"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Althea Eaton is a free woman again after spending just over a week behind bars.

Althea cruised out of an ATL jail Friday ... already rocking her heels and looking like she's ready for the weekend.

Althea was reportedly jailed after a restraining order hearing -- her estranged fiance, Benzino, was getting one against her, and she allegedly made contact with him after court. Major no-no ... and the judge locked her up for it.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Tommie Lee was flat out lying when she claimed she was brutalized for no reason by cops -- at least according to the police report -- but she maintains she's innocent.

Tommie blasted the Georgia State Patrol Tuesday, posting a video of an officer yanking her from the backseat of a Jeep back in January and arresting her. She claimed she was a passenger and was manhandled for no reason.

According to the police report -- obtained by TMZ -- when deputies pulled the Jeep over in the ATL area they noticed lots of movement in the vehicle.

Deputies say the guy in the driver's seat first lied, but then admitted he had switched with Tommie -- who jumped in the back.

That would explain why deputies wanted Tommie out of the backseat. They demanded she step out of the vehicle several times, but she held her ground. Deputies then pulled her out and hooked her up.

Cops say Tommie's eyes were watery, bloodshot and her speech was slurred, so she was booked for drunk driving, disorderly conduct and driving on an expired license.

And, for bad measure, she peed herself in the cruiser on the way to the station.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Stevie J says Joseline Hernandez is out to ruin his character, and calls her allegations he molested his 6-year-old daughter ... a sick attempt at revenge.

Joseline posted a message to Twitter earlier this month, claiming Stevie had molested the daughter he shares with Mimi Faust for years.

Stevie remained quiet about the claim until Wednesday when he filed for, and was granted, a temporary restraining order against Hernandez. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Stevie calls Joseline volatile, jealous and says she's filled with an evil sense of revenge after their nasty split.

"Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood" star Mally Mall got a stoner's dream gift for his 38th birthday ... a 4-foot blunt disguised as a weed sword, and he smoked it all at his Ace of Diamonds birthday bash while shooting out $50k from a laser gun.

The mega-joint was a gift from B-Real of Cypress Hill. The two are actually partners in the weed biz and their hallmark is packaging joints in creative silhouettes.

We're told B-Real rolled about 3 oz of weed into Mally's present ... totally legal in California where anyone with a medical license can possess up to 8 oz. As for the price ... $900 since it was packed with M&M Cookies -- not the candy, but the award-winning weed strain.

As it turns out ... it still wasn't enough to go around, so they sparked another blunt, this one shaped like an uzi.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karen King is staring down some serious prison time for allegedly going on a shopping spree ... with someone else's identity.

King was arrested in May after cops say she strolled into Saks Fifth Ave in ATL and racked up a $5k bill on dresses, perfumes, shoes and other accessories. The D.A. just hit her with 3 felony charges -- one for financial identity fraud, and two for credit card fraud.

Each carries a sentence of at least a year behind bars if she's convicted.

TMZ obtained video of the arrest when it went down, and at least Karen can say ... she was dressed to the nines for her arrest! Unclear if the outfit came from Saks though.

10:25 AM PT -- Mari turned herself into Airport court late Tuesday night. She was arrested and released a couple hours later.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari is learning a HARD lesson about punctuality -- you blow off a court case, the judge issues a bench warrant for your ass.

Here's the deal ... Mari was supposed to be in an L.A. courtroom on Monday to face charges that she beat the crap out of an Uber driver last year and stole his cell phone charger.

But when her case was called, Mari was MIA -- so the judge issued a warrant for her arrest.

Long story short ... Mari's been ordered to surrender to authorities so she can stand trial asap -- and if a cop spots her gallivanting around town, she could be cuffed on the spot.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Jessica Dime got a boob upgrade by downsizing ... from triple Ds to singles!

The boob job was the handywork of Dr. Michael Salzhauer, aka Dr. Miami, who swapped out the bigger saline water implants for smaller silicone implants. He also gave her a lift and removed excess skin. The result -- no more lopsided boobs!

The surgery lasted 2 hours and it set Jessica back around $7k.

She'll spend a few more days recovering in Miami ... in lifted spirits, of course.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karen King was busted for scamming a person's identity for financial gain ... and there's video of the arrest going down.

Karen was arrested Monday night moments after arriving at an 'LHHA' promotional appearance at Level V in Atlanta. Her appearance there had been heavily promoted, so police were ready and waiting to arrest her for the alleged identity theft that went down last year.

