It's no secret Stephen Curry's a beast on the court ... although Killer Mike apparently learned the hard way the NBA star's just as deadly in a comments section!

The pro basketball player recently defended his wife, Ayesha, from a comment shared by the rapper in September 2025 -- and it didn't exactly seem like the Golden State Warriors player was too happy about the performer's words.

Here's a look at what led up to Mike making his comment ... and what Steph thought of the statement.

Before we get to the comments, let's cover some ground about Stephen and Ayesha -- who first met when they were just teenagers, according to People.

The pair eventually reconnected in 2008, and they dated for two years before the NBA star popped the big question.

Stephen and Ayesha tied the knot in North Carolina in 2011, and they started a family with the birth of their first daughter, Riley, the following year.

The athlete and the influencer welcomed a second daughter named Ryan in 2015, and she gave birth to sons Canon and Caius in 2018 and 2024, respectively.

The conflict between Killer Mike and Stephen stemmed from a comment Mike left on a video shared by rapper Bookie Woodz on Instagram in September 2025, according to Us Weekly.

Mike claimed Ayesha had been "struggling with trying not to cheat on her husband," then compared her to GloRilla.

Mike apparently found the clip funny, and began his now-deleted message by writing "My n**** Said She Wanna Go Be Glo!!!" in a reference to Ayesha.

The rapper then appeared to show a bit of sympathy for Stephen, and wrote the athlete "doesn’t deserve the embarrassment frfr. God bless him."

Mike's comment didn't exactly sit well with Stephen, who shared a comment of his own -- which has since been deleted -- in response to the rapper's views about his wife.

The NBA star claimed he was fine "stating and letting these other clowns have their moment" after writing "naaaaa not you Mike."

The Golden State Warrior wrote he thought the rapper was "better than that" and told the performer to "stay in your lane and let God keep blessing me like he is."

12:29 PM PT -- Doesn't look like D4vd's tour is just ending in the U.S. -- his two Paris dates have also been canceled.

D4vd has canceled the remaining leg of his U.S. tour as questions mount over his connection to the body of a girl found in the trunk of his car.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... D4vd's camp made a decision Thursday to cancel the 2 remaining shows in the U.S. He was scheduled to perform Friday night in San Francisco and Saturday night in Los Angeles.

And as you can see, AXS has started alerting ticketholders for his Greek Theatre show in L.A. scheduled for Saturday that they'll begin the refund process.

Vegas Auto Group is fighting back against Floyd Mayweather, a day after he sued the dealership ... with the Sin City-based biz claiming the boxing legend skipped out on a $1.25 million bill for a Maybach!

TMZ Sports broke the story ... 48-year-old Mayweather filed suit against Vegas Auto Gallery on Thursday in Nevada, claiming the luxury dealership of shady practices surrounding the sale of a rare 2018 Mercedes Maybach G650 Landaulet.

Long story short, Floyd doesn't believe he should have to pay for the vehicle (he wants to return it) ... while the dealership wholeheartedly disagrees, and they aren't mincing their words.

Although Kyler Murray's mostly known for his work on the gridiron, he became notable among football fans for a not-so-positive reason in September 2025.

The Arizona Cardinals quarterback received widespread backlash after he shared a photo in which he posed next to one of his pit bulls while wearing a Michael Vick jersey ... there are some pretty negative connotations there.

Here's a look at what led to the athlete receiving criticism for his post, which he quickly took down, and at how he managed the subsequent fallout.

For a bit of context ... Vick, a former NFL star, was arrested and agreed to plead guilty to charges related to his involvement with a dog-fighting ring in 2007.

The athlete admitted to killing several dogs by hanging and drowning when he was questioned in the case, according to ESPN. An official report in the case included information about the former football player finding it "funny" when certain dogs injured and killed others.

He was convicted in 2007 and received a 23-month prison sentence. He was ultimately released early, in May 2009, for good behavior, and he served two months of home confinement before he was fully released from federal custody.

Vick was reinstated to the NFL in 2009, and he announced his retirement in 2017 after spending the 2016 season as a free agent. He's also become an advocate for animal rights in the years since his release from prison.

Murray's post didn't really leave much to the imagination, as he wore a Vick jersey while posing for the photos.

It's worth mentioning the jersey was from Vick's time at Virginia Tech University, where he played from 1999 to 2000.

Also present in one of the photos was Trunks, one of Murray's pit bulls -- a breed historically prized for its fighting skills.

Murray's post didn't stay up for long, as he got tons of backlash over its implications before taking it down.

Murray spoke about the controversy surrounding his post at a press conference on September 17th, and he apologized for any discomfort he might have caused by sharing the photos, according to USA Today.

The athlete admitted to taking down the post after he "saw how it affected people" and stated he "no way, shape or form" condoned either dog fighting or animal cruelty.

