Phaedra Parks is cheering on "Severance" star Tramell Tillman after the actor made history with his big win at the 2025 Emmys.

We spoke with the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star outside the Peacock Theater in DTLA Sunday evening, where the reality TV legend praised Tillman's major win as an important one.

Parks -- who attended the Emmys as a red carpet correspondent -- said she is always happy when she sees diversification at awards shows ... which is why she's particularly tickled by Tillman winning Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.

Stephen Colbert is open to work, but has some key conditions for his next gig ... saying as much after his big Emmys win.

We caught the late-night host outside the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles Sunday evening, where we asked if his onstage call for work prompted any job offers in the room. While Colbert cheekily avoided confirming or denying his post-'Late Show' plans, he did inquire if TMZ was in the process of hiring ... and our photog made it clear we'd be happy to have him.

Catch the vid ... Colbert doesn't outright turn down the job, instead mulling over the idea before asking if we're in the union -- he's an active member of the Writers Guild of America.

Hollywood's elite are usually known for their charitable contributions ... but, Sunday night they took a whole lot more than they gave -- 'cause they bankrupted a $100K pot meant for charity!

Here's the deal ... in the lead-up to the 2025 Primetime Emmy Awards host Nate Bargatze told multiple outlets he had a way to keep the show on track in terms of time.

His plan was simple ... he was putting up $100K for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America -- and, each time an Emmy winner went up to give a speech, they had a chance to add to the total.

Sofia Vergara missed out on one of the biggest nights in Hollywood ... instead spending it in the emergency room, fighting what she calls the “craziest eye allergy.”

The "Modern Family" actress took to Instagram, showing a close-up pic of her puffy, watery left eye ... along with the caption, "Didn't make it to the Emmys but made it to the ER 🤣😩."

She apologizes for bailing on the Emmys ... saying the allergy flared up right before she hopped in the car.

Stephen Colbert's showing it's never too early to start job hunting ... bringing his résumé to the Emmys to network since he's getting laid off next year.

The late-night talk show host took the stage to present the first award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series ... and, he kicked off the show by asking if anyone's hiring.

Of course, Colbert found out last month that "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" won't be renewed for next season -- in fact, CBS is doing away with "The Late Show" franchise entirely -- and, he told the audience he and 200 qualified staffers will need jobs come June.

Jenna Ortega set the tone for the 2025 Emmy Awards early ... stunning in a barely-there top that left little to the imagination -- and proved to be one of the hottest red carpet looks!

Eric Dane isn't letting his ALS diagnosis keep him from the biggest night in television ... he's set to hit the Emmys stage this weekend, months after sharing his big health update.

The Television Academy announced a lineup of presenters ahead of Sunday's awards show, confirming the "Euphoria" star would be attending the 77th annual Emmys alongside Stephen Colbert, Jenna Ortega, Walton Goggins, Angela Bassett, Sydney Sweeney, among others.

Eric's addition to the big show is certainly noteworthy given his current health situation. Remember, back in April, the "Grey's Anatomy" alum shared he was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly referred to as ALS.

"Beyoncé Bowl" is setting a great precedent for the upcoming 77th Primetime Emmy Awards -- and the megastar is now an Emmy winner for the first time!!!

Her Netflix special was created for the NFL's 2024 Christmas Day Halftime Show, and it took home the category of Outstanding Costumes for variety, nonfiction or reality programming on Tuesday.

The Emmy Committee rolled out the winners list in the juried categories a month ahead of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards showtime at the Peacock Theater at L.A. Live, come September 6 and 7. No nominees in those categories ... just expert picks!!!
