Wrestling superstar Matt Hardy was arrested in North Carolina today for suspicion of driving while intoxicated ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Moore County Jail, Hardy was busted this afternoon by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and released around 7:00 PM ET.

Hardy is currently part of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, but made his name in the WWE.

According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, a trooper discovered Hardy after his 2009 Corvette ran off the road and struck a tree. Hardy was by himself at the time and did not suffer any injuries.

"Planet of the Apes" actress Estella Warren just got the DEAL OF THE CENTURY -- she won't have to serve ANY jail time for allegedly driving drunk, crashing into 3 cars, attacking a cop and then escaping from police ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Warren had the night from hell back in May -- capped off when she slipped out of a pair of handcuffs at an LAPD station and tried to make a run for it. She was recaptured ... and eventually charged with DUI, hit-and-run driving, battery on a cop and resisting arrest.

But today, Warren struck a deal with prosecutors, in which she agreed to plead to DUI ... and the remaining three charges against her were dropped.

Warren was sentenced to 60 months of summary probation and has been ordered to attend an alcohol program for 18 months. She will also have to fork over $1,908 in costs and penalties.

5:06 PM: Warren tells TMZ, "I take my actions and their consequences very seriously. I can't express enough how grateful I am that no one was injured or hurt. Moving forward I am focusing all my efforts on my carrer, my family and being a good influence to others"

Teairra Mari -- the hot chick who appeared with Bow Wow in the 2010 movie "Lottery Ticket" -- is accused of doing the ONE thing you should never do after getting arrested for DUI ... attacking a cop.

Law enforcement sources tell us the 23-year-old actress/singer was driving a silver Infiniti through Beverly Hills around 3:00 AM, when she rear-ended the car in front of her.

Police at the accident scene observed "signs of intoxication" from Teairra -- and arrested her for DUI. One person who was at the scene tells TMZ Teairra was "really messed up ... she couldn't even stand."

And it gets worse ... we're told Teairra didn't play nice while she was being booked and became "combative" with one of the arresting officers. Sources tell us one cop suffered a "minor cut" to his hand during the incident.

As a result, Mari now faces multiple charges -- including DUI and assault on a police officer.

On a very special episode of "That's So Raven" ... Orlando Brown learns the hard way (allegedly) that drinking and driving don't mix.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Brown was busted late Friday night after officers pulled him over for driving without a license plate. We're told once cops went in for a closer look, they found that Brown smelled of alcohol -- so they administered a field sobriety test ... and he didn't perform well.

Actor Kiowa Gordon -- who plays shapeshifting werewolf Embry Call in the "Twilight" movies -- was arrested in Tempe, Arizona early Monday morning ... this according to the Tempe Police Department.

Gordon was NOT busted for DUI, as reported by local AZ media -- but rather, he was arrested for an active warrant stemming from a drug paraphernalia possession arrest in 2010.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 21-year-old actor was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a "routine registration check" in Tempe around 6:12 AM.

During the stop, cops discovered there was an active warrant for Gordon's arrest -- so they took the actor into custody and booked him into a local jail.

10:00 AM: TMZ has obtained the police report from Gordon's 2010 arrest ... in which the actor was popped for carrying a glass marijuana pipe and for being in possession of alcohol while he was underage.

According to the report, Gordon's beverage of choice was Four Loko -- a drink that has been banned in several states.

Sam Ronson has been charged with misdemeanor DUI ... TMZ has learned -- this, after she was arrested last week while driving back from Las Vegas.

The San Bernardino County D.A. has charged Sam with two counts of DUI -- driving under the influence, and driving with a blood alcohol level over .08. The two charges are SOP.

If convicted, Sam faces a maximum of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine, but first offenders almost always get probation.

TMZ has obtained the mug shot for Tiger Woods Mistress #4 Jamie Jungers -- after she was busted in Vegas early Friday morning for DUI.

As we previously reported, Jungers had gotten into a car accident near the strip -- and after cops showed up, they arrested her for driving on a suspended registration, having no proof of insurance, and driving under the influence.

She was taken into custody and has since posted bond.

Medeiros was officially charged with DUI recently -- and if convicted, could face up to 6 months in jail.

Her arraignment is set for later today -- when we expect her to plead "sexy."

Sam Ronson dropped one hell of a sass-bomb when she posed for her mug shot yesterday -- moments after she was arrested for DUI.

As we previously reported, Ronson was driving back to L.A. from Vegas after a DJ gig -- when she was pulled over for speeding, and botched a field sobriety test. She was arrested on the scene on suspicion of DUI.

Ronson was released yesterday afternoon.

Sam Ronson's DUI comes as no surprise to her friends ... who have been worried that Sam has "not been acting like herself" lately ... sources extremely close to the DJ tell TMZ.

We're told ... in the past couple of months, Ronson has been hitting the nightclubs A LOT harder than she used to -- and for more than just work -- staying out longer hours ... and boozing more than ever.

Sources connected to Sam tell us ... even her ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan felt things were getting bad with Sam ... and she decided to minimize her contact with the DJ because she felt Sam wouldn't be a positive influence.

Sam Ronson was arrested this morning for DUI outside Baker, California -- home of the world's biggest thermometer --TMZ has learned.

According to the booking sheet, 33-year-old Ronson is listed as 5'7" and 102 pounds.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend was driving home from Las Vegas at 10:30AM in her black Porsche when she was pulled over for speeding.

We're told she was given a field sobriety test and didn't perform well. According to our sources, she refused to take what is commonly called a "roadside blow" -- a less-scientific breathalyzer, which is not a mandatory test. She was arrested at the scene.

Ronson was transported to the Baker substation, where we're told she blew over the legal limit. According to sources, she was cooperative the entire time.

Julie Pacino, daughter of actor Al Pacino, was arrested early this morning for DWI.

Pacino, an aspiring film director, was busted at a checkpoint in lower Manhattan shortly after 1:00 AM. Her blood alcohol level was above the legal limit and she was booked into the Manhattan Detention Complex pending arraignment.

Ryan Rottman's DUI won't be going away as fast as his Nickelodeon show did -- TMZ has learned he has been charged with two misdemeanors stemming from the arrest.

As TMZ first reported, Rottman was busted for DUI on July 8 after cops spotted him jumping the curb while driving in Hollywood. According to our sources, Rottman blew a .19 ... more than twice the legal limit.

Jalen Rose has some powerful friends -- including the Mayor of Detroit -- who wrote up a very personal letter to the judge in Jalen's DUI case to show the NBA star is remorseful and deserves mercy.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the letter written by Mayor Dave Bing -- a former Detroit Pistons star who is considered one of the greatest 50 NBA players of all time.

In the document, sent to the court before Jalen's sentence was handed out, Bing says, "I have known Jalen since the day he was born."

He adds, "I can assure you that Jalen fully comprehends the danger he posed on March 11. Jalen has assured me, but more importantly, he has assured himself, that this will never happen again."

Bing concludes, "I fully believe Jalen was truthful to me when he stated: 'I will never drink and drive again or ever be in any other court for any violation of the law."

Unfortunately for Jalen, Bing's letter -- and other letters written to the judge from friends of Rose -- weren't effective enough ... and the judge ordered him to serve 20 days in jail.

Jalen Rose just can't seem to get a break -- the former NBA star was slapped with a speeding ticket in Michigan last night ... the same day he was sentenced to 20 days in jail for his March drunk driving crash.

Rose was popped shortly before 9pm in the Detroit suburb of Clawson -- for going 46 mph in a 25 mph zone.
