One moviegoer took being in Surprise, Arizona, a little too literally ... as he allegedly whipped out his member and relieved himself in the middle of a movie -- surprising several fellow patrons.

A spokesperson for the Surprise Police Department tells TMZ ... officers responded to a disturbance call at the local AMC Theater Friday evening, after a male patron allegedly urinated inside a theater during a showing of "Demon Slayer."

Witnesses told the responding officers that others in the theater confronted the alleged culprit ... with footage of the apparent faceoff now making the rounds online.

Simon Leviev -- the infamous "Tinder Swindler" convicted of scamming women out of millions on the dating app -- has been arrested again ... according to his attorney and officials in the case.

Leviev was detained Sunday morning at the Batumi International Airport, according to multiple reports, located near the Black Sea in the country of Georgia near Russia.

The Georgian Interior Ministry has confirmed Leviev was nabbed at the airport following the issuance of a Red Notice -- AKA an international alert -- from the intergovernmental law-enforcement organization Interpol.

The suspected killer of Charlie Kirk is in even more hot water ... because there's new DNA evidence linking him to the crime as well as a note written by him threatening to kill the conservative activist, according to FBI Director Kash Patel.

Patel made an appearance Monday on "Fox & Friends" and gave an update on the investigation into the fatal shooting of Kirk last week as he was holding an event at Utah Valley University. According to the FBI, Tyler Robinson used a rifle to fire a single shot that hit Kirk in the neck while Charlie was onstage taking questions from the crowd.

TMZ reported Robinson's dad recognized his son from suspect photos released by the FBI and he contacted a youth pastor who works with the U.S. Marshals, leading to Tyler's arrest.

Chris Martin's encouraging people to love others they might not even get along with ... including Charlie Kirk's family after his tragic death this week.

The singer-songwriter took the stage at London's Wembley Stadium Friday night ... and, he had all the fans raise their hands up and send love to someone in the world.

We don't know if he's made any comments which could indicate he's considering suicide in jail ... though law enforcement sources told us earlier Friday that Tyler allegedly indicated to his father he'd rather die by suicide than turn himself in to police.

Kelley Wolf’s in hot water again … this time, authorities say she broke a protective order by reaching out to Scott Wolf and her son.

According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Scott got a temporary protective order back on August 28 … barring Kelley from any direct or indirect contact with him or their three kids.

But just two days later -- after a judge signed off -- Kelley allegedly violated the order by reaching out to Scott with a friend’s phone … and is accused of even trying to contact her 12-year-old son through a friend’s kid.

Garry's mother was his father's fifth wife, Beth Chapman, who later became her husband's business partner.

In addition to Garry, Beth and Dog shared a daughter named Bonnie Joanne, and they welcomed both of their children prior to their 2006 marriage.

The bounty hunter spoke to us back in 2019 and claimed he, as well as his wife, went through a harrowing ordeal when their son's high school went into lockdown after a reportedly Columbine-obsessed individual headed to Colorado, although their child wasn't harmed.

Garry's mother passed away in 2019 after undergoing battles with both throat and lung cancer.

Garry eventually began a career in law enforcement, and he started out by working as a corrections officer.

He's also pursued higher education, and he told the Priceville Police Department he'd received an award for his Criminal Justice studies in a Q&A post shared in April 2025.

Garry claimed his father was the reason he decided to pursue law enforcement, and claimed he wanted to "follow a path" similar to the bounty hunter's.

He singled out the "support" of Priceville's local community for its police department as his favorite part of working in the area.

Garry's career was briefly paused in September 2025 after he was involved in a chase, which resulted in the hospitalization of six people and the death of a 17-year-old.

The driver of the vehicle, who was reportedly suspected of being drunk, reportedly entered an intersection in Hartselle, Alabama, where they collided with another vehicle.

The circumstances of the chase are currently under investigation, and the condition of the six hospitalized individuals isn't known.

Mary Cosby's son Robert Jr. has found himself in hot water with the law again ... we've learned he's been arrested for a number of alleged crimes, including assault and trespassing.

According to an arrest report, obtained by TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star's only child was arrested just outside Salt Lake City, UT Saturday for failure to stop at the command of law enforcement, criminal trespassing, assault, and 3 alleged violations of a court order.

