnesses in the upcoming trial.

Christina Applegate is back home after a nearly four-month hospital stay ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Christina, who had been hospitalized in Los Angeles since late March, was recently discharged.

A source close to the actress tells us she is home and doing well.

We broke the story ... the actress was hospitalized in early spring, though it was unclear at the time why she was admitted or how long she would remain there.

Mary Rivera, who played Ned Leeds' Filipino grandmother in "Spider-Man: No Way Home," has died ... TMZ has learned.

A family member tells TMZ ... Mary suffered a stroke and doctors warned the family her condition was extremely serious. The relative says doctors told them even if Mary emerged from the coma, her prognosis would not be good, so the family made the difficult decision to remove her from life support.

Mary passed away April 15 in Honolulu. We're told the actress was later cremated.
