Young Money rapper Chanel West Coast won't be charged with assaulting and battering a security guard in a drunken stupor, despite the fact that most of it is right there for all to see on video.

The video is epic -- the "Ridiculousness" star was booted from 1 OAK non compos mentis last month after she allegedly started a fight inside. But the fighting didn't stop there, because she went wild on a security guard, kicking and punching him.

After failed negotiations, she was cuffed and arrested.

But the forgiving guard has decided to let bygones be bygones, so charges will not be filed.

It may not be over. Chanel posted pics of her bruises from the incident, claiming she was unnecessarily roughed up.

A Louisiana teen could face Mc-Jail time after a video surfaced of her violently pulling a McDonald's employee through a drive-thru window.

17-year-old Kailin Holland was arrested and booked for second degree battery. Cops say they used the video and witnesses to track down Holland and 3 passengers who they say were instigators.

It appears Holland had long-standing beef with the Mickey D's employee.

Holland's 3 passengers have been ordered to appear in court for disturbing the peace and battery.

No break today for them.

Donald Trump's security got in a physical fight with a protester Thursday, and campaign honchos say they will probably press criminal charges.

It happened outside Trump Towers in NYC ... Mexican immigrant Efrain Galicia took license with Trump's campaign slogan, trading the word "great" for "racist."

The video -- shot by NY1 Noticias -- shows the confrontation. Trump's people say a security guard was attacked from behind.

Cynthia Bailey didn't even make it a full season, and she's already on the verge of following in Porsha Williams' footsteps -- as in, getting demoted.

We're told Porsha Williams was on a boat in ATL with fellow castmate Cynthia Bailey when things got hot. The 2 women began arguing about nothing and Porsha started calling Cynthia a bitch. Cynthia tried to disengage, walking to the other side of the boat, but in true form Porsha followed.

Porsha got in Cynthia's face, and that's when Cynthia exercised self-defense, kicking Porsha in the stomach. Producers came in before Porsha could react and restrained her.

As for injuries ... Porsha went to the hospital, where she scored pain meds.

Travis Scott beat on security guards at his concert to protect an extremely unruly fan, and it was all caught on video.

Scott was performing at the SLS in Vegas Tuesday night when a fan in the front row tried clawing his way on stage. Security stepped in, presumably to protect Travis. But the rapper turned on them.

The situation escalated as more guards got involved and Travis got more aggressive.

A Florida inmate, who's also a Jerry Springer fanatic, is facing a felony charge after he allegedly lost it last month on another inmate who refused to let him watch the show.

According to law enforcement, 32-year-old Antron Smith was ready to watch the 4 PM airing of 'Springer' -- a daily routine. The problem -- other inmates were watching a movie. Smith demanded to switch the station to 'Springer' and that's when inmate Donnie Floyd "spoke up."

According to the report, first released by The Smoking Gun, Smith took a page from his favorite show -- attacking Floyd by forcing his head back, slapping him in the face and flushing his commissary down the toilet.

Jared Leto was just questioned by cops at LAX after a friend he was traveling with allegedly slugged a photog in the face.

We're told Leto and his travel partner touched down in LA and were about to get in a car when the incident happened. It's unclear what led to the punch being thrown but we're told the photog had a bloody lip.

Law enforcement tells us they responded for a possible battery but once they had finished talking with everyone involved, including Jared -- they determined no arrest was needed.

We're told Leto's friend shook hands with the pap and both went on their way.

CC Sabathia lost his temper outside a Toronto nightclub because Blue Jays fans were ripping him for his pitching ability.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the Yankees star's friends had to hold him back from a street brawl that erupted early Saturday morning after game 1 of the Yanks-Jays series. CC copped to making a bad decision and added, "They caught me at a bad time."

He also said the hecklers got "a little bit" personal with their jabs at his skills, but they didn't make it racial. He downplayed his involvement, saying ... "It was literally 25 seconds of me and then I was gone."

CC's biggest concern wasn't talking to Yankees brass about the fight ... but explaining it to his kid -- "That's the toughest part: 'Dad had a bad night. Made a bad decision. Sometimes these things happen.'"

Yankees star CC Sabathia was leaving a Toronto nightclub when a massive fight broke out ... and several people had to hold him back from the action.

Diddy is opening up about getting banned from UCLA football practices -- in the wake of his scrap with a coach -- but he's not quite ready to talk kettlebells.

Diddy went on "The Breakfast Club" ... and insisted he simply went "to communicate" with strength training coach Sal Alosi. But you gotta see what happens when Charlamagne Tha God whipped out a kettlebell to, uh ... jog Diddy's memory.

Police were called to Joe Giudice's beach house in New Jersey on Saturday after an argument with a neighbor got out of control.

A witness tells TMZ Joe's oldest daughter Gia was locked out of the house and trying to get in for several minutes. Once Joe finally let her inside, he could be heard screaming at Gia from the backyard ... that's when a neighbor stepped in.

We're told the woman approached Joe's house and the two got into a shouting match. The neighbor could be heard yelling, "this guy is crazy, he's dangerous, call the cops."

Officers arrived to diffuse the situation and we're told Joe's daughters were begging them not to arrest their father.

A law enforcement source says no arrests were made and the argument was settled peacefully.

A rep for Joe says the whole thing started because Joe was having a party and the neighbor felt it was inappropriate for children to be around.
