Mike Tyson 'Feeling Great' After Neck Surgery
Mike Tyson tells TMZ he "feels great" following a recent neck surgery ... and despite the gnarly scar on his neck, Mike says he should be back to normal in just 3 weeks.
Tyson turned heads (not his own) when he showed up to a media event in Vegas this weekend sporting a neck brace. The former champ reportedly had titanium pins put in his neck to add support to a degenerative disk.
Tyson's rep tells us, "Its a very common surgery, especially for athletes."
The rep adds, "He feels great ... just has to wear the neck brace to keep everything stable for the next 3 weeks.”
By then Tyson should be able to resume his usual activities ... which we imagine involves wrestling tigers and crushing cars with his bare hands.

Matt Barnes Arrest 'You're the F**king Fa**ot Who Followed Me'
TMZ has obtained video of cops arresting L.A. Clippers star Matt Barnes in Manhattan Beach, CA ... and it's clear Barnes and the cop have beef with each other ... and at one point a very angry Barnes shouts a gay slur: "You're the f**king fa**ot who followed me."
The incident occurred July 30, outside a restaurant where Barnes and his wife, "Basketball Wives"star Gloria Govan just had dinner. Officer David Gibbons was waiting for 2 hours for Barnes to exit the restaurant.
When Barnes emerged, Gibbons told him he was under arrest for an outstanding warrant -- driving on a suspended license. Barnes asked to see the warrant and Gibbons said he'll see it when he gets to jail. Barnes said if Gibbons didn't produce the warrant he was leaving.
Barnes started to walk and Gibbons ordered him to stop. Apparently Gibbons then grabbed Barnes, who said, "Touch me and see what happens."
Barnes called Gibbons a bitch, Gibbons cuffed Barnes and in the process Barnes tried to give his wife the keys. Gibbons grabbed Barnes' arm and Barnes pulled away. That's when Gibbons placed Barnes under felony arrest for resisting an officer.
The two have a history. We've learned Gibbons stopped Barnes twice before -- on May 19 Gibbons impounded Barnes' car because he was driving on a suspended license. Barnes, whose ankle was injured, asked for a ride and Gibbons refused. Barnes angrily describes the incident on the tape of the July arrest.
As for the case -- the D.A. refused to file the felony resisting arrest charge. Barnes pled no contest to misdemeanor interfering with a cop and driving while not in possession of a license.

Real 'Children's Hospital' We're NOT Affiliated with Bloody Clowns
"Children's Hospital" is a hilarious comedy about a crazy clown doctor who sometimes kills his patients.
Children's Hospital is also a REAL HOSPITAL in L.A. ... that tries really hard NOT to kill its patients.
But there was some legitimate confusion between the two ... thanks to a recent billboard featuring one of the actors wearing blood-soaked scrubs and a creepy smile.
Turns out, ads for the TV show sprung up all over L.A. in the past couple of weeks, featuring the clown doctor and other characters in undoctorly situations (like flipping the bird).
But the real lifesaving facility also happens to be in the middle of a "branding campaign" ... and received complaints from people who were mistaking the TV ads for the REAL Children's Hospital L.A. (CHLA).
In fact, TMZ has learned ... the honchos at Children's Hospital L.A. fired off an internal memo assuring staff that clown doctors wearing bloody scrubs are NOT a part of the hospital's new image.
In the memo, a rep for the hospital writes, "It has been brought to our attention that there is some confusion surrounding a series of area billboards and bus stop advertisements promoting the adult television show Childrens Hospital."
"Please be advised that the advertisements are in no way associated with CHLA."
So in conclusion, clown doctors aren't real ... don't let them operate on your kids.
Nicole Scherzinger I Did NOT Make Out with Chris Brown
Nicole Scherzinger insists ... she did not swap spit with Chris Brown last night inside a Hollywood nightclub -- telling TMZ, the two were simply talking ... very closely.
In case you haven't already seen the photos -- they show Chris and Nicole inside Supperclub last night getting very close to each other. According to reports, the two were even making out ... and some people think the above photo is proof.
But a rep for the ex-Pussycat Doll tells us, "There is absolutely no truth to the ridiculous story ... The photos that have surfaced are old friends who were trying to talk at a very loud club."
The rep adds, "I guarantee there will be no photos of them kissing."

