P.J. Williams' GF tried like hell to get the NFL player out of a DUI arrest last January ... asking a cop if he'd have mercy on P.J. because of the missed PI call in the Saints-Rams NFC Championship Game!!!

It's all in new police video obtained by TMZ Sports ... which shows a New Orleans cop stopping Williams after he pulled the guy over for doing 80 MPH in a 50 just days after New Orleans' loss to L.A.

The cop tells P.J. he was driving recklessly ... and after he says he smells a strong booze odor from the car -- he decides to conduct a sobriety test on the 26-year-old.

In the video, you can see P.J. bombs it ... so the officer slaps the cuffs on him and tells him, "You've had too much to drink tonight, Mr. Williams."

That's when the officer turns to P.J.'s girlfriend to see if she can drive his car home ... when all of a sudden she tries to help Williams get out of the arrest.

The conversation is pretty funny ... she tells the officer, "Is there any way that you can -- he's a Saints player! Don't you feel bad?! Like, you saw that game didn't you?!"

Of course, the officer wasn't having any of it ... saying to the woman, "That doesn't concern me."

Ex-Dallas cop Amber Guyger just got 10 years in prison -- on the heels of her conviction for murdering her neighbor, Botham Jean ... whose brother created a shocking moment in court.

The sentencing went down Wednesday in Dallas and while there were cheers when it was announced ... the most stunning event came earlier when Brandt Jean gave his victim's impact statement. He spoke directly to Guyger and told her to go to God and ask for forgiveness. He got choked up as he asked the judge if he could hug Guyger.

The judge said yes, and then they tearfully embraced for nearly a minute. You could hear people crying in court.

Brandt said he never wanted to tell his family he's personally forgiven Guyger.

Botham's family members burst into tears after her 10-year sentence was announced, and it appears even Judge Tammy Kemp -- who is black -- was moved by Brandt's statement. After the hearing, she also embraced Guyger.

The officers who arrested Stacey Dash believed the actress was hispanic, but labeled her as "white" on their final arrest report.

Dash -- who has an African American father and Mexican American mother -- was arrested on a domestic battery charge in Florida on Sunday after an incident with her husband. After the police report was issued, many noticed it labeled her race as "white."

A spokesperson for the Pasco Sheriff's Department tells us, "Stacey Dash was never asked her race by the arresting deputy, nor did she volunteer any information about her race. The arresting deputy assumed that she was Hispanic."

He continues, "However, the Pasco Sheriff's Office follows the Department of Justice Uniform Crime Reporting standards and, according to the DOJ reporting requirements the only allowable races are: Asian/Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Black/African American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Unknown, or White."

The spokesperson says reports do list a Hispanic option if a deputy fills it out by hand, but most use their computers, which do not give a Hispanic option.

There was also an error in Dash's name on the report -- calling her Stacey Dash Lauretta -- the spokesperson says that will be corrected on the official arrest record.

As for Dash's race ... the spokesperson says he believes that will remain the same as Stacey never specified during her arrest.

Prosecutors ain't buying R. Kelly's excuse he needs to get outta jail while his criminal case is pending ... saying the singer's full of BS, and is likely to make a run for it.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... the government says Kelly's definitely a flight risk if he gets outta jail, even though the singer's legal team claims his passport doesn't contain a single stamp showing international travel.

In docs, prosecutors say earlier this year after he was released on bail in Illinois, Kelly sought to travel to Dubai with his two GFs, each of whom took steps to get their own passports.

Prosecutors also called BS on Kelly's legal team claiming the singer won't tamper with or intimidate witnesses. The government contends Kelly "has a history of coercing women to write letters containing false and embarrassing allegations" so he can later use them as blackmail.

And, then there's this ... prosecutors say Kelly's claim he's broke is misleading because he continues to get hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties for his music. What's more ... the government argues it found out he's redirecting these royalties to the bank account of a childhood friend, but could easily redirect the dough to himself.

The government's docs don't include any visible response to Kelly's claim he's in failing health and should be released as a result. However, chunks of the document are redacted.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelly's lawyer filed legal docs in which they outline various medical issues, including numbness in one of his hands, anxiety and an untreated hernia.

Kelly's legal team, in their filing, assured the judge the singer would not be a flight risk and he vowed not to tamper with or intimidate witnesses.

Police have released body cam footage of Tennessee running back Jeremy Banks' September arrest ... where the player is heard saying, "Where I'm from, we shoot at cops."

The 19-year-old running back was arrested for an outstanding warrant after he was initially pulled over for an illegal U-turn on Sept. 15 (hours after the Volunteers' win over UT-Chattanooga).

During the arrest, Banks tells officers he plays for the Vols ... and asks them several times to have them call head coach Jeremy Pruitt.

Once on the phone, Pruitt says he was aware of the previous traffic ticket, but didn't know there was a warrant out for Banks' arrest for failing to appear in court.

When in the back of the police car, Banks starts going OFF on the cops, saying, "I don't like the police, bro. Hell nah," and "Y'all police are some p*****s, bro. Real s**t, I don't f**k with y'all."

