The multi-million dollar guitar famously owned by Kurt Cobain -- the last one he played before killing himself -- is at the center of Frances Bean Cobain's nasty divorce.

Frances' estranged hubby, Isaiah Silva, claims she gave him Kurt's Martin D-18E as a wedding present. It's the same instrument the Nirvana frontman famously strummed during his epic "MTV Unplugged" performance.

The acoustic-electric is something of a holy grail for Nirvana fans. For starters, only about 300 were made before Martin discontinued the model. Kurt, who was left-handed, had the bridge and nut replaced so he could play it upside down.

Frances denies giving Isaiah the guitar, and wants it back, with good reason. It was once insured for $1 million and experts now think it's worth several million bucks.

We got Courtney Love at LAX Tuesday, who squarely sided with her daughter, essentially saying Isaiah's a scammer.

Vince Neil has been charged with attacking a woman in Vegas ... an incident which triggered a nuclear argument between Vince and Nic Cage.

Vince allegedly went off on an autograph seeker, grabbing her by the hair and pulling her to the ground. Vince claims the woman got all aggro on him and all he did was push past her. Our law enforcement sources say they have surveillance video showing he manhandled her.

After the altercation, Neil and Nic -- with whom he had just had lunch -- walked out of Aria hotel, where Nic and Neil got into it with each other.

Nick Carter's pockets just got lighter ... because we've learned he made a 6-figure settlement with a bouncer who accused the singer of choking him out.

Sources close to the case tell us the settlement fell in the 6-figure range ... and Nick is the one paying the piper.

As for the criminal case ... you'll remember Carter was arrested for misdemeanor battery back in January while partying at a bar in Key West, FL. The battery charge will go away if he completes 25 hours of community service.

Mark DiCowden -- the bouncer's attorney -- says Carter was a "Backstreet thug" who attacked his client for trying to do his job.

Justin Bieber's gonna be steamed over Cleveland again if the lawyer in his alleged photog assault case gets his way.

We're told Bieber was set to be deposed Friday in Miami ... where a photog is accusing Justin's bodyguard of trapping and attacking him. But Justin's lawyers filed docs saying the plaintiff's attorney shouldn't be allowed to bring up 17 other incidents -- such as the Cleveland brawl -- because they're irrelevant.

The photog's attorney, Mark DiCowden, filed a response saying it's all fair game for the depo since incidents like Justin's fight after an NBA Finals game show a pattern of bad behavior, similar to what allegedly happened in Miami.

The judge says he'll decide which side is right ... once they figure out a new depo date.

Michael Bisping isn't gonna take Chris Weidman's PED allegations lying down ... firing back at the UFC star with an expletive-filled rant on the streets of Beverly Hills.

We got Bisping out on Canon Drive and asked his thoughts about Weidman accusing him of PED use following MB's victory over Luke Rockhold.

Sean Kingston's got an accessories problem ... someone straight up yanked a $300k chain off his neck ... so claims the singer.

Two suspects approached Sean inside Penthouse Nightclub & Dayclub in L.A. and somehow the altercation turned physical ... they began punching him before one forcibly took the pricey chain -- this according to the police report.

By the time cops arrived Sean and the 2 suspects had split. We're told someone from Sean's camp filed a police report, and an investigation will be launched.

Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Dan Skuta is adamant he never laid a finger on a woman outside of an Orlando bar last weekend ... but says SHE struck HIM ... and he can prove it.

As we previously reported, Skuta was arrested for battery on June 19th after a woman told police Skuta shoved her head against a glass window after she refused to give him her phone number.

But Skuta's lawyer says the woman is lying through her teeth -- and the NFL player has multiple witnesses who can back him up.

We spoke with Skuta's lawyer, Mark NeJame, who tells us straight up -- "Dan is innocent."

"Eye witnesses who we have already received statements from in our initial investigation will attest that Dan was alongside his girlfriend when this fabricated event supposedly took place."

NeJame says the female accuser and another woman were harassing Skuta and his friends -- so the NFL player verbally instructed them to leave his group alone.

"Dan was then struck in the face by one of the women, as is evidenced by his mugshot which clearly shows where he was struck."

Skuta's attorney says the NFL player and his girlfriend then turned and walked away from the women "as to avoid further trouble from his attacker."

"Dan never placed his hands on anyone."

WNBA superstar Brittney Griner is officially out of one of the WORST marriages ever -- because a judge just finalized her divorce from Glory Johnson ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Griner and Johnson -- both WNBA players -- got married back in May 2015 ... right after they were both arrested for domestic violence for attacking each other in their Arizona home.

