Christina Pazsitzky is opening up about her divorce from Tom Segura for the first time on their podcast ... getting emotional as she revealed they spent years trying to save their marriage.

Christina formally addressed the split on "Your Mom's House" podcast ... fighting back tears as she told listeners she and Tom are divorcing after 20 years together.

She says the two tried to work things out for "several, several years" for the sake of their children and family ... but ultimately couldn't make the marriage work.

Brooks Nader was shocked to find out her sister Sarah Jane was spotted having dinner with Pete Davidson in NYC ... and her initial reaction is freaking hilarious.

A source familiar with the situation tells TMZ ... Pete took Sarah to dinner Monday night at Campania in Brooklyn where we're told the pair quietly slipped inside through the kitchen.

Our sources tell us Pete picked up the bill, and the two spent a couple of hours dining in a private room away from the other customers.

We're told Pete and Sarah were all over each other throughout the meal and appeared extremely comfortable together. Our sources say the outing gave off major first date energy ... and the two looked happy and seemed to hit it off.

Courtney Stodden is satisfied with Jason Alexander's apology over an old controversial comedy sketch they performed ... and she's ready to move on with her mission, hopefully with a new ally.

Jason Alexander is apologizing to Courtney Stodden after she publicly called him out over a controversial 2012 comedy sketch filmed when she was still a minor.

The "Seinfeld" star tells TMZ ... "Looking back at the comedy sketch in which Ms. Stodden and I participated in 2012, I completely agree that it was inappropriate and I truly regret it."

He continues ... "But more importantly, I am deeply sorry for any harm or distress it has caused Ms. Stodden. I offer her my sincerest apologies."

Adam Sandler had a pressing question for the Nantucket Police Department after touching down on the island after officiating Taylor Swift's wedding ... asking where he could play basketball outside ... and cops just released audio from his funny call.

The comedian called up NPD on the non-emergency line on July 5, saying ... "Hi, I'm visiting your island right now and I was wondering if you could answer a question. I like to play basketball. Is there any outdoor courts where people play?"

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the comedians and podcast hosts recently separated after 18 years of marriage. We're told the split happened within the last couple of months and is completely amicable.

TMZ also is told ... "They had a special and productive relationship, creating one of the most successful comedy podcast networks in the industry and, more importantly, two kids. They are taking different paths moving forward while remaining devoted to their children."
