Katherine Jackson's lawyers think Conrad Murray is a coward who is trashing the man he killed for profit.

One of Katherine's lawyers tells TMZ, "Murray has refused to go under the OATH KNIFE and his attempt to exploit Michael are despicable and disgusting." Translation: He took the 5th because he's guilty as sin and now he's selling sordid stories about MJ to line his pockets.

Another lawyer sent Murray's attorney a scathing email, calling the doc "reprehensible."

But Murray's lawyer, Valerie Wass, quickly went on the counterattack, saying, "You and members of your client's family have been bad-mouthing my client for a long time. I don't blame him for talking, especially after ... you tried to portray him as an awful person."

Debbie Rowe is furious Conrad Murray trashed her in a new interview, and she tells TMZ ... she'll gladly buy a particularly lethal bullet to help end the doctor's life.

Rowe is "disgusted" by Murray's comment ... that he and Michael used to joke that neither would want to have sex with her.

Rowe fired back to TMZ, saying she believes within 18 months, "A Jackson fan will shoot him dead, and I'd buy the bullet." Rowe added, "I wouldn't shoot him but I'd buy the bullet ... a hollowpoint." FYI ... a hollowpoint bullet essentially eviscerates the target's insides.

And Rowe goes on, telling us, "If I had a dog as ugly as him [Murray] I'd shave its ass, make it walk backwards and put a wig on it." And, she says, "It takes 2 to f**k and there's not enough alcohol in the world."

Rowe, who raises horses on her ranch, says, "At least I can breed. he can't even write prescriptions anymore."

She's also indignant that Murray is claiming MJ took his own life by injecting himself with the fatal dose of Propofol while the Dr. was out of the room. She says, "It's so disgusting he's trashing the dead. The jury sure didn't buy his story."

Conrad Murray has been blabbing his big mouth all over the place, claiming Michael Jackson killed himself, he used to hold the singer's penis .... but he then clams up in a big way on the subject of pedophilia.

"60 Minutes" Australia interviewed the felonious doc about lots of things, but you gotta watch Murray as he's asked whether he thinks Michael was a pedophile.

Dr. Conrad Murray says he and Michael Jackson were so tight, he would hold his penis for him.

In a bizarre, rambling interview with The Daily Mail, Murray says, "You want to know how close we were? I held his penis every night to fit a catheter because he was incontinent at night."

Murray went on to say, "He wore dark trousers all the time because after he went to the toilet he would drip for hours."

And there's this mystery ... Murray says, "Michael didn't know how to put a condom on, so I had to do it for him."

Murray also discloses some of the things TMZ revealed years ago -- that Murray believes Michael killed himself. Murray claims when he walked out of Michael's bedroom the day he died, "I believe he woke up, got hold of his own stash of Propofol and injected himself. He did it too quickly and went into cardiac arrest."

And, Murray suggests, MJ's kids have 3 different fathers, and Michael isn't one of them. Murray says, "Michael told me he never slept with Debbie Rowe."

And, Murray insists, Michael told him he had been sexually assaulted by one of his doctors while under sedation.

The FBI is investigating death threats made in connection with Conrad Murray's release from jail ... and it appears they're being made by a group of Michael Jackson fanatics.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the threats have been targeted at Murray's lawyer, Valerie Wass. Here are some of them:

-- "One blow to the head is all you need."
-- "If you think MJ fans are insignificant ... you are dead wrong, DEAD wrong"
-- "Better get that hair brushed and be ready because MJ fans will be everywhere setting yours and Murray's lies straight."

As for why the fans are targeting Wass, there are 2 reasons. First, because they don't know how to reach Murray. The second reason is based on video from the night of Murray's release, when Wass confronted a screaming Jackson fan who claimed Murray was a murderer. Wass fired back, "If you were not so ignorant, you would know he was not convicted of murder!" And she continued to rant.

Wass also said after Murray's release, "There's a small group of these Jackson fanatics. They're annoying, but insignificant."

We're told Wass called the FBI and was told they would investigate.

Michael Jackson's family fears Dr. Conrad Murray will KILL someone else if he's allowed to practice medicine again ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... most of them are both offended and afraid at Murray's bid to regain his right to practice. They can't believe Murray would have a ghost of a chance to practice after being convicted and jailed for the death of Michael.

The family scoffs at the notion that he didn't harm anyone other than MJ during his 20 years of practice. They believe Murray acted so recklessly with Michael -- partly out of greed and partly because he was a starf**ker.

Conrad Murray has sued the State of Texas to win back his medical license.

As you probably know ...the Lone Star State took swift action after the whole Michael Jackson thing and yanked his license for good in August of last year.

TMZ first reported ... the doc will challenge both Texas and California for putting the brakes on his ability to practice medicine.

Michael Jackson would be appalled at the way people are disparaging Conrad Murray .... so says the doctor who just got out of jail for killing the singer.

