Michael Jordan has been sued by a woman who claims he fathered her 16-year-old son ... and she wants a paternity test to prove it.

Pamela Smith claims in her paternity suit -- filed February 6 in Fulton County, GA and obtained by TMZ -- she became pregnant after having sex with Jordan in 1995. Pamela gave birth to Grant Pierce Jay Jordan Reynolds -- aka Taj -- in June 1996. BTW, Jordan was married to Juanita Vanoy at the time he allegedly had sex with Smith.

Pamela says in her legal docs she welcomes a paternity test to prove Jordan's the dad. She wants full custody and child support. She also wants Jordan to pay the kid's medical expenses.

Pamela also wants the judge to make Jordan the boy's legal last name.

The docs do not describe any alleged relationship between Smith and Jordan.

"Taj" posted a YouTube video (below) in December declaring that Jordan's his daddy.

Jordan is scheduled to marry Yvette Prieto in April.

A rep for Jordan had no comment.

1:58 PM PT -- The woman has been identified!!! She's actress Erin Cahill from the ABC show "Red Widow." We're told Erin and Seal met two days ago at a charity function.

Seal has broken the seal ... or so it appears ... passionately embracing a beautiful mystery woman in L.A. yesterday.

Sources close to the singer tell TMZ, the woman is NOT his publicist, his assistant, his manager, or anyone else professionally related to him ... which TOTALLY MEANS THEY'RE BANGING.

It's the first time he's been seen out with another woman since he and supermodel Heidi Klum split last year after 7 years of marriage.

Ricky Schroder says he never, ever EVER assaulted a female airport worker at LAX this week ... and tells TMZ the only thing he's guilty of doing ... is hurting her feelings.

The former "Silver Spoons" actor was getting ready to board a train at Union Station in D.C. moments ago when we asked about the allegations he roughed up a ticket checker while trying to get to his gate at LAX on Monday.

Schroder was adamant ... he didn't assault anyone and called the whole thing a "complete misunderstanding."

Still, Schroder seems to acknowledge there was contact between the two during a hurried and frantic exchange ... telling us, "My phone dropped and I went to grab it .. and that's what happened.'

The actor also directed a few words towards his accuser -- saying, "I apologize to you, Miss, if I hurt your feelings and I didn't mean to."

"Weeds" star Mary-Louise Parker adamantly denies calling a New York antique shop owner a "f*g" ... and threatening to have him KILLED ... despite the shop owner's accusations to the contrary.

A rep for MLP tells TMZ, the actress visited the Saugerties, NY antique store on January 2nd with her friend, who was owed a check by the shop owner for selling one of her purses.

The rep says the shop owner refused to pay Parker's friend ... and an argument ensued, during which the owner tried to take advantage of Parker's celebrity status by claiming she had threatened his life. The rep insists Parker had nothing to do with the fight.

In fact, the rep says as soon as it became clear to Parker that she was being roped into the situation ... Parker left.

As for the "f*g" accusation -- Parker's rep says anyone who knows the actress knows she would never say that word.

The owner -- a man named Daniel Seldin -- had filed an incident report with police following the alleged altercation, accusing Parker of threatening his life, saying, "DO YOU WANT TO WAKE UP TOMORROW? I'LL MAKE ONE PHONE CALL." Seldin said Parker also called him a "f*g."

We spoke to Seldin who insists his story is legit, adding, "I felt totally berated and violated." Seldin says he has since paid Parker's friend her money ... despite the incident.

Call us suspicious ... or conspiracy theorists ... or whatever ... but we may have found proof that Suri Cruise is actually using a TINY BODY DOUBLE to fool the media!!!

Exhibit A -- Suri getting out of an SUV in NYC this weekend wearing a beanie, blue bubble jacket, leggings and brown Uggs.

Exhibit B -- Another little girl who sorta looks like Suri getting out of the exact same SUV wearing an IDENTICAL OUTFIT ... with a different colored beanie.

