Gigi and Bella Hadid's dad says he was betrayed by an employee who stole precious pics of his daughters and private pics of Michael Jackson.

Mohamed Hadid claims in a new lawsuit ... Juan Carlos Gonzalez worked for him at his home and stole 2,200 photos. The pics include photographs of Gigi and Bella when they were minors, various private parties and family photos with the King of Pop.

We're told Gonzalez worked as the family's security guard.

Hadid says the photos were pilfered from his home office and he suspected Gonzalez and demanded them back, but he refused to return them.

Derek Carr didn't run out of gas Sunday during his huge win over the Broncos -- his wife, not so much.

While the Oakland Raiders QB was leading his team to victory in Denver, Heather Carr (who's pregnant) was driving home with their kid and dog in the car ... when they ran out of gas on a freeway off-ramp.

The Dublin PD tells TMZ Sports ... an officer in the area noticed Carr's car on the side of the road and stopped to check out the situation -- and ultimately got her enough gas to get her to a gas station.

We're told the officer tracked down a gas can and had it filled -- then brought it back to Heather ... and by the way, the officer had no idea the woman was the wife of an NFL quarterback.

"In this day and age, we do a lot more than catch the bad guy," a spokesperson for the PD tells us.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new bundle of joy will be their last ... doctors have warned her another pregnancy would be like playing with fire.

Kim's been open about her pregnancy struggles, suffering from placenta accreta -- a potentially life threatening condition -- during both. We're told docs have told her it's nearly a guarantee she'd get accreta again, putting her and her baby's lives at risk.

A source close to the family tells us Kim is also scared of another extremely painful birth, like the one with Saint ... and that's helped her make the decision easier.

However, we're told the couple is completely cool with capping off their brood at two kids. Our source says they're plenty busy with North and Saint and a new addition would be just too much.

As for Saint West -- we're told he's the perfect baby -- eating great, sleeping a ton and barely crying.

But what would you expect from the offspring of two of Hollywood's finest?

Kris Jenner wants you to know she's a proud mama ... and now she wants to put her matriarchal pride to work ... to make some money.

We found out Kris filed to get a trademark for #ProudMama ... she says it's for "advertising purposes."

Kris has already been tagging #ProudMama on various business ventures and on social media.

This isn't the first time Kris has fought to get legal ownership of mom phrases. Back in March, she filed to trademark the word "momager."

If the trademark is approved, any and all moms will have to get Kris' permission if they want to advertise with the phrase #ProudMama ... or Kris can sue them.

... and you thought YOUR mom loved you.

The little girl who lost her family and who herself was horribly burned has one big Christmas wish -- an XMAS card from Katy Perry.

8-year-old Safyre Terry suffered the burns after the ex-boyfriend of her mom set their home on fire, killing her entire family. Safyre was severely burned and lost her right hand and left foot.

She's now living with her aunt, Liz Dolder, who tells us ... Safyre is a huge Katy fan and even sang "Roar" during her school talent show.

Dolder says she's adorning their Christmas tree with cards sent from people around the world, but the prized card that would go at the top of the tree is reserved for Katy.

By the way, the family has received thousands of cards and gifts and lots of celebs, including Hulk Hogan and Yolanda Foster, have given marching orders to their followers to send cards.

So, this is pretty un-BIEL-ievable ... Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel in full mommy and daddy mode at The Grove in L.A.

Pretty rare for A-listers like these two to hit up a crowded mall, apparently without a huge security detail. Not to mention the fact it's a paparazzi hot spot too. JT was hardly blending in with the crowd as he pushed their 8-month-old son's stroller, while sporting polka dots.
