Police have recommended a child abuse charge against influencer Emilie Kiser's husband, Brady, in the tragic drowning of their 3-year-old son, Trigg Kiser.

The Chandler Police Department tells TMZ ... it has completed its investigation into Trigg's death, who died on May 12 after being found unresponsive in his family’s backyard pool in Arizona.

Following a thorough review of the evidence, investigators have recommended a Class 4 felony charge of child abuse against Brady, and the case has been submitted to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for review.

Every kid loves stuffed animals -- but one Ohio boy's passion for the cute toys got him in a bit of a pickle!

Check out surveillance video, which shows the boy getting swallowed up by a stuffed animal claw machine at a community center in Mason, about 25 miles northeast of Cincinnati.

Monday's on-camera incident starts with the boy trying to climb inside the machine through the prize chute to get at the plushies. You can see the boy struggling while using his feet on the floor to push his body deeper into the machine.

A 9-year-old relative of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt was one of the dozens who tragically passed away in the Texas floods over the weekend.

Janie Hunt -- the great-granddaughter of William Herbert Hunt -- was attending Camp Mystic near the Guadalupe River in Kerr County on Saturday when the sudden rise in water took her life, her grandmother told the New York Times on Sunday.

Janie was at the camp with several of her cousins, who were able to make it out safe, her grandmother added.

Two kids from a camp in Texas are telling their unimaginable story about how they were impacted by the intense flooding in the area ... and, one of them says he actually had to swim out of danger to survive.

The local ABC affiliate KSAT in San Antonio spoke to Piers and Ruffin Boyett -- two kids who were at Camp La Junta, one of the camps affected by the devastating flooding. They say water started to fill their cabins, and kids had to climb up to the rafters to stay dry.

While Ruffin says he and the people in his cabin were ultimately able to just walk out once it was safe, Piers -- who appears younger than Ruffin -- says he and his cabin had a much more challenging escape.
