Ben Foster is calling it quits on his marriage to Laura Prepon ... and we're told the estranged spouses are already living separately.

In the divorce docs obtained by TMZ ... Ben cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind his split with Laura -- and asked the court to enforce their prenuptial agreement from 2018. He noted September 9 as their date of separation.

This coincides with what sources tell us ... as they say the "Orange Is the New Black" actress and the 'X-Men' actor broke up sometime in the last few months, and that Laura is currently living in Tennessee while Ben resides in Los Angeles.

Megan Fox figures to have an interesting, and potentially challenging, family dynamic now that she's pregnant with Machine Gun Kelly's baby ... because things sound icy between MGK and Megan's ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Brian and MGK have no relationship whatsoever, which could lead to rough waters when it comes to co-parenting.

Megan has 3 kids with Brian and our sources feel MGK hasn't been involved enough in the sons' lives ... or even made an effort to be a father figure to them.

6:10 PM PT -- In the new "BFF's" podcast episode, Brianna LaPaglia dove into some of the emotional abuse she endured while dating Zach Bryan.

Starting off with a huge admission ... Brianna was allegedly offered $12 million by Zach's team to sign an NDA ... which she clearly rejected.

Brianna talked about the infamous Raya profile screenshot that went viral on social media ... revealing that she got a bunch of DMs telling her Zach was on the dating app.

BL says he allegedly merely responded that he "reactivated" the app when confronted ... which is why she claims he posted about the breakup ... 'cause he got caught.

What's more ... Brianna says there was a lot of isolation and manipulation in their relationship, giving the example of Zach allegedly not liking her Golden Globes dress and not wanting to date someone who presented themselves like that ... so he unfollowed her -- but he later reposted the dress snap, claiming she was beautiful ... among many other examples throughout the podcast.

Brianna claims there was never a breakup convo, and their relationship ended with Zach telling her he 'couldn't do this,' only to head back to Oklahoma by himself.

An emotional whirlwind indeed.

Brianna LaPaglia appears to not be wasting any time moving on from her rocky split with ex-boyfriend Zach Bryan -- a moving truck was spotted outside his Massachusetts mansion.

TMZ obtained a picture outside Zach's waterfront mansion an hour south of Boston Thursday. He bought the property for $7.450 million in July to be closer to Brianna, who splits her time between NYC and MA, where she's originally from.

Los Angeles Lakers player Jaxson Hayes went on a rampage prior to his 2021 arrest -- verbally abusing and putting his hands on his then-girlfriend Sofia Jamora during an intense altercation ... and it was all captured on surveillance video.

TMZ Sports obtained footage and images from a source close to Jamora ... which are tied to her ongoing lawsuit against Hayes.