Per the report, local police responded to a domestic violence call after Robert Jr. allegedly tried to break into his father-in-law's home via a dog door and assaulted someone on the front lawn.

Kirk briefly pursued higher education at Harper College, a community college in Palatine, Illinois, but he dropped out without completing his degree.

Kirk's article for Breitbart brought him to the attention of entrepreneur Bill Montgomery, and the pair cofounded Turning Point USA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to popularizing conservative ideologies with high school and college students, in 2012.

The commentator's public profile rose after he began making appearances on college campuses, where he would challenge students to debates centered on hot-button political issues.

Kirk later started a podcast, "The Charlie Kirk Show," and he grew close to several prominent conservative figures over the years, including President and president Donald Trump. He also spoke in favor of Trump during the 2020 and 2024 Republican National Conventions.

He also authored several books over the course of his career, many of which were dedicated to covering the same topics Turning Point USA prioritized.

Kirk was shot while making an appearance at Utah Valley University, located in Orem, Utah, in September 2025.

The commentator was taking part in a Q&A session as part of his "American Comeback" tour when he was suddenly shot in the neck after finishing a statement.

He was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where he was listed as being in critical condition before he died.

The El Paso Police Department tells TMZ ... no police officers have been placed on administrative leave in connection with this incident.

Laken Snelling found herself making some ugly headlines in late August 2025, when she was arrested and accused of hiding a dead baby in her closet.

The story regarding the former competitive collegiate cheerleader only grew more troubling from there, as questions were raised over her connection to the deceased newborn.

We're going to take a look into Snelling's background and see how she ended up in trouble with the law after becoming the focus of a police investigation.

Snelling's originally from Tennessee, and she moved one state over when she started attending the University of Kentucky.

She later joined the school's competitive STUNT team -- which is similar to a cheerleading squad -- and she had been a member of the squad for three years prior to her arrest.

Snelling dropped out of the University of Kentucky and left the STUNT team following her arrest, according to the Lexington Herald Leader.

She returned to her parents' home and was placed on house arrest in early September, according to People.

Snelling was previously in a relationship with Izaiah Hall, a member of the football team at Cumberland University in Tennessee, according to the NY Post.

The college athlete provided a DNA sample to Lexington Police after Snelling's alleged actions came to light.

Although their relationship eventually ended, Hall's father wouldn't give the Post any specifics about a date when they broke up.

Snelling was in a relationship with former college basketball player Connor Jordan at the time of her arrest, according to the NY Post.

Authorities were called to Snelling's off-campus residence in Lexington on August 27 after a report was received about an unresponsive infant, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to People.

Snelling reportedly admitted to giving birth to the infant, whom she wrapped in a towel and placed in a black trash bag, along with other evidence of the birth.

Although she's been identified as the infant's biological mother, it's currently unknown if the infant was alive or stillborn. It's also unclear if she suffered a miscarriage or knew she was pregnant before she gave birth.

El Paso, Texas police used a suspect as a human punching bag, beating the living daylights out of him over the weekend ... and it was all caught on video.

Check it out ... several officers are seen taking the suspect into custody with one cop kneeing him in the face and then repeatedly punching him in the back while he's kneeling on the ground.

The clip jumps to the same officer hunching over the suspect whose still down on the ground ... the cop slams his fist into the back of the suspect before pulling out a taser and zapping him.

Jon Reep -- the 2007 winner of "Last Comic Standing" -- ain't making people laugh anymore, 'cause he's been arrested on child porn charges in North Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

The scruffy comedian was busted Friday by the Hickory PD after a grand jury handed down a felony indictment charging him with one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 9 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. All of the state charges are related to child pornography.

Jake and Rebecca Haro -- the parents of missing 7-month-old baby Emmanuel Haro -- have pleaded not guilty to murder.

The controversial couple -- who authorities believe are responsible for the disappearance and death of little Emmanuel -- arrived at the Riverside, California courthouse separately Thursday to be formally charged with murder and filing a false police report.

Both Jake and Rebecca pleaded not guilty to murder with malice Thursday. They're held on $1 million bond each ... their next hearing is scheduled for Sept. 16.