The marriage lasted only 28 days before Brittney pulled the plug ... while Johnson was pregnant with twins! Griner claimed Johnson was cheating on her with an ex-boyfriend.

Johnson had claimed they both agreed to parent the children -- and demanded financial support.

A judge saw it Glory's way and ordered Griner to fork over $2,516 per month PER KID in child support ... PLUS another $2,835 per month to pay for daycare services.

Griner will NOT have to pay spousal support.

So, that's it ... it's over.

Chris Brown allegedly cornered a female tour manager and went on a threatening, drug-fueled tirade so intense, she jumped off the tour bus and quit on the spot.

Sources connected to Chris' tour tell us the incident went down May 23 during Chris' European tour. Nancy Ghosh -- who's worked with the likes of J Lo, Kanye West and Justin Bieber -- claims Brown cursed her out in a dispute over her employment terms.

The day after the incident she fired off an email to Brown's team ... in which she explained she felt unsafe because Chris has been "irrational and high on drugs." Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced "what he did to Mike G" ... and threatened to do the same to her. TMZ broke the story ... Chris' ex-manager, Mike G, sued him for an alleged beatdown.

Ghosh said she refused to stay on the bus after the argument out of fear for her safety.

We're told a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer ... claiming Brown has been verbally abusive and threatening.

We've reached out to Chris' camp ... so far no word back.

Drake's muscle packs a mean punch ... according to the guy on the receiving end.

We got these pics of the injuries of producer/rapper Detail, who claims the bruises were inflicted at the hands of Drake's security guard.

We're told the injuries were so bad he was hospitalized for days ... with a broken jaw and other injuries that required several surgeries.

As we reported, Detail claims Drake invited him to his home back in 2014 on the pretext of working on a project, but it was really an ambush. Detail says Drake was pissed he wouldn't work exclusively with the Canadian rapper.

Detail says he was so badly hurt he couldn't work for a year, and he asked Drake repeatedly, and in vain, to cover his medical expenses. When Drake refused, Detail had lawyers, Panish Shea & Boyle, file a lawsuit.

Chris Brown's manager made good on his threat to add defamation to his lawsuit against Brown, and says there's no way he could have stolen the singer's cheddar.

Hours after Brown posted 2 videos saying Mike G had been fired for stealing his money, the now estranged manager filed new legal docs. In the new lawsuit, he says he's never had access to Chris' money because another business manager is solely responsible for finances.

Even though in the videos, Chris says he'd canned Mike over the cash ... we're told Mike claims he never got a termination notice until AFTER he filed his lawsuit.

We broke the story ... Mike G's also suing for assault, battery, false imprisonment and breach of contract after what he says was a bloody beatdown by Chris.

Mike's Lawyer, Patty Glaser, released this statement -- "Sadly, Chris Brown is once again lashing out against those who were closest to him and is refusing to accept responsibility for his actions. Making up false claims against Mike G to deflect attention away from his continued violent behavior is shameful. We are looking forward to our day in court when Chris Brown will be held accountable.”

The slugfest went down in Paris during Fashion Week -- of all things -- and Connor was fuming about something that happened inside fancy clothing store, Colette.

Chris Brown has more legal woes ... the guy he hired to rehabilitate his image after the Rihanna beating is now suing Chris for allegedly doing the same to him.

Mike G claims he was hired in 2012 not only to change Brown's image but to get him out of debt and off drugs. Mike G says he did well by Chris, who had a resurgence in popularity.

Things allegedly turned bad last month, but Mike G claims without provocation, Brown took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck, which landed him in the ER.

The lawsuit claims Brown, rather than being remorseful, began mocking Mike G on social media and bragging to friends about the beating. Mike G says Brown had the audacity to tell people working on his tour, if they got out of line he'd beat them just like he beat Mike G.

Mike G says Brown's rage was drug-fueled and the suit mention concern for retaliation from Brown's "gang member friends."

Mike G's attorney, Patty Glaser, tells TMZ, "We did everything we could to resolve this in a non-public way to avoid damage to Chris Brown. Regrettably, as outlined in our complaint, Chris Brown has proven to be his own worst enemy."

11:00 AM PT: Chris just responded to the lawsuit in an Instagram video, claiming he fired Mike G for stealing money from him. Mike G's lawyer says that's not true and they will be adding a defamation claim to the lawsuit.
