Trump made the comment during an event at the White House on Thursday, in which he announced the Presidential Fitness Test would be making a return to schools across the country.

"Handsome guy, by the way," Trump said. "Usually not my thing, but he's a good-looking sucker."

Joe Rogan's had plenty of guests on "The Joe Rogan Experience" over the years, including some of the biggest names in politics and media.

However, the controversial podcast host had a bit of a personal moment during his episode with Australian comedian James Donald Forbes McCann, when McCann thanked the media giant for helping him grow his career.

We're going to take a look at the comedian's background and see what he's accomplished ... as well as how Rogan assisted in his growth.

McCann hails from Adelaide, Australia, and first made a name for himself with audiences in his home country through appearances at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in the late 2010s.

In addition to his work on stage, he's worked as a television writer and wrote for several shows produced in Australia, according to his website.

He's been featured in various Australian publications, and he's published three books of poetry ... the most recent was released in 2024.

McCann's collaborated with various comedians over the course of his career and he went on the road as the opener for comedian Mark Normand in 2023.

McCann eventually made a move to the United States to further pursue his dreams in comedy, and he settled in Austin, Texas, in 2024.

He began raising his profile through various podcast appearances, and he was featured on programs including "Matt And Shane's Secret Podcast" and "Stuff Island," among others.

The comedian has also worked on his own podcast, titled "The James Donald Forbes McCann Catamaran Plan," which premiered in 2021.

McCann's career received a serious boost when he was featured in several episodes of the wildly popular comedy series "Kill Tony," and his debut on the program took place in 2024.

Although McCann's appearance on Rogan's podcast saw the two bounce from topic to topic, their conversation ended on a heartfelt note, as McCann showed his gratitude toward the host for setting up Rogan's Austin club, Comedy Mothership, and allowing "Kill Tony" to be taped at the location.

The performer confessed he was "poor" and "had no opportunities" during the early stages of his comedy career, and he credited Rogan's club with providing him with the chance to get exposure for his work.

McCann added he'd been able to "pay my rent on time," and said his rise had been "very, very strange" and unexpected -- in a good way, of course.

The White House is firing back at "South Park" ... after the popular animated TV show brutally roasted Donald Trump to kick off its 27th season last night.

ICYMI ... in the season premiere, Trump is shown in bed with Satan -- hinting he’s down for a little devilish action. But Satan's not into it, and instead takes a jab at the size of Trump’s microscopic weener. Ouch.

10:48 AM PT -- Jimmy Kimmel has hit back at President Trump by saying he's next ... unclear what that means.

Donald Trump says no late-night comedians are safe ... taking aim at Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon, on the heels of Stephen Colbert telling the prez to "Go f*** yourself."

DT just unleashed on the hosts in a new Truth Social post ... saying, "The word is, and it’s a strong word at that, Jimmy Kimmel is NEXT to go in the untalented Late Night Sweepstakes and, shortly thereafter, Fallon will be gone."

Trump says Kimmel and Fallon have "no talent," and despite being paid millions, are "destroying what used to be GREAT Television."

Adam Sandler took a moment to press pause on the "Happy Gilmore 2" premiere hype -- all to share his heartfelt thoughts on the tragic death of Malcolm-Jamal Warner.

Speaking from the NYC premiere, Adam said he couldn’t believe the news -- and reflected on the good ol' days, remembering how he got his start on "The Cosby Show" as a teen alongside Malcolm-Jamal, who was around the same age.

From taking walks to shooting hoops and hitting parties, Adam told Entertainment Tonight he and Malcolm-Jamal built a real bond while filming the series.

3:40 PM PT -- TMZ has just learned there was a second individual who was injured during the incident. The Costa Rican Red Cross tells TMZ ... the second individual was rushed to a local clinic in critical condition. Their current condition is unknown.

3:10 PM PT -- Judicial Investigation Agency tells TMZ ... Malcolm was rescued by bystanders and taken to the shore where he received aid from the Costa Rican Red Cross. He was declared dead at the scene. The body was sent to the Judicial Morgue in San Joaquín de Flores, Heredia for an autopsy.

10:53 AM PT -- Warner died of asphyxia after he was caught by a high current in the ocean, according to ABC News. His body was reportedly found Sunday afternoon.

"The Cosby Show" alum Malcolm-Jamal Warner has died in Costa Rica at the age of 54, TMZ has learned.

TMZ has a reliable source who says Warner died as a result of an accidental drowning while he was vacationing with his daughter.

As you know, Malcolm‑Jamal Warner straight‑up owned the '80s as Theodore Huxtable on "The Cosby Show," snagging an Emmy nod and locking in his spot in TV royalty.

Those hoping for fun moments from Travis Kelce and Bad Bunny in "Happy Gilmore 2" are in luck ... Julie Bowen tells TMZ Sports the guys are great in the flick!!

Bowen -- who's reprising her role as Adam Sandler's love interest in the iconic golf movie's sequel -- said out in NYC this week Kelce and Bad Bunny's acting chops are outstanding.

When it came to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Bowen told us, "He's a star. He's always been a star. He continues to be a star."

Former American actor Cody McMains was just 15 years old when he played Mitch Briggs -- the sex-crazed high school teen and the trouble-making younger brother -- in the 2001 comedy, "Not Another Teen Movie."

McMains was part of an ensemble cast including Chyler Leigh as Mitch's older sister and nerd with glasses-turned hottie, Janey Briggs, Chris Evans as the hot jock with whipped cream drizzled over his hot bod, Jake Wyler, and Jaime Pressly as the hot blonde cheerleader, Priscilla.

Cody also played Kristen Dunst's little brother in "Bring It On."
