Gigi and Bella Hadid's dad says he was betrayed by an employee who stole precious pics of his daughters and private pics of Michael Jackson.

Mohamed Hadid claims in a new lawsuit ... Juan Carlos Gonzalez worked for him at his home and stole 2,200 photos. The pics include photographs of Gigi and Bella when they were minors, various private parties and family photos with the King of Pop.

We're told Gonzalez worked as the family's security guard.

Hadid says the photos were pilfered from his home office and he suspected Gonzalez and demanded them back, but he refused to return them.

DMX has a perfectly good explanation for missing his latest court date -- he thought it was changed so he could party in Vegas.

An arrest warrant was issued for DMX after he missed a court hearing on Monday to address child support issues with his ex-wife Tashera Simmons and their 4 kids.

A rep for DMX tells us they believed they got the court date changed in advance because they had an event booked. X performed "DMX-Mas" in Las Vegas on Sunday night.

In October, the same NY judge let him out of jail so he could perform and make money for child support. Sources in the court tell us the judge now thinks he was too lenient with the rapper.

We're told X’s attorney is contacting the court to work out the details, and they believe the warrant will be lifted.

10:45 AM PT -- Kelly's attorney in Monaco tells us the Daily Mail report is not accurate.

Giersch had been granted full custody during a hearing, but court sources say Kelly's appeal is expected to be heard later this week.

Kelly Rutherford's kids will not return to their native U.S.A -- a judge reportedly granted full custody to Kelly's ex-husband Daniel Giersch, who now lives in Monaco.

The ruling in a Monaco court is a devastating loss for the "Gossip Girl" star, who's been battling Giersch for years over 9-year-old Hermes and 6-year-old Helena. According to the Daily Mail ... the judge said the exes must make joint decisions regarding the children's schooling, education, and housing.

However, Kelly will only be allowed to visit in Monaco or France.

The children -- who are U.S born citizens -- were last in this country during the summer. Kelly was devastated after an August hearing though that sent them back to Daniel in Monaco, and they've been there ever since.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new bundle of joy will be their last ... doctors have warned her another pregnancy would be like playing with fire.

Kim's been open about her pregnancy struggles, suffering from placenta accreta -- a potentially life threatening condition -- during both. We're told docs have told her it's nearly a guarantee she'd get accreta again, putting her and her baby's lives at risk.

A source close to the family tells us Kim is also scared of another extremely painful birth, like the one with Saint ... and that's helped her make the decision easier.

However, we're told the couple is completely cool with capping off their brood at two kids. Our source says they're plenty busy with North and Saint and a new addition would be just too much.

As for Saint West -- we're told he's the perfect baby -- eating great, sleeping a ton and barely crying.

This isn't the first time Kris has fought to get legal ownership of mom phrases. Back in March, she filed to trademark the word "momager."

If the trademark is approved, any and all moms will have to get Kris' permission if they want to advertise with the phrase #ProudMama ... or Kris can sue them.

Criss Angel's trying to pull off something more impressive than any of his tricks -- he's on a $1 million mission, inspired by his toddler's battle with cancer.

Angel is using his fame to bring national attention to the horrors of fighting pediatric cancer. His 21-month-old son Johnny was diagnosed in October, and will be in treatment for at least the next several years.

Criss is making a documentary called "1095" ... the number of days Johnny will undergo chemo. Next year, he's aiming even bigger -- holding a charity event at the Luxor, where he does his Vegas act. He's footing the bill for the whole thing and wants to raise $1 million.

Scott Disick wasn't smiling on the outside at lunch with Kourtney Kardashian -- but he's gotta be grinning inside, because it looks like his plan to win her back is working.

The estranged couple went on another lunch date Wednesday in Calabasas, but this time they brought a chaperone ... their daughter Penelope.

Kim Kardashian will never be seen giving birth to her son, because there wasn't a camera in sight.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, there is absolutely NO delivery room footage, and that was Kim and Kanye's doing.

What's more, we're told Saint West will not be appearing on any of the family's reality shows ... at least in the foreseeable future.

We're told the plan is to keep the baby off all shows until he develops an awareness. K&K kept North off TV for the first year of her life, and then only allowed her to appear on "special episodes" where the filming environment was tightly controlled.

As for now ... don't expect any Saints on TV.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's son has his mama's eyes and his daddy's nose and cheeks -- if you buy this Saint West prediction from forensic artist Joe Mullins.

Mullins, who's done this type of thing with Prince George and the Gosling baby, studied pics of Kim and Kanye and combined it with the latest forensic technology to get the mug. Naturally, Saint bears a striking resemblance to older sister North in the composite. We're guessing he's about 7 in this image.

The baby boy's name is Saint West. It took 3 days after birth to seal the deal, but the verdict is in.

No word on a middle name.

The baby clocked in at 8 pounds 1 ounce.

It's a good thing they came up with the name ... Cedars-Sinai Medical Center would not release Kim until the boy's name appears on the birth record.

Khloe Kardashian is already earning points toward being Kim and Kanye's new baby's favorite aunt ... she's the first we've seen arrive at the hospital.

Khloe just pulled up to Cedars in Beverly Hills in her white Bentley ... still no sign of Kylie, Kourtney or Kendall but there's a good chance Kris was there for the birth.

As TMZ reported -- Kim and Kanye welcomed a baby boy early Saturday morning -- no word yet on a name.

Our advice to Khloe? ... Be careful with those nails around the newborn.

The Cleveland Cavs hit the road Wednesday -- taking some time away from the court to visit a Children's Hospital in Cleveland ... and we're told the kids were PUMPED about the visit.

A spokesperson for the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital confirms LeBron James, Iman Shumpert, Matthew Dellavedova, Anderson Varejao and James Jones spent more than an hour hanging out with the kids and giving out cool Cavs swag.

"It's a big deal," one staffer told us ... "They come every year. They spend a lot of time in each room. They hang out and really make the kids happy."

"For that time they're here visiting, it's amazing what it does to their spirits and mood and how it impacts their time in the hospital."

Holly Robinson Peete -- wife of ex-NFL star Rodney Peete -- says she's struggling about whether or not to let her 13-year-old son play football ... telling TMZ Sports she's VERY concerned about head injuries.

It's an interesting position considering Rodney was a huge football star and played in the league for 16 years.

Plus, Holly says her son is good at the sport and has the body for it -- "he's got thighs like Bo Jackson."

But with concussion fears at an all time high -- Holly says she and Rodney are extremely hesitant to allow their kid to play ... and says it's an ongoing topic of debate in their home.