According to docs, King walked into the Saks Fifth Avenue in ATL, and bought $4,946.52 in merchandise under someone else's name. Cops think she was in cahoots with the employee who rang up the purchase.

According to the arrest record, Karen was booked for financial identity fraud, theft and first degree forgery.

We've reached out to her camp, so far no word back.

Nicki Minaj's ex BF Safaree Samuels definitely has a type -- well endowed (front and back) chicks named Nicki ... or Nikki.

We got Safaree and Nikki Mudarris from "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" out on a date at Katsuya over the weekend. There are plenty of "it's obvious" in this video -- the giant bouquet of flowers and the hand holding -- they're a new couple, even though they played it coy with our photog.

And this ain't just romantic ... it's professional. Our 'LHHH' sources tell us Safaree is going to be on the next season of the show.

Both are coming out of bad breakups ... Mudarris with rapper Mally Mall and Safaree with Minaj -- so we're sure this will totally work out with reality show cameras in their faces.

Stevie J is tearing into his baby mama Mimi Faust for coming out as a lesbian, because he's not cool with their 6-year-old daughter being raised by 2 women.

Stevie tells TMZ he doesn't condone Mimi's new relationship with GF, Chris. Mimi came out on Monday night's episode of "Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta." He says he doesn't want his little girl being raised in a lesbian household, and thinks that's only a job for a dad and a mom.

Even more shade -- Stevie thinks Mimi's only deciding to be lesbian for a good story line on 'LHHA.'

Cedric the Entertainer says he was PUMPED to learn Ronda Rousey is part black -- saying he hopes her next job is to join the cast of 'Love & Hip Hop' so she can "beat everybody's ass!"

You gotta watch the clip ... Cedric is hilarious -- especially when we asked if the fact that her great-grandfather was black gives her permission to use "the word."

Getting raided by cops at gunpoint is where Katt Williams' chick draws the line -- Hazel-E says she's getting out while the getting's good.

Stevie J was flattened outside a North Carolina nightclub ... and despite protestations he left unscathed, the video tells a very different story.

The brawl with Stevie went down outside Charlotte's Empire Lounge. There's a report things got so heated Stevie's van got shot up, but he insists that's not the case.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star says the incident was triggered by club security who roughed up a patron. Stevie says since he was hosting the event, the patron thought he was responsible, so when Stevie left the club the guy and his posse jumped him.

While Stevie insists he left unscathed, his pal and blogger FreddyO left with a gash in his head.

Joseline Hernandez struggled before scoring "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" ... appearing on a failed stripper reality show under a different name ... Shenellica.

TMZ scored footage from a 2007 pilot shot at Diamond Cabaret in Miami. The show was produced with the hopes of landing a Showtime deal, to compete with HBO's "Cathouse" series.

We're told Joseline -- a stripper at the club -- struck a deal in which she got $400 to appear on screen. And yes, she demanded cash.

FUN FACT: We're told producers were afraid if the show sold, Joseline and some of the other girls might not pass the psych evaluation.

Stevie J might agree.

Get ready, citizens of Miami and Houston -- because if the producers of 'Love & Hip Hop' have their way, new spin-offs of the show are coming your way.

Producers are already auditioning cast members in both cities, according to our sources. They're hoping to get the casts nailed down by April, so they can premiere by late summer. Whichever city seems more promising -- aka ratchet and drama-filled -- will air first.

We're told the show likes those cities because they have completely different vibes from New York, Atlanta and L.A.

As for the cast ... we're told a few big names are in the mix, but producers also want lesser known people tied into each city's nightlife.

They're looking at you, bottle rats.

Nick Cannon got more than he bargained for when some "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars went on his show and one bragged about banging his estranged wife.

Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez were guests on "Wild 'N Out" Monday when the 2 ex-lovebirds squared off during the rap battle against Nick and his crew. It started out all fun and games, but got progressively nasty. At one point Stevie J said he banged Mariah Carey not once but twice.

Nick got pissed off, and then told Stevie J he should worry about Joseline because she was sleeping with Rick Ross.

It got down and dirtier, to the point Nick threatened the old Hollywood adage, "You'll never work in this town again," because he has so many TV shows and connections.

Eyewitnesses tell us it looked like they were about to come to blows, so producers stepped in, separated them and calmed them down. The picture we got tells part of the story.