So what does it all mean??? Is Suri trying to dupe the media? Is the other girl in on some sort of diabolical plot? Or ... are they just friends who like to wear the same clothes?

We know, that's ridiculous ... IT'S TOTALLY A BODY DOUBLE!!!

Janet Jackson is putting those pesky engagement rumors to bed ... by announcing she secretly got married to her mega-millionaire boyfriend LAST YEAR.

Janet and new hubby Wissam Al Mana -- a Qatari businessman -- released a joint statement today, claiming, "The rumours regarding an extravagant wedding are simply not true. Last year we were married in a quiet, private, and beautiful ceremony."

As for wedding gifts, the two decided NOT to lavish each other with expensive presents ... “Our wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favourite children’s charities."

1:39 PM PT -- The picture was taken Monday night at AV Club in Los Angeles.

Sources tell TMZ ... Snoop had performed at the club that night ... and Suge showed up to see the performance.

After the show, we're told Suge walked over to Snoop's VIP table and the two hit it off like old times ... hugging, laughing and taking pictures.

It's the reunion that NOBODY saw coming ... Snoop Dogg hanging out in a nightclub with former Death Row Records honcho Suge Knight ... smiling and partying together during a recent night out.

Snoop just posted the photo to his Instagram page ... with the caption, "N d club wit Suge miss those death row days!"

It's unclear when and where the photo was taken.

Snoop -- a former Death Row rapper -- hasn't been friendly with Suge since the '90s.

Snoop has previously explained that Suge and Tupac got pissed at him because they felt he didn't have their back when Death Row was beefin' with Bad Boy Records.

TMZ now has clear photos of Britney Spears' new maybe boyfriend ... but the question ... does he have what it takes to date the Princess of Pop?

We spoke to several people who know David Lucado ... and they gave us a bunch of info. For starters, Dave's originally from Appomattox, Virginia. He was a great student growing up and he loves golf.

He moved to Atlanta after high school ... and recently moved to L.A. for a girl -- but we're told that relationship ended a few months ago, so David's totally single.

Everyone we spoke to said the same thing -- David is a well-liked, all-around fun-loving guy ... and it's totally unexpected that he'd date Britney Spears.

We're told David insists he and Britney are still just friends -- despite a romantic Valentine's Day dinner -- but we still gotta ask ...

Lil Wayne says he's NOT SORRY for saying he banged Chris Bosh's wife ... claiming his only regret from his All-Star weekend rant was insulting his "homie" LeBron James.

Weezy called in to WEDR radio in Miami moments ago to address the video footage that surfaced of the rapper's All-Star weekend performance -- when he said, "F**k LeBron. F**k She Wade. F**k Chris Bosh. F**k all y'all."

And the zinger ... "I f**ked Chris Bosh wife."

But Wayne's not sorry for what he said -- telling the radio station, "I don’t apologize for that night. I don’t apologize for being who I am ... I don't take nothing back ... This is who I am."

But the refusal to apologize came with two caveats --

1) Wayne took back what he said about LeBron, saying "I didn't mean to say ['f**k LeBron.'] That's my homie."

2) Wayne apologized to the CITY of Miami for his outburst ... but he specifically did NOT apologize to the Miami Heat.

TMZ published the video ... showing Lil Wayne trashing the Heat and the NBA, claiming the Heat got him banned from all NBA events. During the radio interview, Wayne says the bad blood stemmed from a Heat-Lakers game last week, in which Dwyane Wade cussed him out for rooting for the Lakers. Wayne says things got heated from there ... and now he hates everyone ... except LeBron.

Fear not men who want to bone Lindsay Lohan ... SHE'S STILL SINGLE ... despite reports that she's secretly dating / banging New York DJ Julian Cavin -- this according to the DJ himself.

The Internet's been abuzz with rumors this week that LiLo found herself a new boyfriend ... after she and the 22-year-old spin master were spotted together in NYC Sunday -- allegedly holding hands and acting very much like a couple.

