It looks like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce might be turning their wedding weekend into a movie ... because we've spotted a filming notice outside the venue.

The notice reads that there will be photography and videography going around in and around Madison Square Garden in connection with "an event taking place at MSG."

The dates on the notice say the time frame for the release is June 29 through July 3 ... meaning cameras may have been rolling since Monday to document the setup.

Mitch McConnell is still kicking ... and despite a wave of online rumors claiming he's kicked the bucket, the longtime Kentucky Senator's team says he's continuing to get better during his recent hospitalization.

A spokesperson for McConnell tells TMZ ... "Senator McConnell appreciates the outpouring of support he's receiving while he continues his recovery in the hospital. The Senator continues to improve, and is working closely with his staff on Kentucky and Senate matters while the Senate is out of session."

The update comes after days of rampant social media speculation falsely claiming the 84-year-old Republican had died ... rumors that spread after TMZ reported new details surrounding the medical emergency that landed him in the hospital last month.

NYC is bracing for thousands of die-hard Swifties to camp outside Madison Square Garden over the next two days in a brutal 100-degree heatwave -- and, no shade, but Taylor Swift and her team haven't applied for the permit needed to get fans extra heat relief!

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... city officials are worried about the health and safety of the crowds gathering outside MSG while Taylor and Travis Kelce tie the knot inside the air-conditioned arena.

We're told those fans are gonna need water, electrolytes, misting stations, and cooling vans just to survive the scorching conditions -- and without it, they may fall ill or pass out.

Taylor Frankie Paul has been ordered to undergo drug and alcohol testing ... as her custody battle with ex-husband Tate Paul takes another turn.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Utah judge has ordered "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star to undergo drug and alcohol testing and, if the results are clean, she will get to have unsupervised parenting time with their kids.

If there's a positive test for any unprescribed drugs or alcohol, however, her parenting will have to be supervised.

We're told the guest list is stacked with NFL stars ... including Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, Isiah Pacheco, Kendrick Bourne, George Karlaftis, Tyquan Thornton, and Jacob Tuioti-Mariner.

Mama June's daughter Pumpkin's OnlyFans account wasn't the reason her Fanboy Expo booth was canceled ... the issue was the business that purchased the space ... TMZ has learned.

David Heynen, promoter of the Knoxville, TN event, tells TMZ Fanboy Expo has been a family-friendly convention since 2012 and prohibits vendors from selling or promoting adult industry businesses or products.

Heynen says the booth was purchased under the name "Knoxville Bistro," but organizers received a complaint after a local gentleman's club promoted Pumpkin's appearance at the expo on social media.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Peter Thomas is set to start filming a new reality show following his release from prison, TMZ has learned. 

In new court docs obtained by TMZ, Peter asked the judge presiding over his criminal case about unpaid employment taxes and said he had been approached about a new reality show about rebuilding his life since leaving prison in February. 

He explained he is well-known from his days on 'RHOA' and that he has a large following on social media and as a public speaker. He said he has been using his platform to inform the public of the importance of paying their taxes. 

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding just got a very cool delivery ... air conditioning reinforcements rolled into Madison Square Garden Thursday ahead of the big day.

TMZ cameras spotted multiple industrial AC units being delivered to MSG ahead of the star-studded wedding festivities ... the latest sign organizers aren't leaving anything to chance as temperatures soar.

Funny enough, the deliveries come as Mayor Zohran Mamdani is urging New Yorkers to keep their thermostats at 78 degrees during the heat wave.

But sources familiar with MSG's air-conditioning system tell TMZ ... that's simply not an option inside the arena.

David Hearn is blasting the grand jury indictment that led to a felony charge against him after his Reflecting Pool arrest ... he says he's innocent and "these charges are outrageous and should be alarming to every American."

The former Olympian's legal team tells TMZ ... "This indictment reflects the Administration’s effort to shift blame for their own failures. On the eve of our nation's Independence Day, Americans should be deeply concerned by the misuse of government power against an ordinary citizen based on a concocted narrative. The justice system exists to determine facts, not to provide political cover."

As we reported ... Hearn was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of destruction of federal property worth $1,000 or more.

The case is being prosecuted by Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia ... she's adamant Hearn defiled the monument when he allegedly ripped a piece of liner out of the Pool.

Hearn was arrested for the alleged vandalization a couple weeks ago. The 67-year-old was held at the Park Police facility for about five hours before he was released that same day.

Since then, the Olympian has held his stance he did not destroy, break, or peel off any portion of the Reflecting Pool.

With NYC roasting under nearly triple-digit temperatures, the timing couldn't be much better. We can't say exactly who the frozen treats are for ... but we got video of it rolling up to MSG.

It's just the latest clue outside MSG as the countdown to the couple's massive celebration dips below 24 hours, and the activity outside the MSG hasn't slowed down one bit.

We've spent the week watching the clues pile up. Lighting rigs, staging equipment and mystery cargo kicked things off ... followed by towering drapes, gazebos, artificial trees, food deliveries and all kinds of supplies rolling through the Garden's doors.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce aren't exempt from Mayor Zohran Mamdani's 78-degree suggestion ... though they'll have to "Shake It Off" anyway ... because MSG has an unconventional temperature system.

Here's the deal ... a city official tells TMZ the mayor's recommendation of setting the AC at 78 was a suggestion for all five boroughs of New York -- including Manhattan, where MSG sits.

In other words, MSG isn't exempt from the mayor's suggestion made on social media to all New Yorkers this morning ... though, again, it's just a suggestion -- not an edict from above.

It looks like double trouble for Taylor Frankie Paul ... because her ex, Dakota Mortensen, has hired the same legal team as her ex-husband, Tate Paul, in a renewed court battle over parental custody.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Dakota retained Steven Russell and Chad Shattuck, Tate's long-time lawyers.

Taylor's exes are ramping up their cases against her over custody of her three kids. Previously, Dakota was using Joel Kittrell.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge denied Tate's request for a temporary restraining order -- but he's asking the court to take another look with more submitted exhibits, including alleged incriminating text messages.

Harvey Weinstein's recovering nicely after suffering heart failure ... according to his longtime representative.

Juda Engelmayer tells TMZ ... Weinstein is "out of the woods for now" and feeling fine. The antibiotics treated his pneumonia, and his heart is doing much better because the doctors are monitoring it with an EKG.

We're told Weinstein is already able to walk around.

It's a huge improvement from his previous condition ... remember, Weinstein suffered heart failure behind bars at Rikers Island weeks ago because of the pneumonia, and he was rushed to Bellevue Hospital.