NFL Players Association Crappy Refs Are Putting Player Safety at RISK
NFL players are in danger of seriously injuring themselves -- thanks to replacement refs like the ones who blew last night's game -- this according to a source at the players' union.
While everyone is, rightfully, up in arms over the refs awarding the Seahawks a bogus game-winning TD -- a source at the NFL Players Association tells TMZ ... "Health and safety is number one."
The source added ... "The owners imposed a lockout on a group [of referees] with 1500 years of combined NFL experience."
According to the source, the new refs don't have the chops to make the calls that prevent player injuries -- "We didn't make the call to put these guys in there, risking the integrity of the game, player safety, and all that stuff."
We're told the NFLPA has serious concerns its players are risking their careers with such inexperienced refs on the field.
"They are high school and D-3 refs and don't have the experience. They aren't used to the size, strength, and speed of the players."

'Sunday Night Football' NBC Airs 'Bullsh*t' Chant on Live TV
NBC may be in hot water with the FCC ... after the network aired a seemingly never-ending, crystal-clear "bullsh*t" chant that erupted in the stadium during the Ravens vs. Patriots game on "Sunday Night Football."
In case you were watching the Emmys last night ... things got pretty insane during last night's prime time NFL matchup ... when the crowd in Baltimore was convinced the replacement refs blew another call and unleashed the most perfectly executed "BS" chant we've ever heard.
Even announcer Al Michaels commented, "It's the loudest manure chant I've ever heard."
The FCC often declines to punish networks when a "fleeting expletive" makes it to air during a live sporting event ... and it's unclear if they're even legally allowed to do so. But since this "BS" chant was so clear and went on for several minutes, it's possible the FCC could drop the hammer on NBC for failing to cut the sound out of the broadcast.
We've reached out to the FCC -- and a rep told us they were "looking into the matter."
A rep for NBC had no comment.
A rep for the Ravens -- Senior Vice President of Public and Community Relations Kevin Byrne -- tells TMZ ... "We’re certainly aware of it. Normally, our crowd is one of the most enthusiastic and respectful home audiences in all of sports.”

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Adrienne Maloof and her estranged husband Paul Nassif are scrapping more than just each other -- they're also chopping their multi-million-dollar Beverly Hills mansion ... listing the property for sale.

Maloof and Nassif purchased the home in 2004 for $12.7 million. It's now listed for $26 million, more than double what they bought if for.
Sources close to Adrienne tell TMZ, she okay'd the listing because "she just needs to make a change."

Old Navy Screws Up NFL Merch ... Orders Mass Destruction
Old Navy was so EMBARRASSED by a batch of botched t-shirts they made ... the company resorted to emergency destruction protocols ... TMZ has learned.
Here's what happened ... Old Navy hired an third party company to design a slew of vintage pro-football themed t-shirts ... honoring classic teams like the Texans, Jets, Chiefs and Browns ... problem is the company they hired screwed up the final product.
Old Navy was left with THOUSANDS of error-filled items ... listing the wrong championship team ... the wrong year ... or even listing the wrong league (above: the Jets were AFL champs, NOT NFL champs in 1968).
TMZ obtained a memo from the corporate office to retail outlets ... telling managers to enact "standard D&D process" ... which means DESTROYING the goods and then disposing of them ASAP.
Old Navy has previously released a statement on the screw-up ... saying, “The NFL clothing sold in our Old Navy stores is created by a third party sports licensing company. It is our intention to always provide the best merchandise to our customers and NFL fans. We apologize for this error and are removing the T-shirts.”

But this time around, Kourt -- a mother of 2 -- decided she wants to be in a house ... a really big house.

Joe Francis $20 MILLION LOSER In Steve Wynn Lawsuit
Joe Francis just got hammered by a jury in Steve Wynn's defamation lawsuit -- the jury socked him with a $20 million verdict.
If you recall ... Wynn was suing Francis for defamation, claiming the "Girls Gone Wild" guru made bogus claims that Wynn threatened to have him killed and buried in the desert over a gambling debt.
The judge nailed Francis to the tune of $5 mil for statements made to a TMZ producer in a courtroom hallway ... talking smack on Wynn.
The jury added $11 mil for defamatory statements Francis made on "Good Morning America."
All tolled, the verdict is for $20 mil.
The jury will now decide if Francis gets hit with punitive damages .. and that could be an additional $60 mil.
Francis is worth a reported $150 million.
Francis tells TMZ he believes the judge made 2 reversible and appealable errors -- one of which was allowing Wynn to add the 'GMA' claim at the end of the trial. Francis also believes some of the statements that allegedly constitute defamation were made in a court proceeding where Francis was seeking a restraining order against Wynn and were therefore privileged.