Dr. Murray -- who clearly uncapped a tube of Just for Men since his release from jail -- says unequivocally -- "I never harmed him [Michael]."

Conrad Murray is getting just what the doctor ordered -- his mother, who flew in from Trinidad to make him a delicious, home-cooked meal.

We've learned Murray is spending time at an undisclosed location with GF/baby mama Nicole Alvarez, their kid and Murray's mother, Milta. The mom flew in and greeted Murray hours after he left L.A. County Jail.

Not to be outdone by Murray's post-jail In-N-Out run, Milta cooked the good doc chicken curry and roti, a flat bread.

Murray is trying to figure out whether he'll stay in California or go back to Texas.

As we previously reported, Murray wants to practice medicine again, but our medical board sources say that's not gonna happen. He also wrote a big chunk of a book in jail and we're told he's open to doing a reality show.

Jermaine Jackson isn't just furious that Conrad Murray is a free man -- just 2 years after Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter -- Jermaine is "disgusted."

Michael's bro expressed his ire moments ago at LAX, but you really have to watch the video to get a feel for it.

Tito Jackson was also there, but he was feeling a little less talkative.

Conrad Murray is a shadow of his former self, looking noticeably older and gray, as he chowed down on his first post-pokey meal -- IN-N-OUT!

Murray looked business casual after wearing standard issue orange for 2 years. He was able to evade cameras as he left jail at 12:01 AM, thanks to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept.

According to his receipt, the whole meal cost him $8.94, including two Double-Doubles, something he probably dreamed about for months.

For comparison's sake, here's Murray's mug shot from 2011, taken moments after he was convicted of manslaughtering Michael Jackson. The good doc looks a good 20 lbs lighter now.

Conrad Murray has had money on his mind while he sat behind bars, and now that he's a free man again, he's using the power of the media to make a quick buck ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the doc tell TMZ ... during his time in L.A. County Jail, Murray penned a large portion of a book about his life and his time with Michael Jackson. We're told a big chunk of the Jackson story casts blame on others and justifies his conduct in the treatment that ultimately killed the singer and sent Murray to the slammer.

We're also told Murray would be open to some sort of reality show, following his life after jail. Fact is ... it would probably be entertaining. Remember Murray singing to Anderson Cooper?

Dr. Conrad Murray is a FREE MAN ... after serving a 2-year jail sentence for killing Michael Jackson ... and Murray didn't spend an extra minute in jail.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. ... Murray was released at 12:01 AM Monday -- however, he did not make a triumphant walk out of jail ... choosing, instead, to sneak out away from photogs who had gathered.

By remaining unseen ... Murray obviously knows he raises the price tag of that coveted first interview with him.

A group of hecklers was clearly irritated they were not permitted to voice their disdain face-to-face -- and took it out on Murray's lawyer, Valerie Wass. As for why the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. made the accommodation to keep Murray's release secret ... all they would say is "safety" and "security."

The good doc has been locked up since November '11 after being convicted of manslaughter. He was sentenced to 4 years in prison ... but 2 is normal for a 4-year sentence.

As we previously reported ... Murray plans to try and get his medical license back in Nevada and block revocation in California -- our sources say he doesn't stand a chance.

He's also looking to hire a publicist once he's out -- to help change his image.

Jermaine Jackson could be playing to 5,000 people soon ... the inmates at a L.A. County Jail ... a place he may be calling home soon if he doesn't ante up back child support.

Jermaine is falling farther and farther behind .... he's required to pay baby mama Alejandra Jackson $3K a month for 13-year-old Jermajesty and 17-year-old Jaafar … but the mailbox has been empty for months.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show … of the $12K that he owes in back payments … he’s only coughed up a measly 85 bucks.

The L.A. County Child Support Services Dept. has filed papers asking a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt ... which could put him behind bars for 20 days.

BTW, this isn’t the first time Jermaine has slacked off. He belatedly paid $80,000 back in March 2011 … and anted up another $33K in back support this past May. He's also had his wages garnished.

The Medical Board of California will NOT let Dr. Conrad Murray practice medicine again, despite Murray's plan to fight license revocation ... sources connected with the Board tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Murray wants to practice medicine again after he's released from jail later this month. The Medical Board started the ball rolling to revoke Murray's license, but it's been put on hold while he tries to get an appeals court to reverse the verdict.

Our sources -- which have inside info into the case -- tell TMZ members of the Board believe Murray is unfit to practice medicine based on what he did to Michael Jackson. One source put it bluntly, "He's not getting his license back."

As for why ... we're told board members have already discussed the case -- the fact that Murray was fueling MJ with Propofol for 60 days straight and allowed him to massively OD just before he died. They also think it's unconscionable that Murray shockingly abused Propofol by using it as a sleeping aid.

We're told the Board will often give a doctor one pass for misdeeds, like cocaine use or even hurting a patient. But they believe the circumstances surrounding Michael's death involve a "moral failing" which is unforgivable.