At one point, Banks says the following to a female intern who's participating in a ride-along -- "You don't wanna be an intern because where I'm from we shoot at cops. I'm from Memphis, Tennessee."

Banks eventually calms down -- even singing and giving compliments to the officer on his way to the detention center.

The running back released a statement on Tuesday, saying, “I want to sincerely apologize to my family, the University of Tennessee and the law enforcement community. I deeply regret my language and attitude in the video."

NBA officials are working with the Mobile Police Dept. to coordinate a surrender date for DeMarcus Cousins in his domestic violence case, cops tell TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported, Cousins is facing a 3rd-degree domestic violence charge in Alabama stemming from a threatening phone call he allegedly made on August 23 to the mother of his child.

Cousins allegedly told his ex-girlfriend he'd put a "bullet in [her] f**king head" if she didn't let their child come to his wedding, which took place in Atlanta the very next day.

An arrest warrant was issued for Cousins days later -- but he had just undergone surgery to repair his torn ACL, which made it difficult for Boogie to travel to turn himself in.

But, Cousins appeared in good spirits at Lakers Media Day last week -- so we called the Mobile PD to see if there's been any movement in that case.

Stacey Dash says her husband and his 3 kids conspired to have her arrested ... to cover up her husband's alleged brutality.

TMZ broke the story ... Stacey called 911 Sunday, claiming her husband put her in a chokehold. When cops came out, they observed scratches on husband Jeffrey Marty's arms -- this, along with statements from his kids, got her cuffed and booked for assault.

Stacey says in the 911 call Jeffrey coached his 15, 14 and 10-year-old on what to say to cops. At one point, Stacey accuses Marty of faking his injuries, claiming he was taking photos of scratches on his arms ... scratches she didn't inflict.

Stacey Dash was arrested for domestic violence in Florida over the weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the "Clueless" actor was busted Sunday in Pasco County -- where she owns a home -- after getting into a squabble with her new husband, Jeffrey Marty, and allegedly putting hands on him.

We're told cops were called to a home around 7:45 PM to respond to a domestic dispute between Stacey and Jeff. Our sources say Stacey allegedly pushed and slapped him and that's when officers arrived ... they saw scratches on his left arm.

In the good ol' days, Tekashi69's music career would be dead and buried after pulling Snitchfest 2019 -- but times done changed ... according to hip-hop mogul Irv Gotti.

We got the Murder Inc. honcho outside Le Pain in WeHo, and asked what he thought about 6ix9ine's plan to pass on witness protection ... so he can return to making music. Irv's disgust with Tekashi was written all over his face.

At the risk of going a little Clint Eastwood in "Gran Torino" ... Irv told us this kinda thing wouldn't even be debated back in his heyday of the '90s. Malik McDowell -- the ex-NFL D-lineman who attacked a cop during an arrest earlier this year -- is in more trouble ... he's back in custody after a judge ruled he intentionally tampered with his ankle monitor.

McDowell has been fighting multiple charges stemming from his February arrest where he got violent with a police officer ... but he had been out on bond while his case played out in the Michigan court system.

But, TMZ Sports has learned McDowell was ordered to be back in custody after a judge ruled he violated the terms of his bond.

A rep for the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office tells us it appears McDowell left town for a longer period of time than he was permitted ... and when he got back, he tried to tamper with his ankle monitor to cover it up.

At a hearing this week, a judge ruled it to be an intentional act ... and McDowell was thrown back in jail.

The rep says it's likely McDowell will remain in custody until he's due back in court next month.

As we previously reported, McDowell is facing 2 counts of felony assaulting and resisting, 1 misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated and 1 misdemeanor count of driving on a suspended license for his cop fighting case.

The investigation into who gave Mac Miller a deadly dose of pills has resulted in the arrest of a third person.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Stephen "Stevie" Walter was arrested Monday in Los Angeles. According to docs, Walter was contacted by Cameron James Pettit on the night of September 4, 2018 -- Mac died on Sept. 7 -- asking for "10 blues" ... Percocet pills.

Cops say Mac had texted Pettit the following ...

Mac -- "percs?"

Pettit -- "I got some dilaudid 2s but that's about it. I could get yellows and blues though"

Mac -- "blues as far as percs?"

Pettit -- "Yeah 30s"

Mac -- "Those are my sh*tttts man"

From there, according to cops, Pettit then contacted Walter to obtain the ten blues. Walter sent a runner to Pettit with the pills -- and Pettit delivered them to Mac at about 2:30 AM on September 5 -- the rapper was found dead on September 7.

The runner was allegedly Ryan Reavis who was arrested earlier this week in Lake Havasu in connection to Mac's death.

Mario Williams' baby mama is going to bat for the ex-NFL star ... she says she wants his charges dropped -- this despite him allegedly breaking into her home and wildly yelling at her last month.

Mario -- the former No. 1 overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft -- was arrested back on Aug. 20 after cops say he made a copy of a garage door remote and illegally entered his baby mama Torie Porter's Texas home.

