Timothy Busfield just appeared in a New Mexico court for the first time since surrendering on charges of child abuse and criminal sexual contact with a minor ... and we've got it all on video.

Timothy was shackled and in an orange jail jumpsuit for his very brief court appearance. He's being held without bond and has another court hearing later this month.

As we reported ... the award-winning actor and director was accused of sexually abusing two boys who were child actors on "The Cleaning Lady" while he was directing the show in 2022 in New Mexico. At the time, prosecutors say, the child actors were 7 and 8 at the time of the alleged contact, and their parents reported the alleged crimes to the Albuquerque police two years later, leading to a criminal investigation.

Busfield's civil lawyer, Larry Stein, told TMZ ... he believes there is a revenge factor at work. He points to the criminal complaint, which essentially says an actress on set claims that the mother of both boys told her she vowed to get revenge after her sons were cut from the final season of the show.

Kiefer Sutherland was arrested for allegedly threatening an Uber driver who refused to pull over and let him out of the vehicle ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Kiefer told police he was having dinner with a friend Sunday night. Late in the evening, he called for an Uber Black, the driver arrived, Kiefer jumped in and they were on their way to Kiefer's home.

For some reason, during the drive, Kiefer told the driver to pull over and let him out. Kiefer told cops the driver refused, and Kiefer twice more asked the driver to pull over, to no avail.

Ex-Formula One driver Antonio Pizzonia is speaking out following his recent assault arrest ... claiming while he regrets his actions, he was simply defending his son.

The 45-year-old former Jaguar and Williams star went to Instagram to share his side of the story on Monday ... stating he's "fine" and back home following his eventful weekend in Texas.

"There really was an incident which, today, I would have reacted to differently," Pizzonia said.

Michael McKee, the Illinois surgeon charged with murdering his ex-wife and her husband inside their Ohio home, agreed to be shipped back to Ohio to face murder charges ... but he says he's innocent.

McKee appeared in court Monday after his Saturday arrest in Illinois and waived extradition back to Ohio, where he is accused of gunning down Spencer and Monique Tepe in the early hours of Dec. 30 with the couple's two young children in the home.

Male model Christian Hogue has been arrested on a felony assault charge ... after allegedly putting a guy in a headlock at a Tennessee dog park.

Prosecutors in Davidson County say cops responded to Shelby Dog Park in Nashville back in August for a call about a fight ... and when they got there a man told them he got into a physical altercation with Christian.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors claim Christian grabbed the man from behind, threw him to the ground and placed him in a headlock after their dogs got aggressive with each other and the man attempted to break it up.

Rob Reiner wasn't forgotten at this year's Golden Globe awards ... because host Nikki Glaser paid tribute to him just weeks after his murder.

Here's the deal ... during the sign-off for the awards show, Nikki came onstage wearing a black and white "Spinal Tap" hat -- the band which serves as the subject of Reiner's iconic 1984 mockumentary of the same name.

Worth noting ... the Golden Globes do not typically air an in memoriam -- so this was the only time Reiner was mentioned at the show.

Police have finally arrested a suspect in Dr. Spencer Tepe and Monique Tepe's murders ... with officials taking a man named Michael McKee -- Monique's ex-husband -- into custody.

The Winnebago County Jail in Illinois tells TMZ ... McKee was booked early today and is on an out-of-state hold.

We've obtained McKee's mug shot ... and, he's staring straight into the camera with no expression -- hair a mess and a pair of thick glasses on his face.

11:52 AM PT -- Officials in Mississippi have named 24-year-old Daricka Moore as the shooting suspect. Online records show he was taken into custody early Saturday morning for first-degree murder.

At least 6 have been declared dead following a shooting spree in West Point, Mississippi Friday night.

Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott announced “multiple innocent lives” were lost “due to violence” in the town, which is near the Alabama border, in a Facebook post. He told WTVA that 6 people were killed across 3 separate locations.

The individual was apprehended by authorities, but his identity has not yet been revealed.

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with the "Trap Queen" legend and his team, full smiles ahead as they were leaving iHeartRadio on Friday.

As we reported yesterday, Fetty was released 3 years early on his 6-year prison sentence for drug trafficking charges ... he credits the First Step Act bill, which was first signed by President Trump in 2018, and allows federal inmates to earn time credits to reduce their sentence.

Antonio Brown will soon be able to leave the confines of Miami and travel across Florida -- if only for a few days -- after a judge approved the former NFL star's request to traverse the Sunshine State for business.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Eiglarsh, filed a motion on Monday, seeking the court's permission to allow Brown to make the four-hour, roughly 280-mile drive from the southeastern tip of the peninsula to the west coast of the state for six days.

"During this period, Mr. Brown has several scheduled work-related meetings and business engagements with Energetic Exotic, Florida's premier exotic and luxury car rental company," Eiglarsh wrote, according to court documents. "In addition, he has multiple prearranged music studio sessions."

A Pennsylvania man took his ghoulish activities to the extreme, stealing more than 100 skeletal remains from gravesites and squirreling away most of them inside his home, according to prosecutors.

Jonathan Gerlach was arrested Tuesday after cops say they executed a search warrant at his home in Ephrata, PA, and discovered 100 sets of full or partial human remains in his basement.

Delaware County District Attorney Tanner Rouse slapped Gerlach with a slew of charges, including criminal mischief, criminal trespass, intentional desecration of public monument and abuse of corpse.

Rouse told TMZ ... the abuse of corpse charge does not refer to necrophilia (sex with a dead body). Instead, Rouse said, the skeletal remains were considered abused because they were in tatters along with more than 100 skulls found inside Gerlach’s house and a separate storage facility.

It looks like Diddy's going to have to suck it up and serve out his prison sentence ... because President Trump says he's not considering a pardon.

Trump told The New York Times he received a letter from Diddy seeking a pardon ... but told the outlet he wasn't considering granting the request.

POTUS is certainly bursting Diddy's bubble here ... as we first reported, Diddy was telling inmates at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey back in November that he would get a presidential pardon from Trump early in 2026.

Rough start to the offseason for Washington Commanders defensive back Marshon Lattimore -- he was arrested in Ohio Wednesday night on weapons charges.

According to WKYC ... Lattimore was booked around 6:15 PM in Lakewood -- about 15 minutes outside of Cleveland.

Cops say the nine-year NFL veteran was a passenger in a car that was stopped for an expired license plate and "other traffic violations." Lattimore allegedly did not inform the officer that a weapon was inside the vehicle when initially asked -- and he was placed in cuffs.

Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the break-in at Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders’ home in November ... and a fourth individual remains on the run.

The Medina County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday publicly identified the suspects -- all of whom are Atlanta, Georgia, residents -- from the Nov. 16 burglary, which they said could be connected to other cases involving other professional athletes ... but did not elaborate on how exactly.

Officials estimate $200,000 worth of property was stolen from the residence, including totes, luxury bags and a ring -- none of the items have been recovered.