He chalked up his act of wearing Vick's jersey to paying tribute to "a player I admired very much growing up" in his statement.

Jimmy Kimmel looks like he may be exploring legal options over his TV timeout ... because he pulled up to an office tower known for housing tons of lawyers ... and he had two security guards with him.

The discovery of De'Martravion "Trey" Reed's body hanging from a tree on the campus of Mississippi's Delta State University sent shockwaves through the school and local community in September 2025.

However, the event has prompted rumors about the cause and the manner of the student's death ... many of which dispute the circumstances surrounding the hanging.

We're going to take a look into the student's background and see what's transpired in the wake of his death.

Reed was originally from Grenada, Mississippi, located about 55 miles from Cleveland, MS -- where Delta State University's located.

Reed was 21 at the time of his death, and he'd been studying computer science, according to the The Clarion-Ledger.

Reed's body was discovered on the morning of September 15th by a group of the school's football players, who'd been out on a run.

His corpse was located near the school's pickleball courts, and the university's football coach was called in to identify the body, as authorities initially believed the deceased student was a member of the football squad.

The president of Delta State University's African American Student Council, Jy'Quon Wallace, told the Clarion-Ledger he'd seen Reed the night before his body was found, and described the student as having been visibly agitated.

Wallace claimed he'd come across Reed sitting by himself and asked the student if he was feeling okay, and Reed indicated he didn't want to speak.

Wallace said he later saw Reed had grown even more upset, and claimed he was "making gestures and was acting like he was throwing stuff."

He surmised Reed's actions showed he "may have been crying out for help" without knowing how to express himself.

Authorities initially told Reed's family he'd died by suicide in his dorm room, according to WAPT-TV.

Reed's grandfather said a representative from the Bolivar County Sheriff's Department spoke to him and "didn't even say 'possible' suicide, he said suicide."

The Cleveland Police Department later announced an autopsy had been completed, and the student's cause of death was determined to be hanging, according to People.

Police said the Mississippi State Medical Examiner's autopsy findings were "consistent with the initial investigation." Delta State’s Director of Public Safety, Mike Peele, also said there were no indicators of foul play in the student's death.

Although rumors began to circulate about Reed having suffered additional injuries prior to his death, they were shot down by authorities, according to the New York Post.

Reed's family has disputed the official cause of his death, and they've since retained the services of civil rights attorney Ben Crump.

Crump issued a statement about the family's feelings about Reed's death, and said the manner of his death "evoked the collective memory of a community."

Twitch streamer Asmongold revealed in a post on his X account Thursday that his father died days ago ... and it sounds like he's taking it pretty hard.

The social media personality, born Zack Hoyt, wrote an emotional message to express his feelings about the death of his father, who he'd taken care of while taking time off from streaming earlier this year.

The manhunt for Travis Decker may have finally come to an end ... police believe they've found his remains.

Decker's corpse was discovered Thursday by a police dragnet in the woods south of Leavenworth, Washington. Decker is accused of killing his 3 daughters and leading police on a 3 1/2-month pursuit.

The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office says it hasn’t positively identified the remains, but they appear to belong to Decker. Sheriff deputies are now conducting DNA tests to confirm it, while processing the scene in Leavenworth.

Stefon Diggs is currently preparing to take on daddy duties for the baby he's going to share with Cardi B, who's currently pregnant with their child ... but it turns out he might end up being a father of three.

Diggs was recently named in a paternity suit filed by Aileen Lopera, who's claimed he's the father of her daughter Charliee, who was born in April 2025.

Cops were looking into the possibility that Celeste Rivas was killed inside the Los Angeles home where singer D4vd was living ... because TMZ has learned investigators who searched the home were looking for blood.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD's Scientific Investigation Division took part in the 12-hour search of D4vd's home, using luminol to look for trace amounts of blood.

The fact LAPD used luminol is significant ... it's a chemical used by forensic investigators to detect blood at crime scenes. Luminol reacts with the iron in hemoglobin, glowing blue when it comes into contact with blood in dark rooms. Think of it like a black light for finding blood.

And it turns out the comedian's suspension was prompted by comments he'd made about Charlie Kirk's murder and MAGA, which Nexstar Media Group -- the company that owns 32 ABC affiliate stations across America -- "strongly" objected to.

Kimmel claimed MAGA-affiliated figures in media and politics were trying to characterize Kirk's alleged murderer "as anything other than one of them" in his opening monologue, according to USA Today.

He then stated the same individuals were doing everything they could in the wake of Kirk's death to "score political points" and quipped the president's reaction to the commentator's murder was similar to "how a 4-year-old mourns a goldfish."

The late-night host said there was "something wrong" with President Donald Trump ... referring to a clip of Trump talking about the progress on the White House's new ballroom when he was asked about how he was doing days after Kirk was shot.

Kimmel wondered whether Trump was focusing on the renovation "so he can be bad about that instead of the Epstein list."