TMZ Sports obtained video of the standoff that happened when Porter confronted the 6-foot-7, 290-pound former pass rusher at her garage door ... and it's intense.

Williams accuses her of using their child's iPad to gain access to the contents of his iCloud ... and she fires back by constantly saying, "How did you get in here?"

Cops were at the scene and eventually calmed Williams down and arrested him without incident. He was later hit with a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass.

As part of the conditions of his arrest ... Williams was forced to wear an ankle monitor and ordered to have absolutely no contact with Torie.

The woman accusing Auston Matthews of dropping his pants in front of her was LIVID over the whole situation ... saying of the NHL star, "What the f**k were you thinking?!"

It's all in new police video obtained by TMZ Sports ... in which the female security guard tells an officer all about a May 26 incident where she says Matthews and his friends played a VERY unfunny joke on her.

She claims she was working a night shift at Matthews' residence in Scottsdale, AZ, when the hockey player and 2 of his friends tried to open her locked car door at around 2 AM.

As a military veteran ... she says she was legitimately frightened by the actions -- and then outraged when 22-year-old Matthews and his friends told her it was all just a joke.

"The minute you try to invade my space, what the f**k were you thinking saying, 'We wanted to see how you'd react if we got into the back of your car'?" the woman says.

"Are you serious right now?!? And then, they thought, 'Oh, you're a veteran so you're packing?' None of this s**t is funny!"

The woman also told the officer all about the scene where Matthews pulled down his pants ... saying one of Auston's friends tried to make her laugh over the whole thing.

"He turns around and he's like, 'You see that s**t he's doing? He's been doing that up and down Scottsdale Road. I keep telling him that he can get arrested by cops. And, he's like he doesn't give a s**t.'"

The woman adds, "And, he's laughing because he thinks I would laugh at the fact that his pants are down."

The woman also says Matthews' father tried to accuse her of lying about the whole situation when the condo's manager brought it up with him ... but said they were able to show him video of it all.

Eventually, the woman tells the cop she wants to press charges against Matthews.

In more police footage obtained by TMZ Sports ... you can see an officer try to interview the Maple Leafs star at his condo -- but he doesn't respond to the knocks.

Matthews is now fighting a disorderly conduct charge in Scottsdale ... and he said of the whole incident to reporters on Wednesday, "I regret any of my actions that would ever put a distraction on the team or distress any individual."

He added, "I take a lot of pride in preparing myself for the season and representing the Toronto Maple Leafs as well as I can. Unfortunately, due to the situation, I’m afraid I can’t really make any other comments."

Porn star Bridget Powers wasted little time going on the attack when she caught her boyfriend with another woman -- she immediately woke him with a butter knife to the calf!!!

According to the police report -- obtained by TMZ -- Bridget showed up to her BF Jesse's place in the wee hours of the morning and found him asleep with another woman. She told cops she screamed at them, grabbed a knife ... and stabbed Jesse in the leg.

The other woman says she was awoken by Bridget knocking at the bedroom door before she busted in screaming ... "You sl*t, I knew you didn't love me," at Jesse.

The woman claims she saw Bridget stab him in the leg, and when she tried to restrain Bridget ... she tried to stab her too but missed. According to the report, the other woman -- who's 5'8" -- picked up the porn star and threw her out of Jesse's home.

The Game is calling out Tekashi69 ... calling the kid's snitching something a fake ass gangster -- and not a real Blood -- would ever do.

We got Game Tuesday in downtown L.A. at MedMen ... and the rapper unloaded on Tekashi for singing like a bird on the witness stand. Game confesses he actually feels sad for the kid ... because he got himself into a mess after claiming to be something he's really not.

Plain and simple ... Game says Tekashi shoulda kept his mouth shut.

NHL superstar Auston Matthews is facing disorderly conduct charges in AZ ... after the Maple Leafs center allegedly dropped trou and grabbed his ass in front of a female security guard, TMZ Sports has confirmed.

According to the police report ... the guard was sitting in her vehicle outside Matthews' condo complex in Scottsdale around 2 AM on May 26 ... when the 22-year-old and his friends tried to open the locked car door.

The guard -- who claims the group appeared to be drunk -- says the guys thought it would be funny ... but she didn't consider it a laughing matter.

In the report, the guard claims Matthews started to walk away when he dropped his pants to his ankles and grabbed his butt cheeks -- while keeping his skivvies on.

According to the report ... the whole interaction is on video, showing a man walking towards the building's elevator with his pants around his ankles.

The guard filed a complaint with cops a few days later ... and was ultimately charged with 1 count of disorderly conduct.

Matthews -- the #1 overall pick in 2016 -- has a hearing later this week.

Matthews is a STUD on the ice -- he's had more than 200 points in 3 seasons and just inked a $58 million contract extension earlier this year.

Matthews' NHL squad released a statement on Tuesday ... saying “The Toronto Maple Leafs are aware of the complaint of disturbing the peace against forward Auston Matthews."

"Auston is cooperating fully with the relevant authorities but neither he nor the Club will comment any further out of respect for the process involved.”