But DJ Julian says it just ain't true -- claiming they've only known each other for about a month -- and tells TMZ ... "Lindsay and I are just friends. We are not dating."

He explains, "She comes to a bunch of my DJ gigs. Sunday she came and was hanging in the booth."

Lil Wayne is a L-L-L-L-L-L-L-L-LIAR ... who FALSELY told fans he'd been banned from all NBA events ... this according to a league spokesperson.

NBA Senior Director of Basketball Communications Mark Broussard tells TMZ ... there is "no truth at all" to the claims Weezy made during a performance in Houston over the weekend.

Wayne had told the crowd the NBA had banned him from all events because of his beef with the Miami Heat organization, stemming from an incident last week ... when Wayne says he was kicked out of a Heat game for rooting for the Lakers. The Heat organization said Wayne left voluntarily.

During the rant, Wayne also said he had sex with Chris Bosh's wife.

Khloe Kardashian did not go the way of Paula Abdul ... and Nicole Scherzinger ... and Cheryl Cole ... and Steve Jones ... and has NOT been 86'd from "X Factor" ... this according to Kim Kardashian.

Rumors have been swirling all week long ... that "X Factor" honchos didn't feel Khloe was a good fit for the show and won't be bringing her back as a co-host next season.

But last night at LAX, Kim told us, "A lot of people say a lot of incorrect things on the daily."

When we asked what really did happen, Kim said, "Probably nothing."

Our "X Factor" sources tell us ... no decision on Khloe's fate has been decided at this point ... but exec. producer Simon Cowell is definitely thinking about staffing for next season.

We now know the identity of the mystery man who took Britney Spears out for a Valentine's Day dinner and played golf with her over the weekend. He is ... a very normal guy.

His name is David. He works for a law firm -- he's not a lawyer -- does "field research" ... kind of a jack-of-all-trades. He's definitely not a wealthy guy.

David -- who is 27 -- is from Atlanta and does not seem to have significant roots in California.

As for his relationship with Britney ... we're told they met through friends. The pics (above) were taken at the Sherwood Country Club where Britney lives. He's a big golfer and he's teaching her the moves. Britney has actually taken a liking to golf and is thinking about becoming a member of the country club.

As for the Valentine's Day date, it was pretty quick. They were in and out of the sushi joint in less than a half hour. The bill was $60. David tipped $13.

Hayden Panettiere is soooo banging her ex-boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko -- just like we predicted weeks ago -- and TMZ finally has the rock-solid proof we've been waiting for ... sort of.

You'll recall, we talked to Hayden back in January at LAX -- where she insisted she and the 6'6" Ukrainian boxing champ were "just good buddies." But we had a hunch it was MUCH more than that.

And now we have the PROOF (kind of) ... because photos were snapped yesterday in Hollywood, Florida ... where the probably-back-together couple was seen cuddling on a couch at Taco Beach Shack.

Specifically in the pics ... Hayden is all smiles (and lookin' super hot) while holding Wlad's hand ... his arm is wrapped tightly around her body ... and there's obvious sexual tension.

Lil Wayne went OFF on the Miami Heat last night at All-Star Weekend -- claiming he's been banned from all NBA events because of his beef with the team ... and the coup de grace ... Wayne said he banged Chris Bosh's wife.

Wayne took the stage for an All-Star weekend event in Houston last night, when he told the crowd, "The NBA banned me from all NBA events ... because the Miami Heat told them to ban me."

You'll recall ... Wayne's been pissed at Miami ever since he says he got the boot during a Heat game last week. Wayne said he got kicked out for rooting for the Lakers ... but there were reports Wayne got into trouble for making a gun gesture at another fan.

Either way, Wayne's obviously still pissed ... because last night he continued to vent, telling the crowd, "When I say f**k, you say NBA! When I say f**k, you say Miami Heat!"

He added, "F**k LeBron. F**k She Wade. F**k Chris Bosh. F**k all y'all."

And if that wasn't enough ... Weezy said, "I f**ked Chris Bosh wife."
