Miley Cyrus dropped a clue things are not only back on with former fiance Liam Hemsworth ... they might be eyeing the altar.

Miley arrived at JFK Sunday wearing what looks very much like the engagement ring she got from Liam back in the day.

The two split in 2013, but they've been hanging out lately and it looks like it's back on ... possibly in a big way.

Ronda Rousey is calling BS on rumors she's done in the UFC -- telling TMZ Sports a rematch with Holly Holm will DEFINITELY happen in 2016.

There have been rumblings that Rousey could leave the octagon for good to focus on her blossoming career in Hollywood ... especially now that she just inked a new movie deal with Tina Fey.

But over the weekend, Rousey couldn't have been more clear -- she wants another crack at Holly ... and she's working with Dana White to figure out a date pronto.

At 46 years old, Roy Jones Jr. is finally taking some time away from the ring -- telling TMZ Sports he's going to focus on training other fighters -- but refusing to say he's 100% retired from the sport.

Jones has been taking it easy ever since he got knocked out by Enzo Maccarinelli in Russia last month -- leading many to believe Jones would never fight again.

So, we reached out and asked Roy specifically if he was retired ... and this is what he told us:

"Just training fighters for now."

Victoria Beckham will never ever ever be getting back together with the Spice Girls ... despite what you may be reading.

Several media outlets reported the entire group will be reuniting in 2016 for a 20th anniversary ... but Posh's rep tells us she will categorically not be appearing with the Spice Girls, now or in the future.

Her rep says Beckham "has been very respectful about the fabulous time they had together in the past, however her focus is now very much her family and fashion business."

No word on what that means for the rest of the girls ... Mel B aka Scary Spice has said she wouldn't perform unless everyone's in, so it seems this is a deal breaker.

Kris Jenner has been out of the dating game so long, the term "single" confounds her.

Kris was on "Bachelor Live" Monday night with Chris Harrison and Chris Soules and she talked about being single with 4 kids back in the day. Harrison asked her if she's single now, and she said "yes."

But our Jenner sources say she's still solid with Corey Gamble. In fact, the 2 were out together Monday night at Craig's in WeHo.

And speaking of being out at Craig's ... our Jenner sources say the fur is fox ... an '80s vintage Dior.

The 3 women Justin Bieber has either banged or is currently banging clearly have no hard feelings toward one and other, because they all partied together Monday night.

Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin and Kourtney Kardashian kicked it at The Nice Guy in WeHo for about an hour ... arriving together no less.

It's clear Hailey currently holds the title, but no hard feelings from the others.

Sean Penn tried to be super stealthy when he interviewed El Chapo, but he was a loud bragger in the middle of a restaurant just before the story broke ... according to Page Six.

Sean was reportedly holding court during Golden Globes weekend at the famed Polo Lounge, a watering hole for celebs. Page Six says Penn was strategizing with his crew which included a former State Dept. employee. One spy said, "He was running around like Woodward and Bernstein at the Washington Post ... they were loudly talking about El Chapo."

The spy says Penn and company were concerned that Mexican actress Kate del Castillo "was going to write her side of the story ... [Penn] was like, 'She wants to be on Charlie Rose instead of me!'"

Robert Kraft used the Patriots' 1st round bye to prove he hasn't said bye to hot GF Ricki Noel Lander ... 'cause the two were spotted at a Golden Globes party together Sunday night ... and all signs point to relationship.

The sighting comes months after reports that 74-year-old Kraft pressed pause on his romance with the 30-something-year-old ... after nearly 4 years together.

But last night, Kraft and Lander looked very much like a couple ... posing for pictures at the HBO after-party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Our sources connected to the couple tell us the two may never have "officially" broken up -- but there was definitely a lull where they weren't seeing each other as much.

Beyonce looked like she was hiding something underneath her jacket leaving dinner Sunday night with hubby Jay Z.

It certainly looked like there was room for two under her coat as they left Son of a Gun in West Hollywood ... just sayin'.

Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry had a hot night ... of conversation after the Golden Globes.

New year, new chick for Kyrie Irving -- the Cleveland Cavs superstar has gone public with the new chick in his life ... a famous R&B singer who was once a finalist on "America's Got Talent."

Irving's new lady is Kehlani -- a former member of PopLyfe, a singing group that made it to the finals of AGT back in 2011. She's since blown up on her own -- working with huge stars like Justin Bieber and Trey Songz.

Unclear how the two met -- but Sunday night, they took a huge step in their relationship ... going public on social media.

"Nothing else really matters when I'm with you," Irving wrote on Instagram ... "That's when I knew I had someone special."

Kehlani wrote back, "And that's why you're a king. You've shown me so much in so little time.. lost faith in alotta things, but lots have been restored. All smiles witchuuuuuu Corny asssss."

23-year-old Irving just came out of another serious relationship last year with former Texas beauty queen Andrea Wilson. The two had a kid together back in November and Irving has vowed to be involved in the child's life.

As for Kehlani ... there's only one problem with their blossoming romance -- she's a hardcore Warriors fan from the Bay Area.

Tyra Banks is replaceable ... at least according to honchos at the "FABLife."

We're told the show's got a long list of celebs -- all with hosting experience -- who are in the running to fill Banks' shoes after her heated and abrupt departure.

The names include Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klum, Christina Milian, Sherri Shepherd, Rocco DiSpirito, Tori Spelling and Kiki Palmer.

We're told there's no frontrunner but most of those on the list have expressed interest.

Our sources say Giuliana Rancic is into the idea and is working with "FABlife" to lock down a guest hosting gig some time soon to test the waters.

Scott Disick is no longer hiding his new relationship, because we got pics of Scott and girlfriend Lina Sandberg very openly showing affection in a very public place.

Scott, Lina and one of Scott's pals lunched at the Polo Lounge in Bev Hills. They were kissing inside the restaurant, located inside the very popular Beverly Hills Hotel.

Lina's a Wilhelmina L.A. model who knew him for awhile, but a month ago they went to Nobu restaurant in West Hollywood and the relationship changed. We're told they talk and text all the time and in the last month they've seen each other frequently.

Kate Hudson and Nick Jonas are still snuggling up to each other -- this time in a California ski town with their lattes.

They were hanging together Monday at a Starbucks at Mammoth Mountain ski resort in central Cali.

Sources from their inner circle tell us they weren't surprised to see the exes hanging together in Australia this weekend, but they've been back in each other's lives since the fall. We're told Miley's not using the bf label yet for Liam, but they're well beyond the friend zone.

Our sources say they've been in almost constant communication -- texting and FaceTiming -- and never really stopped loving each other, despite the break-up. She's been singing his praises to friends even more lately.

We're told Miley came through for him a few weeks ago ... watching Liam's dog, Dora, when he was out of town.

Gloria Allred says her 14-year-old client has been forced to reveal her identity after Tyga repeatedly contacted her, and then OK! ran a story about it, claiming Kylie Jenner busted him.

Allred held a news conference in NYC with the teenager, a model named Molly O'Malia ... who claims Tyga initiated the convo with her, and not the other way around.

Allred launched an attack against OK! because she says the magazine poorly pixelated Molly's image. She says people figured out it was Molly, and have been hounding her about allegedly coming between Kylie and Tyga.

Molly, who's also an aspiring singer, claims Tyga reached out to her ... first through Instagram ... and she only responded because she thought it was about her music. She says she got skeeved out though when he allegedly asked to FaceTime.

Allred says the magazine's claim the two were "hooking up" is not true and what's more, portrays Molly "in a completely false light" -- and exploited a minor. Despite that ... there was no talk of a lawsuit.

Tyga's reps didn't have a comment.
