The 12-year-old boy who allegedly SWATTED Ashton Kutcher -- by reporting a fake gun battle inside the actor's home -- has been charged with several crimes in connection to the incident ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... cops raced to Ashton's L.A. home in October after the boy allegedly contacted police and said there were people in the residence with guns and explosives. The caller also said several people had been shot.

When police arrived, they realized the whole thing was a prank -- there was never any real danger.

Officials believe the boy also pulled a similar "swatting" prank on an L.A. bank later that month.

The boy has been charged with two felony counts of making false bomb threats and two felony counts of computer intrusion.

TJ Jackson cannot continue to serve as a surrogate parent to Michael Jackson's 3 kids without getting some compensation, so the Executors of MJ's Estate are asking the judge to give TJ a reasonable amount of money to keep the ship afloat.

The Executors filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which they say TJ has been extremely devoted to Paris, Prince and Blanket since MJ's death. TJ -- who is now a co-guardian along with Katherine Jackson -- spends 40 hours a week caring for the 3 kids.

The Executors say it's been a hardship for TJ -- who is married with 3 kids of his own. Although he's been a co-guardian since July, he hasn't received a single penny for his services.

The Executors are asking the judge to allow them to pay TJ $9,000 a month, retroactive to July. They add, the way it's going now, TJ may not be able to continue, so compensation is essential.

Cops were called to Octomom's L.A. home Thursday ... after she called her 7-year-old son's school panicking that he had gone missing ... TMZ has learned.

Long story short ... Octo was convinced her child was NOT dropped off by the school bus at the usual time ... and freaked out in a desperate effort to locate her boy.

School officials were confused ... since the bus driver said he personally witnessed Octomom greet the child when he was dropped off at Octo's home.

School officials contacted police because they were concerned about the situation. Cops responded to the home ... but by the time they arrived, Octo's nanny had already discovered the boy sleeping in his room where he usually takes naps after school.

Octo told police she doesn't remember greeting the child at the bus -- and is convinced someone else must have dropped him off.

It's not the first time Octo's panicked about a potentially missing kid -- she called police in 2008 when she couldn't find a child ... but it turns out the kid was with his grandma.

Rachel Uchitel doesn't need the money, but she's putting her baby girl to work anyway ... as a high-priced baby model ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Uchitel and hubby Matt decided to bring their daughter Wyatt into a modeling agency when she was 4-months-old ... after they kept getting compliments on how beautiful their baby was.

Sure enough, the agency signed her up and she's done two shoots for Tea Collection, a clothing line for children, and is making $150/hour. Rachel even had her first check framed.

Rachel doesn't cash checks under $10 million.

Oksana Grigorieva says she was sabotaged by her own lawyers in her settlement with Mel Gibson -- and wound up with a TERRIBLE custody agreement ... and now she's suing.

TMZ has obtained legal docs, filed by Oksana herself (without a lawyer) ... in which she accuses Ron Litz and Daniel Horowitz of negligently advising her to sign off on a bad deal back in 2011.

According to Oksana's lawsuit, the crappy deal she signed forbids her from pursuing any future legal action against Mel regarding their child without jeopardizing the monetary settlement she made from the actor. And as we all know about Oksana ... she LOOOVES to take legal action against people.

As part of Oksana's deal with Mel ... the actor had agreed to pay Oksana $750k in cash ... PLUS provide a house for Oksana and their daughter Lucia until Lucia turns 18.

Oksana says was also advised to sign a legal document that divested her of all ownership rights to her house ... a document she claims she never would have signed if not for the lawyers.

Oksana is demanding unspecified damages.

We spoke with Horowitz who tells us, "Why can't she just live her life normally and have a good life, raise the kid, live in the house, make music, be happy?"

He adds, "Why does she always have to be in a struggle -- especially with people who care the most about her?"

Gabriel Aubry is really shouldering the burden of fatherhood -- giving his 4-year-old daughter Nahla an adorable piggyback ride in L.A. yesterday ... after picking her up from school.

Our sources say police arrived to the scene -- via both car AND helicopter -- only to be told it was all a big mistake. We're told they spoke to a nanny (Brad and Angie weren't there) who informed them about the child's mishap.

Ariel Winter's about to do something she's never done before -- attend high school like a normal kid, and get this ... she can't wait to go ... TMZ has learned.

The "Modern Family" star is now enrolled in a private school in the L.A. area and will start attending classes later this month ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

It's a big change for Ariel because we're told she's always been privately tutored.

According to our sources, producers at "Modern Family" are "thrilled" and will happily schedule shoots around the girl's classes.

We're told Ariel has been "flourishing" in her sister Shanelle Gray's home, where the rules are strict. Sources say Ariel's happier than ever, and producers have noticed a big, positive change in her mood.

As we previously reported ... Shanelle became Ariel's temporary guardian after allegations surfaced that her mother, Chrystal Workman, was emotionally abusing her.

Ariel's attorney and father now have control over her considerable finances -- $75,000/episode -- as per a settlement hammered out last month.

Honey Boo Boo won't be trading child beauty pageants for figure skating anytime soon -- not based on the giant face dives she took during a recent ice rink adventure.

TMZ obtained the first pics of Alana Thompson struggling on her blades last week in Conyers, GA. Mama June and Sugar Bear were along for moral -- and sometimes physical -- support while HBB tried to make her way around the rink.

We're told reality show cameras were there to capture all the black and boo boos Alana suffered -- but she did eventually make it around the rink ... with some assistance.

As Katt Williams left jail last night after being locked up for gun-related child endangerment, he groused to us, "How do you keep kids safe without guns?"

TMZ broke the story ... Katt was arrested and his 4 kids were taken away after his house was raided by cops, who found numerous guns and illegal drugs.

Williams told us the guns were secured in a locked box, adding, "If the police come in and raid my place and break into my gun boxes, you're gonna find guns! I'm not in a gang, what difference does it make?"

Katt also told our photog there were no drugs at his house -- well ... he admits there was weed, but says, "Weed is not a drug."

Katt Williams was arrested Friday for allegedly endangering his 4 children ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD cops picked Katt up at his Woodland Hills home this morning, after an investigation from the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services concluded there were numerous guns and illegal drugs in the house that created a safety hazard for the kids.

Our sources say ... during the arrest various items were seized.

Katt is still in custody ... being held on $100,000 bail. As for the kids ... authorities have placed them in protective custody

An 18-year-old looking after a 3-year-old is pretty ordinary, but when that 18-year-old is Justin Bieber and the kid you're watching is the son of L.A. Clippers star Chris Paul ... AND you do it courtside at Staples Center ... it's just awesome.

Bieber had a front row seat last night as little Chris Paul II watched his daddy and the Clips dismantle the Boston Celtics, 106-77 -- which propels the team's winning streak to 15.
